I love this place. I have been going to the center for almost 6 years now and I have had the pleasure seeing it expand and grow into a center that is a real help to people in the Atlanta area. Ok so I wasn t going to write a review because this is an integrative health center and I love that fact. But. I have gone there on several different occasions and each time they have put me in a room and then they go to lunch and forget that I'm even there. I saw dr taz once. Shes too busy to see patients apparently. Then they want to run tests on me and I'm told that the prices will be discussed with me with lab Corp when they come into draw blood. So when they came in I was told my insurance would cover most of it so dint worry about it. I asked if they were sure because I have a large deductible and it would need to be met first. She said yes maam it shouldn't be more than a couple hundred dollars anyway. So ... I wait then I get a bill and its $7000. That's 7 thousand dollars. I am so incredibly pissed that I cannot even believe it. First off I paid $500 to see someone who isnt even a doctor and they forget about me each time I am there and they tell me they need all these tests but they xant tell me how much it's going to be and the person that will discuss it with me cant even look me in the eye and tell me how much it was going to be and now I get a bill for 7k for blood work. Are they freaking kidding me? This is the worst kind of medicine there is. Highway robbery. Freaking insane. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place unless you have more money than you do sense. Which I obviously didnt have because I let this happen. So go at your own risk. I will never go to the doctor again. Well I cant now I will be paying for this one the rest of my freaking life. read more

I have come here twice, once for a thyroid issue and once for asthma and reflux issues. I have been very happy with the care Christina Grace (Nurse Practitioner) and Rosi Patel (Nurse Practitioner) provided me. I worked for over a year with Christina - she is very knowledgeable and friendly and will work hard to get to the bottom of whatever the issue is. She has always been supportive and that is much appreciated when dealing with a challenging health issue. She made me feel as though we are a team working through it together. I appreciate the knowledge of conventional medicine as well as holistic and integrative practices. They have always been open to recommending either/or depending on your individual comfort level/preferences. I have to agree with some of the other reviews that note the office staff could use a little more training. Given that medical care out of pocket is not inexpensive, in my opinion the customer service should be top notch. Also, you do have to be prepared to wait a bit - it's not a quick in and out. Overall if you have the budget for out of pocket medical expenses, this is a good place to go to get to the root cause of health issues. read more

I took my 10 year old daughter in for her first appointment with Dr. Jamilet in February, 2017. Our experience was awesome. Dr. Jamilet was very friendly, professional and thorough. I'm very excited about the opportunity to treat my daughter's allergies with an integrative approach. I had another visit today, March 28th and my experience was positive as usual. Update - After my negative first experience, CentreSpring invited me back, and my second experience was much more pleasant. Everyone was kind and attentive. No extensive wait times. They are thorough and a comprehensive integrative practice. They have the right talent and tools to determine the root cause of problems. The things they need to work on: I waited over 2 hours for my first appointment and when I got in with the doctor I found it to be quite rushed. Of the hour a lot of it was spent drawing blood, etc. vs consult with the doctor and fast conversation. Similarly in a follow up appointment the provider spoke very fast and I had to interrupt to get key information or questions in. I don't know if they are booked so tightly that it drives this rushed behavior but I wish they would address it. They have the right ingredients but need to honor patients' time more. read more

They totally MISSED my Lyme Disease diagnosis and ran up hundreds of dollars of bloodwork charges that weren't covered by my insurance policy which I continue to pay for half a year after leaving their supposed "health" center. They also recommended thousands of dollars of further testing and services, acupuncture and iv therapies at their facility, which is another ploy to rob you blind. They ONLY care about your money and have very little interest in your health. Find a good naturopath who can get to the root of your health crisis on your first visit for a LOT less money and DO NOT waste your money on this office! read more

I NEVER even got to see Dr. Bhatia again after the first visit & $450 later...it took 8 weeks to have a follow-up with the nurse practitioner. She was actually better than Dr. Bhatia, but anyone who's ever read anything about thyroid disease & treatment with desicated thyroid therapy knows that the dosage has to be increased every 2-3 weeks until the correct level is reached. They just want to drag it out & barely raise the dosage, meanwhile I felt like I was dying. The staff is SUPER rude. They are hacks. Everyone is sensitive to gluten & dairy...that isn't a big secret. They behave as if they have the answer to everything, all of your issues...they DO NOT care about their patients. read more

I cannot say enough about my results and everyone at Atlanta Center for Holistic & Integrative Medicine. Everyone there really cares about you and your progress. They are in your court and cheering you on. They will try anything to help you reach your goals. I have lost 50 pounds in 4 months and with ZERO exercise! I had the ALCAT test done and it showed me that I was severely intolerant to cow's milk (not lactose intolerant- but intolerant to the protein in dairy). For example when I would "diet" before the test, I would eat Greek yogurt- well I was agitating my system. I didn't understand why I was eating what you are "supposed to" and would keep gaining weight. My doctor wanted me to have Lap Band Surgery. I was on a cocktail of meds. NOTHING WOULD WORK! My friend begged me to go to a holistic doctor. I decided that before doing a major surgery I could try one more thing. And luckily it worked! Everyone that sees me asks what I have done because the results are SO dramatic. I feel amazing too. I have more energy and I just think clearer. It does take dedication. But I think anyone can handle a couple months of watching what goes into your mouth. Also- I was NEVER hungry. Potatoes are on my list of foods my body can handle. I eat French fries...and still lose weight. This was the best decision I have ever made. I would (and do) tell EVERYONE to go! read more

If you are serious about the "whole picture" of wellness this is a great practice for you. No, it's not inexpensive but in my experience nothing worth it ever is. I love that this is a integrative health center! Christina has been extremely helpful in getting my levels balanced and offering suggestions to having a well balanced lifestyle. Now, this place is for serious people trying to get to the root of their health issue. Please NOTE this type of service is going to COST upfront, so be prepared to pay for their services. It doesn't cost to ask how much services cost before the service is rendered. However, the nice thing I like is that they will submit claims to your insurance company for you and if it's covered your insurance company will reimburse you. I have been a patient here for about 5 months. I liked the Integrative approach that they take to patient care. Also, the test they run are very extensive but it's amazing how detailed they are, compared to going to a regular primary doctor. Good health cost, so although you may have to pay out of pocket for you visits, usually your blood work can be covered depending on your insurance carrier. I definitely would suggest going here and I will tell you that they are definitely not a pill doctor. So be prepared to not only talk about your symptoms but be prepared to find the root cause of what is causing your symptoms. I love the concept of this practice and I am extremely pleased with the knowledge and kindness of the physician I have seen there. Unfortunately, the practice seems to have become more business than healing focused. I am a very low maintenance patient who very rarely has a question or request. In the last year, it has become very challenging to get someone to respond to a question or to get a prescription refilled. I am currently waiting for the practice to respond to my pharmacist to refill my prescription. Three times I tried to call the office myself to find out the status. I never reached a person. I was routed through to voicemail which was full every time I called.This means that I have been out of medication for a week and I'm still waiting. I have been with this practice for several years, but will be looking for a new doctor. This saddens me. read more
