Craftway Kitchen was such a happy find!…read more Ava gave truly exceptional service. Warm, genuine, and so customer-first. She kept the cold water and drinks flowing nonstop, all while zipping around with the biggest smile. You can tell she genuinely cares about making people feel welcome. We had the grilled cheese with tomato soup the French dip and fried calamari, everything was delicious and just fantastic. Our sweet server Ava surprised us with a yummy treat- the fried asparagus! Delish! One thing I love about this place is how customizable everything is. I swapped the regular fries for sweet potato fries and WOW... so good. Great food, great atmosphere, and service that makes you want to come back. This will definitely be my new go-to spot! Ava- love you girl!

Knowledgeable, warm, and brought us a complimentary Reuben egg roll to try unprompted. That's the kind of hospitality you remember. Crab stuffed mushrooms to start, French onion soup split between two -- the puff pastry on top seemed like a gamble but absolutely worked. Steak frites was outstanding and surprisingly affordable. Wife's Cajun pasta came home in a box because we were too full to finish. Blood orange margarita was one of the best of the year. $136.40 total for a full date night including multiple drinks. Exceptional value for the quality. SAS Verdict: Approved. CraftWay punches well above its weight. The server alone is worth the visit.

Each pizza pie we tried had its own unique twist, which made for a fun and tasty experience. My favorite was the Short Rib and Blue Pie -- rich, savory, and delicious. We ended up sharing so we could taste everything. The Carnevino could've used more bacon jam, as the bacon flavor didn't really come through. The Sausage and Peppers Pie had more of a spicy kick, which added some heat to the mix. Our waiter was attentive, engaging, and offered helpful recommendations. It looks like we came just after the lunch crowd, so the timing worked out well. The outdoor patios looked like a great place to sit next time -- definitely want to try that. Beyond pizza, the menu has a lot more to explore, including pastas, chicken dishes, and even a kids' menu for those with little ones. Also cool: they serve breakfast, which is a unique surprise for a spot focused on pizza pies. Overall, a great spot with variety, personality, and solid service. We'll be back to try more!

Castle Hills Famous Pizza Spot!!…read more Popular amongst the locals at Castle Hills this place was packed on Saturday night with a busy bar, quick pizza service, and an overall good feel restaurant! We ended up sparking a conversation with a close table and ended up having such a good time! We were enjoying the food so much, I only got a pic of the appetizer- calamari- which is a MUST!! And our server also mentioned the brussel sprouts as being a fan favorite! The Mikey was also recommended but we were feeling the Margarita Pizza! Which was excellent and one we would highly recommend!! All in all this was a great atmosphere, awesome service and delicious food... all at a reasonable price!! We'll be back!!

Food was fire! (No? Too obvious?)…read more We kept passing by this place next to Wal-Mart and decided to drop in one afternoon. Honestly, the food was a straight 5 stars but the restaurant itself was a tad dirty. I'd give 4.5 if I could. I ordered the wrap and the boyfriend ordered the sandwich, both with the hottest level available. (I don't know why he does it to himself, really? Honey, you know you're not built like me!) After taking a couple bites of the fries first, you can already tell that the chicken is going to be spicy. We both loved our food and had no complaints. Chicken was incredibly fried to perfection, moist and very spicy. It was the kind of addicting spicy that pepper heads love. Yeah, you'll sweat, but after a few seconds, you'll want more. I wish they would hire some more people for this restaurant. There was only one guy there who did everything it looked like. The food, which is the most important, was awesome, but all of the tables were pretty dirty, there was hardly any water in the water dispenser thing, and the plastic silverware holder was about empty at around noon, with no one else eating inside. Also, a ketchup packet busted in the silverware section which was kind of gross. But the food? Yeah, we'll go back.

First of all, they got a live DJ spinning, and baby when I tell you the vibes are IMMACULATE! You can actually have a conversation without screaming across the table, but the music still got you doing a little two-step in your seat. It's giving grown and sexy energy, and I am HERE for it. Now let's talk about this food - because you know I don't play about my food. It's actually GOOD, y'all! And the prices? Reasonable! In THIS economy? Say less! You're not breaking the bank to have a good time, and that's what I appreciate. Quality AND cost-effective? We love to see it. M Bar really said "let me give the people of The Colony something to do" and they meant business. You won't feel ignored, but you also won't be on a first-name basis with your server by the end of the night. Ambiance is simple and casual. It's not trying to be fancy--it's more of a laid-back, everyday kind of place where the focus is clearly on the food. If you're looking for a trendy vibe, this isn't it. Warm wood tones, beautiful lighting, and that perfect upscale-yet-cozy feel make the whole place feel special. The location is ideal too -- easy to get to and surrounded by that lively Shops at Legacy energy without any of the chaos. But the food? Next level.
