There's a little bit of everything here, cards and stuffed animals, magazines, vintage toys -- I am instantly transported back to the 80s when I walk in. While my son flips through binder pages full of Pokémon cards, my eyes explore the walls covered in plastic delights and search eagerly through the glass cases. One could totally spend an hour in here just looking at stuff (or playing the original super NES he has out for everyone). My son had a jar of coins and dollars bills that he brought with him to the store. After going back and forth on which Pokémon cards to buy, the owner throws in a deal for a large pack because he was out of the smaller packs, and then sees it's my 8 year old paying, and gives him a few cards for free. My son thinks this place and the owner are one of the most fantastic things he's ever witnessed in his short life. Support small business, go the extra mile to check this place out. Cody was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, fair, and very funny. They all traded cards in and got great store value for it. They had a huge selection of pokemon at reasonable prices. Incredible service, good prices, and a shop full of temptation!…read more I recently pulled a pair of Traynor PA speakers out of retirement for a friend's outdoor birthday party. It had been 15 years since I last ran music through them, and this time they sounded unbalanced. I tested them the next day using a pink noise reference track, and confirmed that one of the high-frequency horns was much quieter than the other. I fired up ClaudeAI to find out what options I had for replacement, and it pointed me to a couple places and products online. I'd much rather buy local than from Amazon, so I did a quick search and found JaMac. When I called, they told me they could probably repair the existing horn for much less than it cost to replace it. They asked if it was easy to remove the horn (yes, just 6 screws), and told me how to identify whether it was repairable. I removed the horns, and confirmed it was the type they could repair! I just left the shop, and the repair was 15 minutes and only $16, for a new diaphragm. They tested both horns and confirmed that one was broken. They also tested the speaker crossover to make sure that hadn't led to the damage. The hardest part was leaving without buying a new set of speakers! The shop is full of great deals on really high quality speakers and components, but alas I have no excuse to buy any more speakers.

I had called looking for specific comics ( I seem to call hobby stores with very niche requests) and the gentleman who answered said he had what I was looking for, and more. Here's the catch, I called 5 mins before close and was 6 mins away. He generously said he would be hanging around the shop and it wouldn't be a bother for me to come in late. Pulled in, and he helped me get everything I needed. Not to mention the cost was incredible fair and well below the budget I had placed for myself. Outside of the amazing customer service, the store is incredibly organized, clean and bright. I'm excited to come back when they aren't closed and browse around.
