As of this writing 5/10/26 they're condensing the store to make room for Bed Bath and Beyond merchandise, so there's some great clearance prices. We're looking forward to returning for more organization ideas and to see the look of the store once the transformation is complete. Keep this store in mind if your spaces need organizing because there is definitely something for every room and everybody.

We soon got down to business for the party, and the gentleman by the registers walked us up and down the aisles to get exactly what we needed, and even gave cost-saving options for some stuff. I went up to the self checkout and they rang up $6.99. I said to the lady excuse me these are ringing up wrong. They're supposed to be on sale for $5.79. She told me I can go back and take a picture of the sign and bring it back up. I told her I just recently had back surgery and that really wasn't that convenient. I said can't you have somebody run back there or just change the price like you normally would do if somebody tells you there's something wrong with the price. She said we don't do that. I told her I would just pay for it forget it. And then when I was walking out, I was irritated, so I went back to the department and actually took the Cell sign that was on the item and took it to the customer service desk. They try to just give me the refund. I told them they needed to give me the scan rule because the lady decided she didn't want to change it. So I got back five dollars. She was sitting in a chair, heavyset blonde hair, African-American. I can barely walk after surgery, but I'm the one that had to be inconvenience as the customer. I did call their corporate number and left a message because I did try calling the store for over a half hour and and no one never picked up!! I usually go to the store in Southfield then Southfield Road. I will not return to that location!

I bought a lot of my boyfriend's shirts from here because he loves graphic designs. Great shirts to wear when you are out and about for casual errands. I usually buy my chargers from here along with iPhone cases and glass screen protection. They all work great. I drop my phone a lot, and once I broke the glass screen protection. The busy store on M59 (Hall Rd.) did not have it in stock or another location in Chesterfield Township. With a quick customer service phone call and a "Please Hold This Item" for Me, I was cruising in route for a 15 minute drive to pick up my "Automatic Wine Opener". Photo attached of course, and I love it since it's sooo easy to use and looks so classic and modern on the counter next to my wine bottles! :-) This Bed Bath & Beyond store is very organized and has many clerks working throughout the store as well for fast check out. The staff are friendly and very helpful when on a mission like Me, "Need for Speed" with shopping. (I can run 6-8 errands in 2 hours.) Like other locations: Bed Bath & Beyond is what the name is. Many items sold here are for Bed, Bath and Beyond items for housewares, to organization, kitchen, home furnishings, pet supplies just to name a few of their main items of merchandise. Sign up for emails and those 20% coupons in the mail either weekly or monthly for helpful and cost savings. They will also always accept expired coupons as well to help with a discount. Bed Bath & Beyond also owns Christmas Tree Shops, Cost Plus, and Buy Buy Baby stores. All locations have their sales based on the month of the year whether its a holiday, with seasonal items or moving supplies into a new home or for a college student moving into a dorm. I don't come here often, but when I do, it's usually for something specific. Over the years I've scored some good deals and bought some nice stuff for my place and kitchen. While they are known for their 20% off coupons, I don't always use them for what I'm purchasing. The staff here is reasonably helpful, and the product selection is fabulous. They sell *really* nice stuff, from Simple Human, to fancy coffee makers and tons of linens. While their linen and comforter selection is fabulous, their prices are a bit high for me even though they carry top notch stuff. Do I need a $300 dollar comforter for the cat to puke a hairball on? No, no I don't. I am more of a JC Penny $100 comforter set lady that's machine washable for that reason alone. They have good sales here and have expanded their selection of items to also include makeup, shampoos and other products over the years. I recently did a purchase of a small ticket item and chose to do curbside for pickup. It was ready within an hour and I picked it up later curbside. It was out in 5 minutes! I was impressed. Thank you Bed Bath & Beyond, I appreciate you and will continue shopping here in the future.
