The co-owner Olga recently helped me over the phone and she was so helpful!…read more I was in search of gifts for a 3 month old boy (cousin's baby) and also my nephew who is almost 6 months old. Olga recommended excellent options including the Melissa & Doug brand which I love, and she took the time to send me photos of some other options she had in stock. There is an online catalog but she has a lot of merchandise in store. I was able to pay over the phone and she or her husband are actually dropping the gifts off as they are local to the recipients and I live close to Baltimore in Howard County. This is saving me shipping cost and the customer service is so amazing and what you'd expect and hope for in a small business. I look forward to visiting in person hopefully in the spring. They also offer private shopping appointments for those not comfortable shopping with others. Olga worked with my price range and had great suggestions. What a wonderful asset to Berlin.

Great honest dude that runs this shop!…read more My bike was stolen over the last week and by sheer luck and good timing I happened to find this shop where the culprit attempted to offer it up for auction. The owner asked me for my info and description and went out his way to make it a smooth recovery. He didn't even want me to cover the $10 fee for the auction. The industry can get a bad rep but the people here helped me get my bike back and were great to work with!

Another random discovery in Rehoboth that delighted me upon it's discovery…read more I was pulled over to pick up my wife from a nice restaurant across the street (DRIFT) and saw the words GAME ON to my left and a Playstation 2 logo in the window. I immediately thought: "The wife can drink more so I gotta check that out!!" after finding so many fun retro toy and gadget stores in the area the past couple years. As a video game afficionado, i have traveled and stumbled upon many a retro video game store and suffice to say I was not disappointed. A very well organized store with a deep variety of games , consoles (hello 3DO), and accessories for all of them. Definitely some very rare items that impressed even my jaded gamer soul. I was happily surprised to see a Rock Band guitar setup on a PS2 in the back to demo/play and a Xbox 360 kiosk with a sonic for my son to sample while i browsed. I particularly loved the Gaming Guide shelf. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable that I wish I'd had more time. Adding this store to my must visit list whenever I'm down to the beach.

Bottom Line: A store jam packed full of puzzles with a sprinkle of brain teasers, games and books…read more My enthusiasm for puzzles is bordering an addiction so I decided it was time for the trek to Lewes to visit Puzzles. When you enter the store you have to side step a display of puzzles and I love that. I was fortunate when I visited that my husband and I were mostly the only people in the store. The store is so full of puzzles that there isn't room for many people to simultaneously explore the aisles. Shopping the full collection often requires crouching down and shuffling through the stacks. If treasure hunting isn't your thing the staff are always friendly and eager to help. After checking out the shelves and stacks I finally selected three puzzles. Here are some of the brands that I browsed while in the store: Art & Fable Clementoni Cobble Hill Eeboo Eurographics Heye MasterPieces New York Puzzle Co. Piatnik Pomegranate Ravensburger Schmidt Suns Out I also noticed that they had a huge selection of puzzles from Heritage including some of local Delaware sites and generic beach images. As far as puzzles with local images, they also had some puzzles made by Lantern Press. I mostly looked at puzzles in the 300 to 1,000 piece count range but the store carries puzzles that have much fewer pieces, including children's' puzzles, and puzzles that are in the 40,000+ range from Educa and Ravensburger.
