I arrived at 3:51pm and got in the office at 3:52pm with no one attending the front. Finally, I was serviced and filled out the form applications & 10 min later told that the physician couldn't see me any more. Waste of time and gas driving 35 min to the location.

Dr. Hicks treated my father and we went through a couple of prescription changes until he found what worked best for my father. Dr. Hicks did not stop until my father's blood work came back "normal", which was by January 2017. I feel that Dr. Hicks took the time and listened to us, especially since I was my father's translator. Dr. Hicks is very old school, he doesn't have a nurse who assess you and does the initial interview, rather he does it all himself. It's an office of a very small staff, they're a little outdated, but I'm there to see the doctor, not the office. 10 stars for Dr. Hicks!!

The 'my chart' app that they have gives me an easy and efficient way to communicate with the Dr's for any general questions I may have. I appreciate the Drs from the bottom of my heart, not only do they give me a peace of mind you always have an answer for me and I truly appreciate the extra mile they go for me both inside and outside the office to make sure I am taken care of. There are not many people like them that care about the job to the upmost and I want them to know their efforts don not go unnoticed and I will forever be appreciative. In particular Dr Hayden, Patel, & Ramshur are who I have dealt with directly and the clinical staff is always amazing. I am terrible with names but the receptionist is always positive and upbeat and remembers me along with the nurses. I came back two months after my…read morephysical at another location with the same concern and she was able to reevaluate the situation and come up with another solution in a timely manner. Things you should know: I. PARKING The #1 reason for hypertension in Atlanta, right? Don't worry, everything about the parking garage, here at this location, is clearly labeled. When you pull up, you'll have to get a ticket. Unfortunately, parking here is only free the first 30 minutes (which you're never out of a doctor's office in 30 minutes ~ let's be real). So anticipate paying the fee when you leave. I was there 40 minutes and it costed me $4. Family Practice Center does NOT validate. Make sure you park in the area that says "Parking for build F" so you don't have to walk a distance before your appointment. Make sure to follow the signs to the proper building entryway. II. SERVICE Quick. I got called right on time. It took 10 minutes to take my vitals and for the assistant to write any additional notes. Before I knew it Lee Ann was addressing my needs. Something to note when making an appoint: make sure you call for the RIGHT location. There are several branches for Family Practice Center. I messed up and scheduled in Sandy Springs instead of Alpharetta. Oops. There's a 24 hour cancellation policy. III. QUALITY I noticed a staff member cleaning the waiting room. That's reassuring to see them care for the facility. IV. CAPACITY There were 5 people in the waiting room but still plenty of seating. Everyone was pretty spaced out.

Dr. Ahn is caring, hard working, sends a lot of time with me, very easy to reach, professional, keeps up to date, and someone to whom I have trusted my health for a long time, after many years of searching. He and his staff have the time, resources and willingness to go the extra mile and make the extra effort for you--a priceless resource to me--and all this for a cost of really less than $60 a month, considering that the yearly physical is included in the $1700.00 annual fee.
