Very unprofessional and insensitive of patients that had a relationship with Dr. Simati, felt comfortable and trusted her and just found out she is no longer there and you need to see a male doctor you don't know or trust.

I explained them all to her and she said she would have a better answer when I returned in a week after having my blood work results back. When I returned, it was clear that she had not look into ANY of it. It was clearly a burn and turn situation. 2. When I received the blood results back Beth, the doctor, said that my testosterone levels were 10 times the normal rate for a person my age. She thought it may be cancer and that I should consult a specialist about it. She wrote down several names and sent me on my way. However, once I looked at the results myself, I saw that SHE LISTED ME AS FEMALE INSTEAD OF MALE. No wonder my levels were 10x the amount... This is a burn and turn operation through and through with little to no actual doctoral work being done. I wouldn't suggest anyone I know see this office.

The front desk lady was rude, and don't get me started on the lady at checkout. Everything is a burden to her, and you are a waste of her time. You can't reach the office directly; everything goes to an off-site answering service. You leave a message, no callbacks for over a day. Twice, the Dr told me he was going to put me on a medication, and both times, the RX wasn't sent in. It took forever to get someone to assist me, and then I still had to wait another day. , Dr Goyal and Dr Lee are great. He has great bedside manners and explains things in a way that you understand. Sadly, I'm going to find a new practice that appreciates its patients.

Just this week I arrived at 4:50 to be seen on a follow up and told they don't see anyone after 4:45. The hours had just changed i the last week or two shortening the closing from 6 PM to 5 PM. The front desk seemed to take pleasure in denying me care. I fired them and am now much happier with Alpharetta Internal Medicine. I'm sad because Dr. Lee is a great doctor but the proper way to handle this would have been to say" we just changed our hours - since we did we will see you today but please come in on the new hours going forward".

He's also a great doctor that is sympathetic to "floxies...." which I am one. A Floxie is a person adversely affected by fluoroquinolone toxicity. He truly understands and is there to help.
