This store In particular though has way too many employees working. The entrance/exit always has about 5 people to simply greet you and then the cashiers standing around those five. Which made This visit very awkward. When I was checking out there was a huge and loud bickering session between the employees legit yelling at each other with who had more authority, very immature which makes sense sense since all workers were late teens or early 20s. It was very unprofessional and only seemed to heighten as they then tried enlisting more employees to the argument yelling across the store. The one employee finally walked away and it fizzled out but went on for several minutes too long. Makes the beauty of shooing online more ideal.

I had already looked at Dick's, Walmart, Target and one other locally-owned sporting goods store, so I had all but given up. I don't live far from G&G's, though, so I figured I'd give them a shot before checking out with my Prime shipping. I'm so glad I stopped in! Honestly, I couldn't even tell you if the prices were higher, lower or about the same as what I found online, but I was so impressed with the store and by the sales staff that I couldn't not buy from this locally-owned business. I had been searching for some off-size weights to use in my home gym. I had back surgery a few months ago and have been working out with a personal trainer. Sometimes I cannot make it to the gym to work out with him, though, and have to do my workouts at home on my own. We use 7 pound dumbbells sometimes. Sometimes we use 9 pounds. I could find sets of 5, 10, 15 and 20. Or I could find 5, 8 and 10. But finding those off-sizes like 7 pounds, 9 pounds and 12 pounds was proving to be difficult. I ended up buying a few sets of dumbbells and two racks to hold them. I also picked up a stability ball while I was in there. The guys at the store were very helpful and felt like old friends by the time we finished the transaction. They gave me some tips regarding the stability ball and explained the differences between the sizes. They helped carry the weights out to the car and told me if I need anything else to give them a call. I know I'll eventually need a weight bench and possibly some other accessories like a belt or some other things for my home gym, and when the time comes, they are definitely my first stop I would not hesitate to recommend G&G Fitness to anyone who is in need of weights, machines or accessories. I actually can't wait to go back and look around when I have more time because the store is so large and is filled with a lot of things I probably didn't even notice the first time I stopped in.

Long story short, we went to another store and start to head home when we were pulled over by the police on the coldest day of the year they made us get out of our vehicle on the side of the road while they search for stolen jackets in our vehicle, which they found nothing. We asked the officer who made the statement that we shoplift a bunch of jackets and they said that we have to talk to the management cause they made the call and reported it. So ever since then we refuse to shop there, I gave it to the management that 2020 was a hard and difficult time to shop in stores, but you shouldn't racially profile people and put them in groups just because they're the same race do better.
