Stopped in for dinner. First time here. Very friendly staff and great food. Not a super fast place but we were in no rush so it was perfect.

We ordered a perch dinner and we were really disappointed. The fish was overcooked, as was the baked potato (I could hardly dig the potato out of the skin) I picked spotted pieces of lettuce out of my salad. Now for the positive, good service, excellent waitress, yummy fresh onion rings, great ranch salad dressing and good Texas toast. To be fair, we didn't complain, we were hungry and ate what was ok. Richland Pub is a good place for a beer and "bar food". If you're looking to get deep fried foods/snacks or burgers stop by. We always tend to get a tall beer and things like chicken wings, chicken tenders, onion rings, fried pickles and french fries. I'm sure they have other things on their menu that wouldn't be disappointing. From what I can recall the staff has always been nice and the food is always good. It is nothing to write home about or make them a five star joint. It's not the nicest of places but it's clean and that's what matters. Again, this place is good and I have no complaints. The Pub is a hometown favorite! Thomas and crew have been doing allot with the place l. You want a good bar food and drinks this is the spot to go. Their boneless bbq wings and spicy cheese balls my all time favorite. They even do salads for those wanting a healthier option fyi they are BIG!! The staff is amazing and even when it's packed busy and full they make sure that you are taken care of. We have been here several times, it seems to be a local pub where everyone knows everyone. My margarita had a hair in it. The place was dirty see the picture of the bay window ( that should have been a sign to leave) Every time we come people look at us as if we shouldn't be there. The Richland Pub is the place to go for typical fried food in Richland. My wife and I have enjoyed coming here for fried pickles and burgers/sandwiches. The fried pickles are well-breaded spears (Ally and I try fried pickles almost anytime we see them offered). Their burger is pretty tasty and the M-43 sandwich is delicious. It's a great place to go for a filling meal at a great price. With a wide variety of apps and four TVs, it's also a fun place to watch a game. read more

We came here starving after a long day of fishing. Service was slow, it took 10 minutes just to get a menu, and then there was quite a wait for drinks to come out. For a place that really talks up it's burgers, this was a huge disappointment. Our table ordered 3 burgers cooked medium, all three came back very well done without even a hint of pink in the middle. The size of the burgers was not very impressive. My burger was missing some toppings and had to be sent back. Waitress came back to ask how the food was but left the table before giving us a chance to respond. The 4th person in our party ordered a chicken burrito, which contained mostly rice and very little chicken. The fries were good and the waitress was friendly, beer was cold. An unassuming pub with better-than-average grub. We ordered the hot boneless wings, which weren't overwhelmingly spicy. Pretty tasty as appetizers go. I ordered the Pub Burger and it was appropriately thick and juicy. You get your choice of regular fries, curly fries, chips or beer-battered fries. Both the curly and beer-battered fries were good. Service wasn't amazing, but our server was chipper. Definitely a good place to grab a burger if you're on that end of town. read more

We decided to visit The Richland Pub from Yelp scores. I was quite happy with my experience here. The facility lives up to its name, this is a pub through and through. They pour ample drinks with everything on draft in tall or short and carry a lot of my favorites including VP from Gonzos. The parking is generous and easy to navigate, the facility is clean and orderly and the waitstaff are almost preternaturally ready with drink refills. The waitstaff are determined and focused. There is zero hint that they are chatty or wasting time at all. So they get super points for working the room. Three servers for this room, quite expertly executed. The food is hot. HOT. Served promptly from a diner-type kitchen. The appetizers were blazing hot with cold condiments, so that was welcome to see. The prices are very well balanced to the food provided and I feel I got a great deal for what I enjoyed. The burgers slipped a little bit and the buns are prone to fragmentation. That was really the only ding against this establishment. They have six TV's in a small space, so if you are seeking sports entertainment in a gentle pub atmosphere, this is a destination. I'm very happy with my experience. This establishment has been around for quite some time and that is evident in their professionalism and efficiency. I will definitely be back. read more

The Pub is one of my favorite "cheap" meals when looking for a beer and a quick dinner. I come here maybe 2 times a month and tend to enjoy all items on their menu. I usually stick with a burger, but I have gotten the fish sandwich, wraps, salads, and their pub chips are to die for with whatever seasoning you choose. The prices are great, service can be slow if too busy, but it's expected with one- two servers. Pull tab machine allows me to attempt to win some money without losing a whole lot. We got in and started chatting up Thomas who knew my he's brother really well. The brews they served up were great and Thomas knew exactly the stuff we would like. We had a sizeable order to go and it was solid food all aroubdand. For bar food, you can't go wrong here. Even though the burger wasn't medium, it was juicy and arguably the way it should be made. OK: First off, we have loved this place. HOWEVER, they must have a new cook, because the phenomenal Patty Melts which have kept us coming back were horrible- this time. Great folks. What happened?? We got the eggs and were not the same. We got 2 salads and 1 pop for $26 bucks! The salads were tiny hardly any cheese and just a RIP off. Our friends got a burger and one got hardly any fries. He asked if the cook got hungry and ate some of them. Too bad. Have passed this pub for years on traveling through Richland. Finally stopped and had a great experience. The server (Desiree) was a delight and was very attentive. This is one of our favorite places to eat lunch at, however, if we can't get there shortly after 11am, we don't go unless we have an hour plus to spend. The bar and serving staff are quick, but the kitchen is slow and that's the only reason for the loss of a star. When eating here the chips as a side are a must. We eat them either with no seasoning or with the Cajun seasoning and always with ranch to dip them in! The fried green beans off the appetizer menu are to die for...oh so good. About the only so-so thing I've had off this menu is the nachos, everything else has been fantastic. read more

The Pub is a regular stop when we're at Gull Lake. As the name implies it's a bar food menu. Typical sandwiches, burgers and fries but they also include dinner specials. If you're leaning in a "lighter" direction, their salad plates are absolutely amazing - fresh and wonderful. I'm not much of a drinker, I only tried a cocktail once (not good). Probably more of a beer crowd anyway. The place doesn't look like much on the outside but inside it's warm and friendly. Diners of all ages including kids and the price is right. read more

This was my first visit to the Richland Pub! This place was great! We stopped by on a Sunday evening to grab a bite with recommendations from my 14 year old & 9 year old sons. We sat down shortly before 6PM & left by 6:35! Our server was friendly & fast--the girl was on the ball!!! The food was fairly priced, came out quickly, it was hot & pretty tasty! This establishment is a pub. Nothing hoity-toity about it. Not the cleanest, not the most glamorous, and it's usually too crowded. No reservations necessary (nor are they accepted). This is a bar. While the food can be hit-and-miss, if you order the right entrée you will be rewarded with a delicious meal (usually the 'special'). My brother-in-laws Frog Legs were excellent and came with two sides. Ordered the Corned Beef and Cabbage and it too was very good. My wife loves their Potato Skins and you can't go wrong with a Burger. Plenty of Beer choices and the prices aren't too bad. Waitstaff works hard and it's rare to have poor service although there are times you'll wait and wait for your food to be prepared but that gives you time for another drink. Careful...this is a small town and the police enforce the speed limits so drive carefully AND responsibly. Have a designated driver if you plan to drink. read more
