If there is a way to give less than one star for the services received, then that is what was…read moreearned from this worthless office. Not only were we there for approximately 6 hours (3 hours in the waiting room with only 1 other person in waiting, 2 hours sitting in the exam room waiting for him to show up, 30 minutes of face time with the doctor and another 30 minutes of more wait time until my wife and I stood up and told them we are leaving), no one checked us out as we left. 3 months later, they sent us a bill telling us that we should have paid for the office visit at the time of check-out. When we were finally walked back to the exam room, the office manager starts talking loudly to the couple in the adjacent office going over personal information that we could hear. She then dismisses them AND RETURNS TO TELL US HER FRUSTRATIONS WITH THE COUPLE WHO WERE IN THE ADJACENT ROOM WHILE SHARING THEIR PRIVATE INFORMATION WITH US. YES, SHE TOLD US ABOUT THE MEDICAL ISSUES WITH THE COUPLE NEXT TO US AND GIVING US HER OPINION. She then went on to inform us in an arrogant fashion that the doctor is completely at a loss unless she "is instructing him in how to do his job." With the exam door open, the doctor and this office manager have a spat that was loud enough to be heard everywhere. He then comes in and laughs to us about his assistant. He then wants to hear our issues. After we were done speaking, he mentioned a prescription of some sort and will reference more tests that he will have someone call us. He then walks out as we sit for another half hour not knowing what is happening. This is when we knew we need to get out of there. I got up and saw the office manager in the hallway. I told her this is ridiculous and we need to leave. On my way out, I asked her if we owe anything, and she said "No. You can leave." We never got a call from the referral for further testing, and the doctor never called back with any results or follow-up from what he did that day in the exam room. Basically, we got nothing from them but about 6 hours of wasted time. 5 months later, we get a bill for an office visit balance. I called the number on the bill and advised them of what the office manager said. They said that that the doctor's wife does the billing and we still owe the amount. I advised her of my complaint against this office and that if I pay this bill, they would have paid for the complaints they so deservingly earned. It didn't seem to bother them as they said that we owe them money and she will let the doctor's wife know about my complaint against their establishment. Whether or not that happened, I am not sure. For lying is not far from the faulty character of the workers in this office. BE AWARE. THIS OFFICE IS A SCAM AND THE OFFICE MANAGER IS A JOKE. BUT EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY, THEY VIOLATED HIPAA LAW. AND FOR THAT, I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH HIPAA AGAINST THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND TO EVERY ASSOCIATION THAT THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH.

Dr. Sanchez is a great doctor and really cares, however, the office management is horrible. Their…read moremanager, Joanne, is the worst woman! I went as a worker's comp case, which was fine except that I constantly needed my medical records, which were never produced in a timely manner. It took a year for me to get my records--and I had to pay for all of them myself. For whatever their excuse was, they couldn't send them to the insurance company. When worker's comp stopped paying my bills I continue to see Dr. Sanchez (because he still had helpful recommendations), but that's when I realized that they nickel and dime you for everything. I needed a copy of a report, which was $20 for one page. When my long term disability needed them to fill out a form, they made me make an appointment. Since they didn't take my personal insurance I had to fork out $350 for the visit plus $75 for each page of the LTD forms. A couple months later when my LTD was being renewed I ultimately got a denial letter because they didn't get the necessary records from Dr. Sanchez's office after multiple attempts so they had to go off what they had. I had even called Dr. Sanchez's office multiple times to ask them to send stuff. All they said was that they never received the (multiple) requests via phone, fax, or email. And then they would put me on the phone with Joanne who would say that I had to pay for them to send stuff because it was the law. I'd be like, "What law is that? Because I don't have to pay anywhere else." And don't get me started on the 2-3 hour wait times each visit. Bring a book and a snack. And don't bother telling anyone you have to leave to use the restroom while you wait. They'll skip you anyway and have you wait another hour. Great doctor, but he needs a new office staff. It's really hurting his business.

BE WARNED. I do not think this man should be practicing medicine. My mother recently passed away…read more Dr Friedman was her doctor for years. When she finally had one of her many back fractures filled with "cement." We told the orthopedic surgeon that her GP Dr Friedman, told her she had BORDERLINE osteoporosis. The surgeon said, "Get a new doctor." The surgeon recommended an arthritis and rheumatology specialist, who started intensive treatment for what they diagnosed as "severe osteoporosis." When she passed away, she had lost 8" of height and was partially bent over. For years, Dr Friedman told her that her shortness of breath was from allergies and her lungs looked fine in an X-ray. My sister and I kept trying to tell her it wasn't normal to have to stop walking to catch your breath every few yards and to have to work hard to take a deep breath. Finally, when she had that same back-fracture procedure, they were surprised at her low pulse ox rate was when she arrived, but chalked it up to a long walk from the parking lot. After the procedure they could not get her pulse ox up anywhere near an acceptable number. She plummeted down when they tried to wean her off the oxygen. They finally got her back to her 90% level that she came in on, and they told us to use her oxygen at home. They were stunned when we said she had no supplemental oxygen at home and had never been to a pulmonologist. When they released her, they said you HAVE to go to a pulmonologist immediately. The first time she went to her pulmonologist, she was diagnosed with the progressive and terminal disease, pulmonary fibrosis. She was told she needed to be on 3LM of supplemental oxygen 24 hours a day. For some reason, she refused to find another GP, despite the pressure from me, my sister, and my father. The next time she went for her annual exam, Dr Friedman took an X-ray and explained that she had pulmonary fibrosis, as if he had just made an amazing diagnosis and explained it to her as if it was the first she'd ever heard of it. When she was 87, we had to take her to the doctor and go inside with her. She made us promise not to bring up all of Dr Friendman's MANY failures as her doctor. We agreed because we wanted to respect her wishes and because her health was being managed by all of her specialists at that point. Dr Friedman was just doing her annual checkups. At each checkup, he explained that she had pulmonary fibrosis and spoke to her as if it was the first she had heard of it, even though she was sitting in front of him, breathing with a big oxygen tank. I will never forget when she was on a big tank in the office, with a spare tank next to her. He asked her if she was on supplemental oxygen. My mother and I were both stunned and momentarily silent, then he looked up from his computer and said, "Oh, yes, you are." Now that my mom is gone, I am going through with my intentions to warn EVERYONE possible, that this man is an incompetent, dangerous fraud. STAY AWAY. It is unbelievable that he still has a medical license.

Also he coordinates well with outside physicians, and is very responsive to questions, taking the time to explain why he recommends certain procedures and actions.
