Awful customer service. Don't waste your time or money. Very rude for no reason. Was not able to speak with management when requested.

The pricing for the ride is inexpensive and the photo package is at a price so good it's a steal. Every staff member we interacted with was beyond friendly. There wasn't a single moment we felt unaware or unsafe. Tipping isn't required, but with the level of professionalism given it would of felt wrong not to leave a tip. If you're planning on visiting any theme parks while in Orlando I'd recommend taking the helicopter ride sometime after visiting the park or parks you'll be flying over. For us this made seeing Universal Studios from above extra special because we had the lay out of the ground view fresh in our minds.

This particular company has two locations operating in Orlando. I stopped by the northern location with a plan to take the Disney parks tour that I had seen online. I found that the pricing structure was designed based on flight time. This means that, since those parks are close to the southern location, it is cheaper to drive to that location and fly out of there, the southern location. I did just that and drove to the southern location. The store is located near the intersection of Vineland and Regency Center Drive. The office was immaculate and nice. You sign a waiver and they explain the safety briefing. You need at least 2 people or you have to wait for another person unless you want to pay for both seats. As I said I took the Disney package tour which gives you a great view of all the Disney parks from there. This location is the best place to take this tour for the decreased price. If you want to see the northern sights I would suggest going to the northern location as you will get more for your flight time. The pilot was very friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. The flight was about 15 minutes. It was excellent and along the route, the pilot did a great job of pointing out the various sights and answering my questions. The view is wonderful and the flight was fun. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants a unique once-in-a-lifetime event.

This was our first experience with ballooning and we didn't know what to expect, but Ellen and Gene were super helpful in walking us through the process, and thoroughly answering all of our (well, mainly me..) questions. The flight was very smooth from take-off to landing! Gene did a great job piloting the balloon and Ellen flawlessly provided ground crew support. Unlike the aerial views from an airplane, where it's difficult to see the details of terrain because of the higher altitude, the aerial views from the hot air balloon were very clear and distinguishable. We flew over the Champion's Gate area and the flight lasted about 50 minutes. I brought my DSLR camera, but an modern mobile phone camera would work just as well. Although, at that height, I wish I had a neck strap for my iPhone.. Couple of other things from memory to share: - Our ride started at 6:15 am, which was really cool because we got to watch the sunrise in the balloon - At the altitude we were flying at (~400 ft), it was not cold in the gondola (balloon basket) as I initially expected. It was actually somewhat hot - because when the pilot triggers the propane burner to heat the air, the hot air radiates in all directions - including heating the air above the basket. - We had very calm winds, so the balloon was moving between 5-10 mph. I didn't initially know what speed to expect, but the slower speed made for a very smooth ride. - Ballooning is a regulated industry, so operators must perform annual inspections on their equipment. I felt safe the entire time. - Gene has over 9 yrs experience as a balloon pilot so he's well-trained. I was thoroughly impressed by how smooth the landing was. - You meet up the Aerostat crew at a predetermined location, and they take you in a van to the launch site and they drive you back. - At the end of the flight, they provide you with champagne, orange juice, and some cookies as a token of appreciation for flying with them. I would definitely fly with Aerostat in the future.

We loved the location of our 1 bedroom villa which was perfect for our family. We swam in multiple pools areas and they were all very clean and well tended to. People do come out early as it was definitely an older 50+ crowd and they hunker down for the day until about 3. We took our son fishing which was cute and he had a blast. Very reasonably priced vs. what you would pay up north. The daily activities were fun and provided us with different activities to try out. The food was ok but definitely not worth the cost IMO. We went to Publix and stocked up and with a fully stocked kitchen and outside grill area we were very pleased! There is literally just about everything you might need within 5-10minutes of the resort and all very easily accessible. The biggest negative besides the price gouging on food costs would be the $30 per day to park. When your already paying $200+ a night, it's pretty ridiculous.

Titanium Loyalty Ignored: High-Pressure Sales Over Basic Hospitality…read more As lifelong Marriott Titanium Elite members, we have stayed at properties across the globe. Our current experience at the Marriott's Grande Vista has been, without question, one of the most disappointing displays of "hospitality" we have ever encountered. The Arrival & The "Sales Pitch" Despite notifying the hotel of an 11:00 AM early arrival, mechanical flight delays pushed our check-in to 7:30 PM. We arrived exhausted, yet our room was still not ready. Instead of an apology or a warm welcome, the staff was solely focused on aggressive solicitation. We were hounded with multiple phone calls to attend a 90-minute sales presentation. Once we firmly declined, the staff's demeanor shifted from "pushy" to "openly dismissive." It is clear this property prioritizes timeshare commissions over guest satisfaction. Subpar Room Conditions While the location is decent, the property itself is "tired" and in desperate need of a deep clean or a full renovation. * Hygiene Issues: We found mold in the showers and dirty dishes left in the kitchen cabinets. * Housekeeping: The cleaning crew's efforts were superficial at best; floors were barely swept, and the "condo" felt neglected. Dining & Service The lackadaisical approach extends to their amenities. We had a 5:30 PM reservation at The Grill and weren't seated until 6:15 PM. Why bother with reservations if the staff has no intention of honoring them? The "Late Checkout" Lockout To top off an already frustrating stay, we were granted a late departure. However, in keeping with the property's theme of incompetence, our key cards stopped working at 11:00 AM sharp. We were forced to trek back to the front desk--again--just to regain access to our own belongings. It is clear that the left hand does not talk to the right at this resort. Final Verdict Being a Titanium member used to mean something within the Marriott portfolio. At Grande Vista, you are treated as nothing more than a warm body for a sales pitch. If you value cleanliness, efficiency, or being treated with basic respect, look elsewhere.

Stayed weekend of 12/5-12/7/2025 for a weekend getaway with my adult daughter. I was attending a…read moredoll event and then we were going to both Universal/Islands of Adventure. This hotel is centrally located on International Day, within walking distance of several restaurants & activities (it's practically next door to a Dave & Busters). It is also a Universal Partner Hotel and located less than 2 miles from the front gate of their parks, less than 8 miles from Disney property and offers shuttle service to both if it's something you are interested in. It's also located approx 2 blocks from the convention center and would be a good location for someone attending an event there. Staff is pleasant, they offer a late check-in up until midnight with no need to call & make additional arrangements, property is clean and while it's not a "luxury" hotel, the rooms are outfitted with everything you may need. Standard in each is a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and 32inch TV. We were in a double full bed room on the second floor, there is small table with chair for eating/etc, a mini desk w/ chair next to the dresser that the TV was on, a night stand between the beds with a safe in it, a wardrobe for anything you wanted to hanging (and mounted to the outside of the wardrobe was a ironing board & iron). We had a bathtub & shower, the toilet was in the same room with the tub and had a door separating it from the sink/vanity which had sliding barn doors that could separate it from the rest of the room.....meaning privacy isn't an issue if you are traveling with a business partner, etc. The hotel lobby serves a breakfast buffet for less than $20, has a Starbucks and also a 24-hr "corner type" store for all the things you may have forgotten. Parking is in a gated lot with 24/7 visible security, we had one small hiccup when we arrived......we flipped the TV on and there was sound but no picture......but even that was pleasant to have handled. A quick call to the Operator and engineering had the TV replaced with a perfectly working one within 15mins. I really cannot say enough great things about this property ......especially factoring in the location and the price, I can't give it anything less than 5 stars. Thank you for an amazing stay Rosen Inn and we will definitely be visiting your property again.
