The event area was a little unorganized. However, when we sat down to eat dinner, our waitress, Mia, changed our whole perspective. She was quick, professional, and incredibly above and beyond. I've honestly never had a waitress that was so caring and tentative to our large party of 9. I don't think I can rave enough about the service she gave us. I admire her professionalism and kindness, amidst all the chaos. She handled herself so well. Will be coming back because of her! Great job, Mia! read more

Great Service. Great food. Vamp, Daniel, Stephen were amazing. They had a large soccer team to deal with.

Where is the 0 stars when you need it? I was really disappointed with my visit to Holey Moley. This venue has only been open for about three weeks, yet the quality of the mini golf already looks worn down and neglected. You'd think it's been open for 5+ years not 3 weeks!! Carpets are coming up, several holes were broken or completely out of order, and there's chipped paint everywhere you look. On top of that, the service was just as frustrating. While waiting at the bar for a drink, I stood at an empty bar as two bartenders held lengthy conversations with patrons instead of acknowledging or helping me. Focus on the job and be attentive -- basic customer service goes a long way. For a brand-new place, this level of disrepair and lack of attention is unacceptable. Mini golf is all about presentation and upkeep, and it honestly feels like there's no pride of ownership here at all. Definitely not worth the price or the hype. Don't see this place surviving for long. read more

Me and my fiancée came here for date night last night. And let me say that the actual golfing experience was AMAZING. All of the sections were so cute , the drinks were great, the music was great, and all the staff on the actual golf side were all smiles and super nice. BUT. One of the staff got on the mic and said there were 3 bars to explore. Me and fiancée followed the crowd and overheard one of the other staff saying that one was hidden like a speakeasy. We go to the other side of the venue, up the stairs and we saw an elevator. We had no clue what it was, but since it was said it was hidden we pressed a button for it, but figured it probably wasn't it because mind you, we didn't see a sign. A female staff member came out of nowhere very rudely shooing us away saying "Nope, you need a reservation too bad so sad." I was in shock, and I said "Wow that was really rude". She tried telling us that this was a different event and we should've read the sign, she moved the sign from where it was hidden to the front of the elevator. That truly just killed the mood for us because she was so rude and hostile she had a insane attitude compared to everyone else! We won't be coming back unfortunately but I guess it was fun while it lasted. read more

Super great atmosphere. Everyone is having fun and music was awesome. Top tier throwbacks to make you dance during mini golf. The rooms were very creative for the mini golf, didn't have to wait super long either. If there were bigger lines we could go around and then come back to the one we missed. While we were waiting for the next hole, there was a magician who'd keep you entertained. The food service could've been better. I went to the restaurant in the mini golf area. There wasn't anyone consistently at the stand ready to seat people. Once we were seated it took a little while to be greeted and have our order be taken. The food was ok, I think their pizza could've been a bit more flavorful with their crust. I did like that we could pay then and there after ordering so that we could leave right after. I think we'll try the hotel restaurant next time. Overall pretty awesome! read more

Amazing food, great service and such a great and fun ambiance. Really had a great time with my girlfriend!

I had the best time! The entire course was so immersive with lots of fun and unique themes. I was surprised to have trouble with some holes too, so I wasn't just breezing through! I will definitely be coming back(: #holeymoleygolf.usa @holeymoleyirvine #buzzybooth read more

Dear Holey Moley Corporate Team, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the treatment I received at your Holey Moley Irvine, California location. I am requesting a written response, follow-up, and a clear action plan on how this matter will be addressed. My friends and I booked three separate reservations for a total of 15 people. My reservation was for 6 people, another reservation was for 4 people, and another was for 5 people. Before the visit, one of my friends had trouble applying a coupon online. She called to book the reservation and was told by a representative that if the coupon could not be applied online, the price difference could be handled at the store when checking in. Based on that information, we booked our reservations and planned to ask the store staff during check-in. When we arrived, one person from another group brought outside alcohol. The manager, Ivan, kicked that group out. However, my group had not even arrived yet, and I was still in the process of checking in. I was not part of the group that brought outside alcohol. During this same time, my friend was able to receive a $30 store credit because the coupon issue could not be resolved online. I was also trying to resolve the same coupon issue for my reservation, but I was not able to finish the conversation because of the situation involving the other group. Ivan told us to come back another time and said he would honor the booking, but would not allow us to play that day. Based on that, we left. A few days later, I made another reservation and returned with my family to use my original booking. I also asked for the same store credit that had been issued to my friend for the same coupon issue. Instead of being treated fairly, I was treated as if I was trying to scam the business. Ivan and assistant manager Amy spoke to me in a condescending and disrespectful way. They told me there was a note in their system saying I had been kicked out. That was inaccurate. I was not kicked out for bringing outside alcohol. My group had not even arrived at the time, and I was still checking in. Despite explaining this multiple times, Ivan kept saying "you guys" were kicked out and used that as the reason to refuse to honor the coupon credit. The coupon issue had nothing to do with the outside alcohol incident involving someone else. Your website would not allow us to apply the coupon, and your representative told us the difference could be handled at the store. That should have been addressed fairly and consistently. When I told Ivan that he had not previously told me the coupon would not be honored, he responded by saying, "So now you're calling me a liar?" That is not an appropriate or professional way to speak to a customer. I am especially upset because different employees gave different explanations regarding the coupon. One employee said it could be handled at the store, my friend received store credit, but I was denied the same treatment. I was made to feel unwelcome, embarrassed, and looked down on. I also believe I was treated differently based on who I am. Ivan appeared to speak more politely and respectfully to white customers. He issued credit to my male friend but refused to issue the same credit to me, a woman, for the same issue. Amy also spoke to me as if I was a "cheap" or "crazy" customer trying to get a discount, instead of a paying customer asking to be treated fairly. This experience was humiliating. I felt like nobody cared about me from the moment I walked in. I do not understand why Holey Moley customer service would allow managers to treat customers this way. I am requesting the following: 1. A written apology from Holey Moley. 2. A direct apology from Ivan and Amy. 3. A clear explanation of why I was denied the same store credit my friend received. 4. Correction of any inaccurate note in your system saying I was kicked out. 5. An action plan explaining how Holey Moley will make this right. 6. Confirmation of what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers. 7. Accountability for Ivan and Amy for their unprofessional and unfair treatment. I expect a response from corporate regarding this complaint and follow-up on the actions taken. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. The same email has been sent to your corporate email address. read more

Fun place and unique atmosphere! They have a speakeasy inside and this place is good for a family outing.

Fun team event with my co-workers. Went during the middle of the work week and it was not busy. We were able to do lunch and a game of 9 hole in under 2 hrs. Definitely a small course, with a lot of obstacles, but definitely built for a left handed golfer :) read more

Went here for a date. It's fun take on miniature golf. The holes were playfully designed and the atmosphere was festive and happily adult focused.
