Isabella tile for the kitchen backsplash above stove pattern. The fireplace has coastal bluff brick tile thats mitered at the corners. The hearth is edessa tile. The hallway shower floor is umber matte tile alternated with the same tile just a little more beige. The countertop was through a f&d 3rd party and it looks amazing. Overall incredibly happy with floor & decor. My contractor was JG & Sons Remodeling. In the store Melissa helped me out a lot and provided great service.

As we were free to look at all the tile options Alex was more than happy to give us pricing on anything that we asked about and when we were struggling between two options of tiles, he offered to put them in an AI photo for us so that we could see a side-by-side and make our selection. He also assisted us with sink vanities that we saw on the floor. Very happy with this trip to floor decor, and excited to start our project!

Once I was inside, all I could think about was, "Why didn't I come here sooner?" Not only did they have a lot of cozy Christmas decor but they also had some everyday items. From home and kitchen decor, and even stuff for your bedroom(s) and bathroom(s). They even sold furniture and lighting fixtures. But I'd say more than half of the store was Christmas-related. Think: Pier 1 Imports. The workers were all busy but helpful. A young man helped me look at something from one of the top shelves. Overall, I came out with more stuff than I needed - at a fraction of the cost! I'll be back again to check out more everyday items after the holidays. When it comes to customers they walk by them and if they are stocking or putting things back on the shelves or racks... they don't greet or ask if they can be of some sort of assistance. Today I returned a few items and the cashier was not pleasant to save the day. Talking to a manager is futile because the managers don't even greet the customers. THAT was THE most important aspect of the purchase which I made reference to several times until being crystal clear.... low and behold, I get delivered the floor model, with all the usual scuffs, flaws and even very recognizable (took pix) stain that I saw in the store.... I was appalled! I was given the BS argument of a misunderstanding, yada yada, BS! I can assure you that there was no mistake made here, it was a dishonest act by the merchant. "John", as he calls himself was somewhat helpful and seemingly receptive to my concern and after much arguing on the store and on the phone, ended up replacing one of the bigger pieces of the furniture set for a new one, a real new one, but even that was done half ass as the color did not quite match the rest and everything else was still the scuffed and lightly damaged floor modes junk... SO upsetting and frustrating! So there you have it, GET IT IN WRITING! large purchases requiring delivery, put your terms that you negotiated on paper and do not accept it until you check it thoroughly! They also have some pretty serious theft problems so they have some very restrictive rules with trying on clothes etc. All in all, I'm going back when I want more.
