    Grave Digger & Bigfoot
    Travis M.

Early this week a purchased a RC Gravedigger. After the car, a battery and a charger I spent close to $400.00 that day. Later that afternoon after we got Grave Digger up and running and within 10 minutes a part had broken, and the legendary Grave Digger was dead. The very next day I had called and told them the situation. I brought my car with me. Within minutes, they had checked the part number, got it, and installed it on my sons vehicle. We have been up and running ever since. Thank you so much for being there, being so helpful and friendly. You've got a life long customer here!!

This place will bring the kid out in most. :-). Lots of toys, models, science kits, airplanes, cars and so on. The place was quite busy and there is lots of parking. Todd is very knowledgeable and a heck of a nice guy.

90% of the time they have what I need, but their website isn't always accurate. Call first and save a wasted trip.

Not a bad hobbytown but as with this chain it you don't do remote control toys it is very spotty.

They are very helpful and friendly. They do need more RC car parts in stock but I'll go to them anytime.

However you cannot purchase the replacement roller or filter if you need too. It's a one time use. I contacted Dreame and they do not have any replacement parts that you can purchase. So you end up spending $175 for a couple months. I have gone round and round with the Dreame customer service and they obviously do not care. Am I mad?!? Very!! I'm contacting the better business bureau and filing a complaint. Target should look into their products before putting them on the shelves.

I am visiting from out of town, & during the duration of my…read moretime here, the majority of the employees have been extremely rude, & exhibit horrible attitudes. Some refuse to assist when asked for help, or if they do, it's as if helping is a major inconvenience to them. They also lock the doors before posted business hours, without any explanation or warning. There is no point in operating a business if you are not going to switch things up on a whim, especially when this is a corporate company. I asked several employees to show me where (a sign, a website , etc.) they have specified that the store closes 5-10 minutes early, and none of them could. One of them refused to speak to me (he actually ran, & gave a snarky response while doing so), even though I was very polite when asking. None of the employees I've encountered over the last few weeks should be working in customer service. If there was another Target nearby, I would frequent that one, but unfortunately, this is it. Hopefully, the people working here will receive the necessary training on how to work with the public, & how to execute proper customer service at all times. I understand wanting to get home, but there is a better way to go about doing things. If the store is going to close early, the hours that are posted should reflect this.
