This place is AWESOME. Doctor Briglevich is amazing and she is so thorough with her work. She gives great advice and she actually wants to HELP her patients instead of just stuff pills inside of people's bodies. Her nurse, Chelsea, is amazing as well. From the moment the office called me back (I had left a message wanting to make an appointment... my previous doctor retired) I was so very pleased. Then walking into for my first appointment everyone there was so wonderful.. You get the feeling they really do care about you. You are not "just another patient" They took time with me, do you know how rare that is today? As soon as I got back home my husband called to see how it went and I told him the same. Jean, Michelle, and Stacey really go above and beyond with patient care. Every time I go to the office I feel like I'm welcomed by friends, not cold office staff who could care less what's wrong with you. They really take the time to get to know you and I always feel listened to. I cannot express how amazing these ladies are! They make sure you're comfortable and taken care of no matter how minor or serve the illness, situation, or reason for appointment. These ladies have my business as long as I live in the area. Doctor Briglevich is AMAZING! I love the kind and attentive staff and the attention that I receive while in the office and also while calling the office. In the past when I needed to see the doctor immediately they have even made time for me when they were booked solid. I originally began going to this office for routine checkups but I fell ill soon after and have been seeing Dr. Briglevich for several months now to treat said illness. This illness has been taxing on me but the staff here has made things so much easier on me. I have never had a doctor who took so much time to ensure that I understood my ailments, my options for treating them and helped to make sure any tests that were needed were done at locations that took my insurance so that I wasn't required to pay enormous out of pocket bills. I was even able to inquire as to foods I should be eating and over the counter vitamins and supplements that could help me in the recovery. I LOVE having Dr. Rose Briglevich as my Primary Care Physician and her staff there for me when I need someone I trust to help me when I am ill. (Candice you are AMAZING as well :) ) I cannot recommend a better office for you and your families! Staci her nurse is the ONLY reason why I kept going back!!! Staci has a good head on her shoulders and deserves much more credit for holding this place together!!! I was referred to ROSE BRIGLEVICH, M.D. by a friend. I've been seeing her for over 3 years so I can give you a Honest Review. There's 2 sides of her personality and it's not good ... 1. She's incredibly smart if that side shows up for your visit. 2. Her other side is incredibly rude and disrespectful almost to the point of being hateful. (The reason I will NEVER go back to see her again) I DO NOT do drugs, nor am I an alcoholic! My last visit was supposed to be a check up after a surgery SHE referred me to and to update my FMLA paperwork that she had previously filled out. Doc #2's personally was there that day... I was charged for an office visit and $30 for paperwork. Now this doesn't sound like much but she did nothing for me on this visit but fill out an update of the paperwork she had previously filled out!!! I came to her as my PCP to be checked out that day she did nothing for me!!! The whole office including the Office Manager knew how I was treated I was told that I would not be charged for this visit or paperwork due to her mishandling of the situation. Guess what.. they billed my insurance anyway and now refuse to credit my account as I was originally told. I hope this helps you make you're decision before seeing this Doctor.... read more

I have been going to Dr. Rose Briglevich for several years and think she is the best Doctor I have ever been to, so caring and thorough

Dr B is the best doctor I've had so far. I don't particularly care about her staff especially the one at the window but, Dr B is who I'm there to see and she does a good job. Very caring, reassuring and thorough. You get the sense that she genuinely cares. My mother loves her too. read more

My husband and I both visited Dr Briglovich for our annual physicals which are required by our insurance company. Upon visiting we provided the Dr and the front office with a list of approved medical codes that were covered. I am not a Dr, nor do I understand medical coding. I assumed the Dr would be able to understand that no tests other than those specified on the sheet should be performed. I was incredibly wrong. She did dozens of extra blood and urine tests that were not approved. This visit should have been covered by my provider, however due to Dr Briglovich running unnecessary tests (some were so uncommon for someone my age they actually called to make sure the tests were correct) we were charged almost $700!!! For physicals!!!! I could have gone to CVS with no insurance and gotten a psychical for $50!!! DO NOT USE HER! SHE RAN TESTS SHE WAS NOT AUTHORIZED TO SO SHE COULD COLLECT EXTRA!! $ Almost 700 is in outrageous amount to pay for a free physical! I couldn't be more disappointed! We did finally get the bill reduced to $300 due the cooperation from our insurance company (no thanks to the Dr). She also had her staff call to tell me my cholesterol was high and to stop eating foods high in fat. Um... I was 6 months pregnant. I would assume any Dr would know that cholesterol levels are supposed to be elevated during pregnancy. read more

ABOMINABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Dr. Briglevich has a great way to explain lab results she does take her time explaining to you what is wrong with you the problem I had it was with her staff, nurses are GREAT but her receptionist Kate it is not she is by bar the worst unprofessional front desk person I have ever met in a Drs office, she is not helpful at all and if you have a question (God forbid) she will chew your head off thats how awful she is, I had what I thought it was my annual exam they took it as a regular visit just because I mentioned other symptoms (which I was never told or explained when I visited the Dr) after all I called my insurance and called Drs office, dr. Briglevich Called back ans said that it was my fault because I didn't check my insurance policy which I did but they never asked if it was ok to run some tests taht were not covered by my insurance policy.. it is so sad and what kind of professional blames the other person just because they dont want to be at fault.
