Hold My Luggage was a great convenience for us. Our hotel stay was ending but our flight wasn't until the evening, plus we wanted to spend our last day exploring the area. I am also happy this service exists. My family of 4 did not get on our stand by flight (8/6/19 9 AM), and wasn't planning on returning until 6 PM (ultimately our final flight was not until 7:40 PM). I'm glad this service exists. I was looking for a place to hold my luggage for 24 hours. There are other luggage hold places in Orlando, but you would have to drive off-site to store the luggage. This company gives you the option of dropping off directly at Orlando Airport if that works for you. They also do hotel drop-off and pick-up. Daily rates are reasonable. The only thing is that when you make a reservation, you should print your confirmation #. There is no confirmation email sent to you. They were also a few minutes late returning my luggage, but all was okay. If I need luggage storage in Orlando again, I will consider Hold My Luggage. read more

This is an amazing service. Typically Airbnb and some hotels won't hold luggage until check-in. We wanted to hit the parks immediately. I am so happy that I found this team! We were off our cruise ship by 9am with a flight that departed after 7pm...the airline would NOT allow us to check bags until 3 hours before departure. We had seven days worth of bags and two kids that couldn't just live at the airport. Hold My Luggage made it SO EASY! I've never experienced this even in the best of service companies. They really care about making your "happy travel" plans, truly happy. I almost went to my brothers wedding in exercise clothes. Flight cancellation had my luggage leaving on one airline and I had to book a flight in another airline to make my brothers wedding in the morning. Constance and her son followed my luggage flight path on the other airline till it arrived at 4am with my bridesmaid dress and some of the brides accessories. I had to leave the hotel by 6:30am with the wedding party to the makeup artist. wedding was at 9am. I can't recommend this service enough. My cousin and I were planning to spend our last day in Orlando at Epcot and had flights out that night around 8 PM. Disney doesn't have lockers large enough to store luggage so we would have had to leave our luggage at the house with our families, go to Epcot, come back to the house after Epcot, and then go to the airport. I googled to see if any of the Disney hotels offered luggage holding for non-guests and somehow this company came up! I called Constance the night before we were leaving and she answered all my questions. I proceeded to schedule and pay for the the luggage pickup and drop off on their site and received confirmation within the hour. The next morning Hector arrived early to pick up our luggage and was at our agreed on drop off at the airport early as well! This is an extremely trustworthy company and really saved us in a pinch. I cannot say enough awesome things about this company! We had just spent a week at Disneyworld and it was time to go home, but we had one problem. We had to be out of our ABNB by 10am and our flight did not leave until 7:15pm. We found some fun activities to do but we knew we couldn't take all of our luggage with us. The online process was a tad confusing so I just ended up calling! The lady I spoke with on phone was fantastic and set everything up! She was so nice and helpful. Hector came to our condo the next morning, he was prompt and very nice! We were luggage free for a few hours and didn't have to worry one bit. We arrived to the airport at 5:10 and Hector pulled up to curbside with our luggage at 5:25, which was early because we set up 5:30. He was getting ready to text me when I walked up to the vehicle. All of our bags were ready to go! I realized after the fact that I should have tipped Hector and I felt awful about that. Just as their video explains that you do not plan on what to do with your luggage between the time of an early check out from your hotel (Airbnb in my case) and a late flight, all while wanting to explore the city one last time, their service definitely comes in handy! Great experience!! They are really nice and friendly. I realized that Disney Magic Kingdom doesn't have large lockers for luggages on the day that I was going to Disney. I searched google and saw this service with all 5 star reviews. I called them for my last hope and they came right after I called!
