I guess cake doughnuts aren't my thing. Arrived to a line, which moved reasonably quickly and people in line were very friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful, with lots of choices on offer. We tried the sour cream, butter crunch?, chocolate glazed, toasted coconut and cruller stick. The cruller was so dry you must be expected to dunk it in coffee, but I had iced coffee. Toasted coconut was my favorite of the bunch, but overall the doughnuts were just not my taste. They were all very large a bit heavy which I assume is basic cake style, I guess with the high review score my expectations were very high. So if you love cake style doughnuts this is a great place for you.

If you have never hit this donut spot on Cape Cod when you have you have been out there it is worth the detour. @theholeinone_eastham has got some of the most delicious and unique donuts on the island. A favorite of both locals and tourists alike. But get there early. There is almost always a line.

Caramel iced lattes and cookie dough brownie

Me and my brother got iced caramel macchiato and we shared one of their cookie dough brownie pieces. The food is so good and the drinks complement them. The workers here were really really nice polite and you can see that they care for what's around them. also when you walk in a lightning makes it feel like you're in a professionalized building.

I really like this place! Walking in, you get the donuts painted on the ground, each with its own message! It's amazing! And I walked in, didn't know what to get, it was pretty busy, so I had some time to think! I got a chocolate glazed, and these donuts are WAY bigger than Dunkin's because they keep shrinking their donuts. And the workers are kind! And we got free samples! And it smells good in there! I do recommend it! I'm coming back!

Iced Caramel Latte & Sour Cream Donut

Stopped in 2x during my annual week long visit in Eastham, it's just that good! Had to try an iced caramel latte and a chai latte, both were outstanding. Also indulged in some delicious sweets, namely the sugar bun and blueberry muffin, but the absolute standout was their sour cream donut. Wow, it was easily the best I've ever had. The service was quick and friendly. And I was able to sit at the window bar and enjoy my iced coffee and donut. There's ample seating and the ambiance was neat and just what you'd expect for a well maintained local coffee shop. Whether sitting and enjoying or grabbing a quick bite/drink and running, Hole in One was a wonderful experience.

You can't ever go wrong with the hole in one! Best coffee in the area, donuts are massive and extremely fresh and delicious! It's a Cape Cod go-to for sure, and it's always great.

9 Doughnuts.....1 missing from the ride home...whoops!

A throwback! The donuts that a so hard to find anymore. I was so happy to wait in the line and finally get inside to see the throwback donuts on the shelves. Then, to get home and finally taste them, it was worth every second I waited. I wish there were more places like Hole in One! 95% of the donuts sold today are not anything like the real doughnuts that were sold years ago.....unfortunately! I ordered 9 doughnuts total......2 glazed, 2 jelly, 2 blueberry, 1 cinnamon, 2 chocolate covered....WOW! This place is incredible! Three places that I compare it too....two are gone and one is still open.... Adams Bakery, Bridgton, Maine....closed many years ago...but use to make incredible doughnuts! Doughnut Kitchen- Woburn, Mass....closed many years ago....but use to make incredible doughnuts that so many people miss! Nantucket Bake Shop- still open and still pumping out great doughnuts today Hole in One is in this top rated class! I will be back....for sure....thanks for making my day! -Plenty of parking -The line is long but worth it -Price was worth every penny -Service (once inside) was awesome! If I could give 6 stars....I would! Thanks

Apparently, the owner wanted to re-focus on that part of the business. *shrug* I used to come here around opening and see a lengthy line. The croissants are some of the best in the area. The plain croissant is flaky and light. The ham & cheese croissant is more of a croque monsieur and it's a pretty substantial offering, full of cheese, ham, and béchamel sauce. The individual tarts (lemon, raspberry, etc.) and cakes are beautifully designed and are appropriately sweet. The tart crusts were legit. I'll miss coming here for pastries/desserts. Maybe I'll try the bistro when it opens, but now I've found a new spot on the Cape for French patisserie and viennoiserie items.

That was my reaction after dinner at Cibo. I believe it has the potential to become one of the Cape's next great year-round dining destinations. The Crostini ai Gamberi was fantastic--I honestly could have eaten two more orders. The Caesar salad was fresh and perfectly prepared, and the Chicken Piccata was tender, flavorful, and delicious. I have known one of the owners, Nate Galvin, for some time. Nate is a Level 3 sommelier, and his knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for hospitality add a great deal to the experience. I also enjoyed meeting Chef Kolby, originally from Florida, whose talent was evident throughout the meal. Now that summer is nearing its end and the Cape has been returned to its residents, this is exactly the kind of new restaurant we should discover and support. Great food, excellent wine, a welcoming atmosphere, and people who genuinely care about what they are creating. Cibo is off to a terrific start. We will definitely be back! Ron

Unfortunately I was quite disappointed when I went today for a panini to go. The paninis used to be amazing and a true treat. Today's Italian panini had exactly one thin slice of ham, one thin slice of salami and once thin slice of mortadella on it. For a $17 sandwich, I would have expected way more meat and the bread/meat made me barely taste any protein. Hopefully the new team can adjust and do better in the future.
