I was able to find some weight plates and a few kettlebells to add to the new home gym area since gyms are closed. I picked up at the store and the nearby warehouse after paying over the phone. Hours are limited as well. It did look like they had plenty of cardio equipment my but still call if you are looking. Service was friendly over the phone and during pick up.

Please see my other review for the Athleta in Naperville, Illinois…read more Well in a nutshell, I love consistency if you have to shop at a chain store. I have visited a couple of Athleta stores over the past few weeks. Tonight's visit was impromptu while I was trying to get some exercise by walking around in the mall. I noticed that they had a sale sign out, I'm always in to see what is on clearance or reduced rack. Just as the staff at my local store has proven to be, the staff was friendly and informative. I was able to try some pants on and get suggestions, and I even asked which color looked best and got a solid answer. The store associate that was their knew about all of the new items and also was willing to pull stuff from the back that was on clearance or close out to show me. I will continue to shop at this chain. I am extremely impressed.

I only gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because it is on the more expensive side. I think some of the clothes are a bit overpriced but again the quality is above average, so... In addition to great sales service, they provide free cleaning and service for your boots to help maintain your investment. My low rating comes from a newer sales associate. I asked for my boot a 9.5 w and he brought me out a 9.5 reg and a 9w stating they run big... I handed the boots back and stated nope these won't do. I said no twice and he just got pushy stating look at this toe! Look are you sure.... I said No again and he started in again when I raised my voice and f bombed how many effing times do you have to hear the word No! He got all defensive and said I only heard it twice. I thought why not go to the only martial arts store around here and see if I can find a wing chun outfit. Very similar to the traditional CNY clothing, but without the shining material and patterns. Going into the store right away you feel at home and  see lots of tools and outfits. If you are into martial arts of any kind, this place would amaze you. The manager Alieen is amazing and helped me throughout the process of picking an outfit. She is so friendly and experienced. Just one look at me and she knew what size I'd be. She was very accurate if I may add. My Wing Chun suit fit perfectly with room to move around and stretch. Im currently 6ft4 and over 300lbs, so im glad they had so much material laying around haha. This place has a lot of history. Aileen was actually the person who helped me find my first gi (karate uniform) over 8 years ago. It was a thrilling experience now, and then. There are so many choices to choose from and if it's not available they always do their best effort to get you what you need. I will always love visiting Continental sporting goods & martial arts supplies. I recommend this place to everyone.

I've been going to this shop on Monroe Ave since I was in middle school. Their first shop back in…read morethe 80s was on the second floor. Now they are in a house on Monroe Ave a little bit closer to the city. They have a great selection of martial arts equipment, gloves, uniforms and trinkets. The owners are pretty knowledgeable and they can find stuff that might not be on the shelves. (I think the owner maybe a yellow belt in Tang So Do or something). Prices are good too - maybe a little bit more than the internet - but you don't have to wait or pay for shipping. Well worth the trip every time I head into the ROC. Honestly, should give them a 4.5 star until they get in more Manny Pacquiao and Bruce Lee shirts.
