It was my first time bringing my rifle the lady at the counter and asked me what type of caliber I was shooting and what kind of ammo I said 5.56 green tip she notified me that the green tips were not allowed on the range so I purchased non-green tip 556 round from them and I proceeded to go to the pistol range after I was done at the pistol range I went to the counter and the lady requested I give her my green tip rounds as I was pulling my ammo out of the bag to give to her the manager, Gary Allen was very rude and was harassing me as I was giving it to her so I requested my money back on the ammo. This place is not friendly at all. I do not recommend spending your money here. I would take it to somewhere else like Center Mass in Livonia where they're friendly and they treat you like family. I don't know what's wrong with that guy that day, but that was very disrespectful and I will be taking my money elsewhere again stay away from this place. They are very unprofessional. Also to note you can read other reviews about this place about how they are rude and unprofessional. A few days after ordering, we noticed she made a typo with her number on the order. When we called to correct this, we were told it was taken care of and that the number would be updated. After a couple more days of no updates, my girlfriend decided to go in store to speak with someone. The number was never updated until she physically went into the store. She was also told that the process hasn't ended and the firearm was on its way. After another week of silence, I decided to call to try and get updates. I was told by an employee that the order still said pending on their end and that I should get in contact with the inventory manager. After several unsuccessful attempts to get ahold of the manager, I was told I couldn't talk to the manager due to an emergency and that they were giving me a refund. I have no receipt or anything that I could track the refund with, just a store employee's word. I have yet to be contacted regarding this inconvenience.

The lady (with zero personality) waiting on my daughter in law told her that she would have to get the racket restrung and pay for the stringing. The strings came loose because the knots were not holding. It is unfortunate that what could be a good shop has such lousy customer service and they don't stand behind their work.
