Not only was their customer service horrible, but they over charge for repairs and make false promises. Before I had it towed there, I checked in with service and told me they'd be able to schedule me for the next day at noon. I also told them I needed a loaner vehicle, which the woman said all I had to do was talk to my service advisor about it...both were LIES. They didn't even unlock my car until late the day after that and then called me 15 mins later telling me they weren't sure but it may be the thermostat and gaskets, and then 5 mins after that added the water pump which doubled the repair cost (over $3,500) They charge a whopping $315 an hour!!!! And a $400 diagnostic charge!!! I said I'm not paying this unless they're absolutely sure it's what's wrong with my car. I ended up speaking to another service person who said they were gonna take another look at it Monday. Meanwhile no loaner so I ended up renting a car. After several conversations back and forth, and one with the actual Service Manager who basically started the conversation with saying "Not to be combative, but..." I ended up being so disgusted and dissatisfied with the service I called my dealer again (Mercedes Benz of North Haven) and they said they'd take a look at it and their repair hourly rate and diagnostic is significantly less.
