Down and Dirty: Come. Eat. Here! Delicious Food, efficient…read moreservice and fantastic atmosphere! Service: I was visiting for the night and found this spot on Yelp and decided to give it a try. It was just me and my adult daughter and we were sat immediately. It was New Year's day and it was pretty empty but I can't imagine that is normally the case. We ordered waters and was quickly delivered. We love asian and mexican so this place was perfect and we got a little from both menus to share. Within the next 10-15 minutes, our food was delivered too. Food: OMG best sushi ever! We tried the cowboy roll, vicios roll and shrimp tempura roll. Cowboy and Vicios rolls I could eat every day! So fresh and so good. We also ordered the guacamole appetizer. I'm very picky on my guacamole and ofter. Have to add more salt but this was perfect! The chips were light, not greasy and freshly made and warm. It also came with homemade salsa which was also delicious and fresh. Atmosphere: the inside is almost its own selfie place. Bathroom, all of the walls, outside, etc. is so well decorated and cute, I have never taken so many pictures in a bathroom The place is much bigger than it appears. Several sections with multiple bars, pool tables, stage for a live band, plenty of tables for seating. Only thing missing is outdoor seating/options. I live 5 hours away so won't likely be able to visit again any time soon but if I am ever in the area, this will be a stop!

I really liked the feel of the bar and we got to enjoy some great football games while we were there. We both ordered burgers which were top-notch and I did not get a photograph of them because we ate them so fast. Their onion rings are the best. We really love their fried pickles and I got a side salad instead of fries with my burger and it was a huge side salad. We really enjoyed Bubbas and we will definitely be back

He told us there were tables reserved for Browns fans if we wanted to move. We were contemplating when bartender Abby came by for our order. I told her we may be moving to the reserved spots and she got snarky with me, saying that we would have to go out to the host stand to move!! Really??? We were just invited to move. We decided to stay put anyway, but after a while, it got really cold at the bar. I asked "sweet" Abby if they could turn up the heat. Again, I was met with a snotty attitude saying that other people said it was warm. Of course the female manager came and told me that the heat was on all the way. We come here often, but the last 2 times it was cold with the fans running ( did I mention that the fans were running full blast?) . I think we will be finding a new place to go to watch games. TEXAS ROADHOUSE is never freezing, and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating.

Seeing the local sports legends memorialized on the venue walls was a neat sight since I grew up watching some of them. On this evening, I met an old friend and we were greeted and seated fairly quickly despite there being a full house. Our waiter was a little 'spaced out', but he was fast, efficient, and effective. He was extremely attentive and gave stellar recommendations from the menu. I had the Naan Chicken Philly. It was delicious. Not to mention, the gulf shrimp were an excellent appetizer as well. Troy is lucky to have an establishment like this and I look forward to stopping through again, soon. Don't pass through Troy without giving it a try.

Reviews kept saying the food was "fire" and "on point," plus they were close by and had something for everybody, so we figured it was a safe bet. Big mistake. We were told the wait would only be about 10 minutes, which was no issue at all. Then we got the text saying our table was ready... immediately followed by another message saying our name had been removed from the list. We walked inside confused, and one of the employees casually said, "Oh, I took him off." Great start. Once seated, the menu actually looked promising. We ordered two teas and a Pepsi, and somehow even getting drinks turned into a process. One glass apparently had a leak because the napkin underneath it was completely soaked within minutes. Then came the food wait. About 35 minutes for a burger, chicken strips, fish, and etouffee. Nothing complicated. Nothing that should take forever. When the food finally arrived, it was all lukewarm like it had been sitting in the window for ages. My etouffee literally had a film on top because it was cold. The fish was disappointing at best. The waiter specifically asked if medium was okay on the burger, we agreed, and somehow still got a dry, overcooked hockey puck. To top it off, the silverware wasn't even clean. Our waiter checked on us exactly one time during the entire meal. Meanwhile, the bar area was packed and drinks were flying out nonstop, so apparently somebody in the building knew how to do their job. Maybe the bartenders need to teach the rest of the restaurant how customer service works. Overall, if negative stars were possible, this place earned them. Terrible service, cold food, dirty silverware, and an experience that completely killed what should've been a fun night out after the game. Do better.
