Dr. Hoff and his staff are amazing! The staff were very friendly and professional. They make you feel at home and like family. We even got fresh warm cookies. Jaime the X-ray Tech made my son feel very comfortable by explaining the x-ray process. Our treatment coordinator Laura was very detailed explaining the ortho process to my son and I that we decided started the ortho process the same day. Dr. Hoff and Rosie made my son feel very comfortable during the ortho process. My son looked so relaxed in the dental chair as if he were at a spa. Dr. Hoff is extremely warm and friendly. Rosie was very detailed in explaining the importance of dental health care while wearing braces to my 13 yrs old son. Dr. Hoff's office / staff is very organized and he runs a detailed operation. The entire process took us less than 90 mins! My son was back to school by 10a with braces on and a smile so wide. The whole entire staff made my son's experience an enjoyable one that he won't forget. Oh and they have a Patient Reward Program which I have never seen in any dental office before. This place is wonderful!!! From the consultation to the complimentary x-rays to the hospitality of everyone working there, it really has been an amazing experience. Every time I'm there everyone is so happy to be there like they love their job and that's fantastic!!! It makes their patients feel right at home evertike we walk in. I have been in other Dr offices where it was super cold and uninviting, but this place is the direct opposite. I personally have 3 boys finally getting their braces, and they are even excited to go. Although I have a sneaky suspension, it's for the cookies afterwards lol but they are so happy, and as a mother, that's all that really matters. I am a new patient if Dr. Hoff's and enjoy coming here for my care. This is a very family-oriented office with a fireplace in the waiting area fully decorated for all holidays. I was a patient here from 2010 - 2013 and I enjoyed the service and staff so much that I made a return in 2021 when I needed additional work done. I was one of those people that got braces in college. It was a terrible idea to wait and I wish that I had done it sooner. Dr. Hoff and the entire staff made the experience as painless as possible. I remember on one occasision I had a wire poking me in the mouth on a saturday. Dr. Hoff got me into the office and fixed it the same day, despite him having a sinus infection. I came back in 2021 to get invisalign because I failed to wear my retainer consistently. Saved the day! We are visiting from the East Coast and my son managed to break his braces which left him with a long metal piece sticking out of his mouth. I called at least 5 different orthodontic offices looking for someone who could help my son before we traveled back home. No one was willing to help until I called Hoff Orthodontics. I was recommended by a coworker and have been treated by Hoff Ortho since January 2022 and the experience has been amazing.
