She never came back to get us more drinks or let us know why it was taking g so long. I guess they really didn't want our business so we left cash on the table to cover the drinks we had and left. When I called they said 30 minutes. Since I live 15 minutes away I arrived at the 30 minute mark. States on their website "made to order". Not sure if the chicken was. I saw other take out orders in bags on a shelf but not under any heat lamps to keep the food warm. Just disappointed that the chicken was barely warm by the time I got home.
