My mother is suffering cognitive decline and as her daughter it is my responsibility to make sure she is getting everything she needs. She was rushed to the hospital and Marin Home Care has refused to give me her house keys, or tell me how they left my mother's house even with my legal right and now her house sits neglected, this has been going on for over three weeks. Initially they told me they did not think I deserved the key, and now they are telling me they don't have a key which is a lie since they had keys to the house for 8 years. Beware of this company, they are outrageously inappropriate and over step their authority. I have seriously never dealt with a worse company, especially when this is hurting my mother and me because I can't get to important information regarding her health from the house. I can't imagine why they are making this so hard on me and my mother.

Kat picked me up from my major elective surgery and took the absolute best care of me for five days. I was coming in from out of town and stayed at a facility nearby the surgery center that she recommended (Hideaway House in San Jose- it was perfect), where she stayed in another bedroom. She was phenomenal at making sure I was comfortable, fed healthy, fresh-prepared foods, and took all meds on time. She was reassuring and positive, a professional/expert on all medical elements of the surgery, and just so kind. Her rates were very reasonable, and I really feel it's the best money I've ever spent because those first few days set the tone for a really positive recovery.
