Parking is just enough for the building. It can get tight, there are spaces surrounding two sides of the complex. Reception was friendly and efficient. She had a like when I arrived, but was able to assist and keep things moving for everyone. All areas including the lobby, restroom and back of house were well maintained and clean. The lobby was free of clutter and the chairs were all appropriately spaced apart. They do have a small children's area with small tables and an interactive TV, but no toys given the current Covid era. **To anyone needing a Covid-19 test...I recommend booking an online/virtual appointment first, completing it then booking your actual appointment. I went this route and got same day booking for a rapid test. If I would have just made an in person appointment without the virtual visit, it would have been two days before I was able to be seen.** Total wait time for virtual visit was 1 hour, on site was 25 mins and for results was 15 mins. So total wait time was 1 hour and 40 minutes from start to finish. Overall, this is a solid option for Urgent Care needs. I prefer to not be a frequent visitor, but in the event it's needed, I would certainly choose this location over a few others in the area.

He had referred me to a Piedmont Head and Neck surgeon. When my wife and I got there the Surgeon's staff had n referral on file nor any of my information. Given that my Primary Care Doctor, Cardiologist as well as my Urologist are all Piedmont doctors, I found it very curious that they had no information about why I was there, Needless to say, we left. I let Piedmont Cancer know about the snafu and they referred me to Piedmont ENT on Peachtree. Again, we got there and meet with a doctor who , again, had no idea why I was there. It was to have a surgical biopsy on my right lymphnoid. After the exam, he had referred my to Emory Winship Cancer Institute. Given all my doctors were Piedmont doctors, my experience with Piedmont Cancer Institute was extremely disappointing. To top it off, where they charge me $50.00 for a smoking eval, where they had asked the following questions: how long have I smoke and how may packs a day. Some eval!!! It may be convenient location but not worth the aggravation and time lost.

I paid him a visit to discuss alternative ways to boost my immune system because I didn't want the covid "vaccine." He proceeded to tell me that I "must get the vaccine" simply because I'm a member of the community. I offered to discuss other clinically proven effective options and he replied that he could "see where this was going," as he was assuming I didn't have anything else to do with my day other than to schedule an appointment with him to argue about Covid. He even proceeded to tell me that people like me make his head spin. He even claimed that he is not my doctor when I told him I came in to have a discussion about this with my doctor. He was very unpleasant and physically incapable of completing thoughts or speaking rationally once he learned i didn't want to take the Covid vaccine. Would not recommend for anyone due to this bizarre, suspicious reaction.

That is, in my opinion, an extremely important quality for a doctor. He has been my primary care physician for several years. Dr Popykin does not hesitate to refer you to the best specialists that he knows of. Those that I have been referred to are: Dr Mark Chastain, skin specialist; Dr Brion Lock, lung specialist; Dr Suku George, gastroenterology; Dr Howard Borger, ophthalmology; and Dr Robert Halpern, retinopathy. From my perspective as a professional biologist, my assessment of my treatments from Dr Popykin and all of these doctors is "two thumbs up." All are excellent in my opinion.

Dr. Lee saw me at the Battery Atlanta location. He is one of the nicest Doctors I ever met. He took the time to see me even I was an hour late for my first appointment because I got lost at the "Braves Stadium" location. Dr. Lee was very personable but professional, and attentive and he listened well what I had to say. So that's how I got to meet Kari Jacobs, PT.
