This is my doc office…read more They have multiple doctors working out of here and if mine is not available they will get me into another. The office is nice, all the people I have met are great and my doc is the bomb! I have had some issues in the past and they have been very good at helping me figure it out. Physicals, blood tests, swabs for strep, flu tests, shots, etc.... I come here for it all. I highly recommend this office... a doc office I don't mind coming too!

However, a recent issue with the support staff at CIM makes me write this post. I found that I had run out of an important prescription ahead of a trip this week and called the office to get an emergency prescription until my mail order shipment arrived. I was sent to the medication voicemail (where I left a voicemail that morning). Over the past (2) days, I have not heard from either the support staff or the pharmacy about the status of my emergency prescription. I then called the physician on call number after hours since I had not heard from anyone and the attendant simply told me that she could not put a call through to the doctor on call because they don't do pharmacy calls after hours (even though this was a very important prescription for my blood pressure and I needed attention right away). When I wasn't connected, I had to go to a local walk-in clinic in order for them to help me with my prescription (which they did within 15 minutes). Regardless of the level of care that I receive from the physician, if the support staff is not able to do what they need to, I can't rely on CIM for my medical needs.

Dr. Zurinaga is absolutely charming, professional, and friendly. When he was examining my mother, he told her and explained to her in detail just how important it was to get and have a mammogram done as well as a colonoscopy done at her age. Dr. Zurinaga answered all of my mother's questions in a very kind and professional manner. The waiting room, the examination room, the lab, and the whole office in general is completely clean and pristine. The front desk ladies are also helpful as well. They also offer a translation service which is great for those who do not speak the English language too well. This is something that I have only seen firsthand at this doctor's office. I have never seen it offered at any other physician's office before at all. I also find it really nice that they have a water cooler for their patients to enjoy. The wait time at this physician's office is not bad at all. I would say that the average wait time for this internal medicine practice is no more than tent to twenty minutes. They do not keep you waiting for hours and hours just to see the doctor at all. Also, Dr. Zurinaga did not keep my mother waiting too long at all to see her. He only kept her waiting for five to ten minutes (between other patients). I definitely do recommend going to and coming to Dr. Zurinaga and making him your primary care physician or new primary care physician if you are living in the Roawell or Alpharetta area and are in need of a primary care physician or are looking for a new primary care physician. Dr. Zurinaga truly does cares about his' patients and their health.

I've called numerous times and not once received a call back. Not once in a two week period. I had my husband go in there in person since he works nearby and they said oh we'll have it by end of week. Nope. Two weeks and nothing. The receptionist is the worst and is so rude. She clearly does not care and needs a job where she doesn't deal with people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Jenny at the front desk is the most unprofessional and rude…read moreindividual I've ever met in a medical office. She constantly changes appointments to suit their schedule and vacations, with no regard for the patients and their well-being or treatment plan. Instead of assisting patients, she manipulates, yells, and even hangs up on you on the phone. Her tone is demeaning and completely inappropriate for the healthcare environment. What's even worse? Her husband, the Dr, allows this behavior to continue while he sits back and does nothing. Do yourself a favor - if you care about your health and want to be treated with a shred of respect, do NOT visit this office. There are far better humans out there who actually care about their patients.

A solid neighborhood doctor's office…read more LOCATION Dr Wu's office is pretty easy to get to right off of Jones Bridge road behind (next to?) the Quick Trip on the corner. You might not spot it right away, unless you look for the gigantic yellow letters that spell out "medical clinic". EXPERIENCE They have very friendly staff that cater to both English speaking and Chinese speaking clientele. Your first encounter with the office is likely to be with Jenny -- the friendly lady in the receptionist area. It's a small but well-appointed doctor's office. You'll get personalized customer service. I've found that Jenny recognizes me, even when I'm taking my daughters in for an appointment. My whole family (of 4) have all had separate appointments with Dr. Wu and agree that he's a very friendly and informative doctor. PRICE Dr Wu's office has a very reasonable pricing structure. I've found that the initial visit is around $120 or so, and subsequent visits can be lower in price. Be sure to ask any questions about insurance in advance, to avoid any surprises about the bill.

I've been seeing Dr. Konn for a couple years now. I'm very happy to have her as my new physician…read more I'm from California to find a great physician is not easy. I chose Dr. Konn on my own search. She's very sincere and caring and thorough. I highly recommend her.

Such a nice-looking facility but has so many problems. What a shame!…read more The good: - You get to gaze at the pretty fish tank or get your office work done while waiting for your name to be called. - You get caring medical assistants who genuinely care about what your medical conditions are and are willing to provide thoughtful recommendations. - You also get patient lab assistants like Lauren who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Now over to the bad, worse and the worst: Front office are friendly in-person but only sometimes over the phone. They certainly aren't while moving appointments last-minute with no explanation. Medical staff (doctors, nurses, assistants, trainees) are a hit or a miss. Either they assist you with all your questions and/or offer recommendations on existing ailments or they redirect you to the portal. Ah, the portal that no one looks at. Messages don't get responded to at all. Results get published with a huge delay (3 weeks when they tell you 7-10 days) Wanna know where else the delay is? - At the hospital during every.single.appointment. It doesn't matter if you've pre-booked your appointment slot months ago (that's the typical wait time) or fill out the check-in forms online, you can't escape the wait. If you're lucky, you'd probably wait only for 45 minutes. And surprisingly on their mostly automated contact number too. It takes 5-6 tries to get a human (from the front office) to pick up the phone call but once they do, you're put on endless hold for no reason. If they remember to come back after the hold which does happen once or maybe twice, they still have no updates on blood work, results or any message responses from the medical staff. A huge disconnect between the medical & front office staff literally in all matters. They have a really long way to go to get to anything resembling a decent provider.
