My mom has been going here for almost b1 year. I accompany her to all of her appointments. Staff is always nice, and goes above and beyond to help your loved one. Dr Goldie is one of the nicest providers you can ever meet. He genuinely cares about his patients. Very through with testing, follow ups. We could not be happier with the care my mom receives. I love that they can do things in house like X-rays, labs, and speciality things like ultrasounds. read more

This office amazes me every single time. This office needs to learn efficiency and compassion!!!!!! If you want those things go somewhere else. Neil and Todd are great but it's not their fault everything and everyone else doesn't show the above. Unfortunately what they don't see and hear is what they need to be monitoring more of. The office manager needs to step up and monitor more of what's happening starting from the phone call, to check in, to nurses, to lab, to check out etc. Receptionists who have attitude over the phone is not professional however it's possible they are learning from management. Who knows. Especially after releasing my dad after presenting for shortness of breath, had a confirmed AFIB on EKG In office with left bundle branch block, and a pulse of 128. GUESS WHAT my dad DIED from cardiac arrest (EKG red flags....hello!?) an hour after he was "examined" by one of their female PA's who negligently released him without calling an ambulance. So he died while trying to get him to the hospital an hour after his PA visit- not by ambulance by the way. Common sense showed he was NOT WELL. Unbelievable. Turns out after he died we found out he had end stage congestive heart failure. How does one listen to a chest during examination and not hear anything abnormal ???? Shame on us for giving them other chances but Now all I ask for is compassion and efficiency with a current health issue and they haven't changed. So disappointing. I hope they read this and take my review to heart - from a patient of over 10 yrs- because their overall service is disheartening for patients. I don't want what happened to my dad and is continuing to happen with our care to happen with anyone else. A little note for practitioners would be when in doubt to air on caution is to send your patient to the hospital especially with the above signs. I have heard the office used to do this frequently however due to unnecessary visits and unhappy patients they stopped. I'd rather be safe than sorry and I'd hope your patients eventually would appreciate it if that meant saving a life. read more

Dr.tony is good the staff is friendly. Except the lady at the front desk she makes me feel unwanted each time just. Like the first time I came I said sure I have insurance. But it was shun down due to it being HMO Kaiser so I went immediately to change it to PPO because I wanted something close to home. But the staff makes up for any other uncomfortable feelings. I have gone to Dr. Abraham's office for over 20 years, this is my opinion. I got the sense that he wanted to "grow" his business more than he wanted to heal people and he was a genius at developing his practice. However, in bedside manner, caring, and listening to the patient he is sorely lacking, in my opinion. As his business grew, I made an appointment with HIM and he handed me off to other people or people in training. It made me feel like we were an inconvenience and deceived. as we made an appointment with him specifically asking for only him. I had to get off work, which was not easy, to come see HIM and he could not even be bothered to see me. After my visit, they put a sign in the lobby saying something like they may have a different person see you other than the one requested or something like that. So, I found another Doctor and I loved him. And he LOVED his patients. There was a time when Dr. Lassiter (retired 2016) went on a mission trip and my prayer group recommended Dr. Barrington @ Dr. Abrahams office. So, I did see her and she was wonderful. I would see Dr. Lassiter or Dr. Barrington depending on the issue. Then, she retired Dec 2018. After she retired, I needed to get my meds refilled and made an appointment at Dr. Abrahams office. The fastest I could get in was with a nurse. I told her I had some kind of virus and I could not shake it. It went from headaches, to nausea, to a runny nose to a cough. She did not address any of this but I did get my meds refilled. Then, on February 12th I did something to my back as it began to hurt. The pain escalated. I kept thinking "rest" would help. My cough got worse and each time I coughed the pain in my back was excruciating. As of the 13th I could not move. I could not sit up or roll over. I was stuck in one position. The only way I could urinate or defecate was on rolled up towels, my husband would place between my legs, and then launder. I called Dr. Abrahms office to get a refill on tramadol, but they told me I would have to come in. I had just been there. This did not seem to be "cautious" it was unreasonable. By Sunday, I still had not moved. I called 9-11 and they carried me on some kind of a hammock/stretcher. It was extremely painful. The EMT told me I could go where I wanted. I chose the close one, not knowing, it was more like an urgent care. The ER Doctor gave me muscle relaxants and a cough pill. I could not do any pain meds as I have a bad reaction to codeine. He wanted to give me Percocet but it has a codeine base. I was then taken back home by ambulance and moved back to the same spot I had left 2 hours ago. I called Dr. Abraham's office to see if I could get a refill on the cough pills (as I had just been in there with this cough) and muscle relaxants until I could move a bit and have my husband take me to his office and be seen. They had a copy of the script from the ER, so they knew this was true. After a few days... "No, you have to come in." I called Medicare, even though I did not want to be transported as the pain was unbelievable, to see if they could transport me and they said it would be covered if my GP ordered it. Well, she retired. But this was the practice where she worked. I called and told them. The person said I had to come in and be seen before they would recommend anything. I am sure you see the irony. I needed a recommendation to be moved and they wanted me to come in and be seen before they recommended me for a transport. I felt abandoned and that they were being cruel and unreasonable. I called them again. They said, "... it was their policy that I had to come in." I called Medicare and asked how I could have a Doctor come and do a home visit and they said a GP needed to recommend it. So, I called the office of Abraham, AGAIN, and asked about them recommending it, as my Doctor, from their office, retired. I told them, I would pay to have one of their Doctors come see me, if they would come to the house. Otherwise, I needed a recommendation from them so I can have a home visit. They said I needed to come in or go to the ER. None of them make house calls and they did not recommend anyone without seeing me. Well, my last ER visit was a failure. I left another message because I was desperate. They called me back to say they spoke with Dr. Abraham. Desperate, exasperated, frightened and crying, I replied something to the effect, "So, his final word is I have to come in, even by stretcher...." Crying. I said tell him to "kiss my azz." It was not my greatest moment. I called the next day and left a message apologizing to the girl for using the word "azz." I could not type, so a friend typed for me, saying I would not be going to them again and I needed my files sent. Then, their office sent me a letter saying they did not want me as a patient because I disrespected them. WHAT HAD THEY DONE TO ME? I would never recommend Dr. Abraham. read more

After reading these reviews, I find it hard to believe that this is the office that I have been going to for the past five years. Each visit I have went to have been nothing but amazing. My primary doctor was Dr. Barrington but in 2018 she retired to care for her husband. She was very attentive and knew her job very well. Once she retired, I was referred to Dr. Casey. She is also very attentive and takes her time with you as her patient. All of my immediate family are patients at Dr. Abraham office and we love his staff. They are always friendly and helpful if needed. I have never experienced what the others have stated in past reviews. Whenever I am in need of an appointment, I am scheduled with my doctor within a week. If by change I need same day appointment and they have an opening, I am on the schedule. If it is something that is not within their field, they will refer you to the correct specialist to assist you, instead of trying to diagnosis you incorrectly. What I will say is: If you are looking for a doctor's office, you must try it for yourself. If you do not like how it is ran, you have the options to find another office. It's all about how you feel as a incoming patient. Also------the office has the right to inform you when you are consistently missing appointments because that time can go to someone who will show up for their appointment. read more

do not go to this doctor if you have pain of any kind. they are extremely conservative with the pain medicine that they dispense. it will not be what you have taken for decades for serious chronic pain. they will tell you they will wean you off slowly, then prescribe a medicine you cannot take or one that will not work. you have been warned. read more

Dr. Ben Abraham released me from his services because his Office Manager strongly encouraged him to do so. According to the letter which was read to me over the phone it was due to missed appointments. However, Virginia his Office Manager I got into an argument about a medication refill. I am not sick often. The office manager explained, Dr. Abraham decided to let you go because of missed appointments. Her behavior was as if she had won a battle. Keep in mind this is the first encounter I have ever had with this women. I requested on several occasions to speak with Dr. Ben Abraham. According to his Office Manager Virginia he refuses to speak with you. Well, my entire family is with his office and we will move. However, I am going to file a complaint against his practice. I have never heard of a doctor refusing to speak with you especially when you have never had a bad experience with him. Office staff should not control a physicians practice. It seems unethical Dr. Ben Abraham would refuse to speak with a patient. read more
