She tried really hard to help whenever she could and was really sweet and polite. But there was just too many issues. The first install team showed up with no masks during covid. When asked to wear them for my safety, they said no, citing that they don't work according to WHO (really?). They left and I called the store. The sub was claiming to them that he has a lung condition. Doesn't match with his story to me and doesn't excuse the 2 other guys who weren't wearing them and said they didn't even have any. The second install team came the next day and what was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into 5 because they were down 1 guy and this one worked SLOW. Multiple times they scratched the new floors when moving our appliances which we paid them to do assuming they wouldn't scratch them. Passive aggressive attitude was given when asked to fix it or he just covered it up so I wouldn't see until later. In some instances he just marked the floor with a black sharpie and didn't even try to make it blend. There's a poorly cut edge under the stairs where the edge of the board is visible where the carpet on the stairs starts. Found it with my foot while vacuuming and really surprised I didn't cut myself. Multiple boards are not clicked in properly. One has a cut from one side to another that I'm being told by another of their subs is part of the texture, but no other board in the entire 900 Sq ft of lvp is that way and no other contractor that has seen it agrees. Just looks like another deep scratch being covered up. There are 2 boards with chips in them. And to top it all off, when I asked the sub to fix an entire row of boards during the job because they weren't clicked in properly, he went outside and got on the phone and started using the f word in my reference telling someone that he had to redo the whole living room because of a f'n scratch. My husband and 2 year old got to hear the whole thing from the open garage. Our fridge was dented (which the company says they've never done and wouldn't acknowledge it was their fault even though the sub told me it was, and they did absolutely nothing about it), they threw away quarter round we were supposed to reuse so we had to go buy new quarter round, and all of our baseboards were broken which they claim they said it would happen and it was in their contract that they won't fix (I was sent the contract and do not see that language). They paid for new baseboards but I still had to pay for install and painting which cost me an extra 1k for another company to do it, much better than what the crappy sub wanted to charge me in cash under the table. Staples left in the carpet and in the grass, pieces of flooring left all over my yard, they stole our broom that looked like theirs but in much better condition (which they said they returned but never got it back).... The company sent out another sub to look at the issue with boards being being clicked in wrong and the chips and crack. He didn't wear a mask except for the moment I opened the door and since the base had already been installed, he said he would have to take it all off to fix it right but other boards may be damaged in the process. Not the answer I wanted to hear so at this point, I just give up trying to fix it if that's all the company can offer me. All in all, we'll never recommend this company to anyone. Most of it has to do with the subs crappy work but I'm really bummed about how little the company seemed to care about fixing the problems (other than Dee). Really thought abbey carpet was a good name but very disappointed.

I called, two weeks ago, and made an arrangement with Kameron to come and do the work. He said it would be after the 4th of July before he could do the work. I understood and waited until after the 4th. In fact, I waited until July 11th, wherein I called the number as before. It was a recording and I left a message to have Kameron call me as to when he was able to do the job. I did not receive a call back. Today, July 12th, I waited until noon to call again. Kameron answered. He didn't identify his company, so I asked, "Is this the roof and gutter service?" He said, "Yes, we offer those services." I identified myself and asked if he was still interested in doing the job he agreed to do. He said, "Yes, but the website offer still needs to have a quote before doing the work." Kameron said he is busy with a project right now, but he would call me to set up a time to give me a quote... In the meantime, I guess I will be contacting other companies.

Bergen took accurate measurements and did the necessary calculations. In this inflated economy, I didn't mind paying the asking price because I knew I was going to get a good quality repair and paint job. A few months later, the house was pressure washed. DJ and John were very diligent with ensuring the mildew on the fascia boards located on the roof were cleaned--and they delivered! I inspected all around the house and the house was cleaned to my expectation. Two weeks later, father and son carpenters Mick and Jones worked very hard to replace the dry rotted T1-11 siding boards. Each of the panels are 9' x 4', and the repairs warranted 5 panels. Dry rot existed on the chimney box siding, and sidings by the kitchen and back of the house. Mick and Jones are very skilled carpenters, and they worked diligently and efficiently. I am very pleased with the repairs! A week later, the painting commenced. I was very PARTICULAR with the painters. I presented my attention to detail in a professional manner...the painters were very receptive to my requests. I met with lead painter, German and communicated to him the fine details and personal touches I wanted to be done. German, Miguel, Pascual and Miguel are very skilled painters. The second go-round they installed faucets and a light fixture, replaced all electrical outlets and light switches, replaced and painted damaged siding/trim, and hung new blinds.
