Decor, crafts, flowers, sewing you name it they have it and great prices! Love that its not open on sunday for their employees! There is nothing there that can't wait until Monday. read more

Lately I'm having a problem with my favorite store. When I visit and use the bathroom someone has left a floater in the toilet. Do they not police their bathroom regularly? The smell is just awful, perhaps they need more fiber? read more

First time here, good looking store, has everything you would need to furnish your house.

I can get lost in here. There's so much to look at and awe over. And their displays are super eye catching. I frequent this location often because I always get great service. Even during super peak times of the day and busy shopping days (Black Friday and Christmas season). I appreciate that the company offers employees every Sunday off to be with their families. I for one don't find it such a burden to plan my shopping around the one day the company is closed. read more

Slooooooooooooooooooow cashiers! Geezlaweez. I really love coming to this store but checking out takes fooooreeeeevvvveerrrr! I understand no scanners but at least get some employees who are strong and quick on the 10 key. This is ridiculous. Every time I have been I spend just as much time in the line as I do in the store. How pathetic. read more

Love the merchandise but the staff is not helpful at all. They do not know anything but their assigned area.

This is the best and nicest store I have been in it is way better than Joann's or Michaels I love all the photo props they carry and their framing area is very beautiful and large with an amazing assortment of frames I would definitely recommend this store to others read more

We would think twice about going back to this store our experience was fine until we got to check out Stan Morgan at the Redlands Hobby Lobby was very rude and unprofessional and kept arguing with us throughout our whole experience we got a table top decor sign and it was 50% off we checked with the manager and when we got back she checked us out last and continued to be rude and argue and only giving us 40% off even after the manager went and checked and told her it was 50% off and we left without our correct discount! read more

LOVE this place!!!! can spend hours and hours just walking around looking at all the wonderful stuff they have for decorating and crafts. It's definitely a woman's store. Sorry guy's, I know the name is a bit misleading. read more

Definitely a crafter's wonderland! Large selection of crafting supplies, everything from yarn to silk flowers, to kids crafts, and everything in between. Also a huge selection of artwork and home decor. My only complaint is the antiquated checkout that is quite time consuming. Don't forget to use the mobile app for a 40% off coupon each time you shop! read more

Absolutely love this place. I'm addicted. I go way too many times in a week and spend way too much money. They have every thing you could ever need for crafts and decorating your home. I buy everybodies gifts there read more

I usually have good customer service here, but not today. I came in looking for a wooden cake stand. The one I was looking for wasn't displayed. So I went up to the cashier and asked if they had the item. (I searched the item on their online website, it had the SKU number, picture, and all the details). The cashier asked for an associate. The associate comes in, I ask if they have the item and show her my phone with all the info displayed. She said that the cake stands are in a different section. I told her that i didn't see it there. She said that if it's not there, then we don't have it in stock. I asked if there are any other hobby lobby stores that may have it, but her and the cashier said.."I don't know, sorry. " They didn't even try to call other hobby lobby stores or even take down the SKU number and say, "let me find out for you." I'm just surprised, at least they could've tried? Lol. read more

I love this place! They have a lot to offer and definitely gives ideas for the uncreative. I found many do it yourself projects or you can buy the already made. I definitely love the wide selection in the scrapbook section. I already can see they will have a lot to choose from in the Christmas aisles. read more

This shop has become one of my favourites in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the framers, who have worked on five of my pictures and done a professional and affordable job. On one occasion, a young lady named Desi was particularly helpful when I could not find an item in the shop, and she went out of her way to help me. My only criticism would be that some of the stock is not very quickly replaced. I went twice recently, a few days apart, to look for specific pencils, but they and all the pencils around them had sold out. So whoever does the ordering may want to keep track of when racks are bare. One word of warning. If you want to take advantage of the 40% online discount while shopping, go to the Hobby Lobby web site on your mobile device before you enter the shop. The reception in the building is super slow! read more

Love the store. Has basically everything I need. However, you need to watch they are ringing up the correct price. I bought several items that did not ring up the sales price. Watch that you are not overcharged! read more

Tried asking the manager for a price since their wasn't signage the other employee said yeah no problem let me check, the manager grabbed it and said its not on sale and walked away. When there are 2 other stores that sell the same types of merchandise it's clear I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Love this store!!! HATE their returns system!!! Over bought for a shower and needed to return something's, I had multiple receipts but because each item doesn't have its own item number it took over 35 minutes and still wasn't right! Lost our on lots of money that was due to me.. I don't even understand how the do inventory with this stupid system.. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS and WRITE ON THE RECEIPT WHAT YOU BOUGHT! read more

Just left hobby lobby and my family felt so harassed there. We were in the jewelry area and there were 2 employees acting like they were setting things up and 2 other employees at each end of the aisle. We were there because I wanted to make a personal necklace/ bracket for one of my dearest friends. I've been here before and never felt this abused. I do admit we weren't all dressed up in nice close but in sweats and gym clothing because we had finished a busy day of cleaning our home so I wanted to go before they close for the weekend. Right when we got there we noticed that we were being watched everywhere we went in the store. So like half a hour later passes and we were so annoyed that we decided to go pay and just leave. We are walking out the door and some employee, male with military looking hair cut, gave us a dirty look. We are walking to our car and next thing we know that same man is running near us and he got our license plate number. Like what in the world do you need with my license plates.?? Not at one minute did they stop us and asked if we needed any assistance while in the store but they sure wanted the license plate to our car.?? This place made us so unwelcoming and harassed to a point where we are never going again.!! I would give this negative stars if I can.!!!!! read more

Hobby Lobby - Went to buy my dear friend this lovely gift but this store harassed my family the whole time we were there.!!! - Hobby Shops Near Me - Redlands, California

I loved this place! First time visiting a Hobby Lobby & it was better than expected. I wish they didn't close so early because there is so much to look at! You need atleast two hrs to go down every aisle. Some of the stuff can be pricey but most of it was 50% off! The store was very clean & the employees were very nice. Can't wait to go back! read more

I love this store! They have great selection of holiday items.... I love their craft area too. The only issues were lines. It was extremely busy and they only had 2 cashiers. read more

Wow what poor customer service from the Assistant Mangers all the way to the corporate office. I could not get my issue resolved with some fabric that I had ordered. I needed 24 yards of upholstery fabric so they had to order it. I was under the impression that it would all come from the same bolt so it would match. 15 yards was ordered and they tried to sell me the other nine yards that was off the bolt in the store nobody could find out or figure out why the full 24 yards was not ordered at the same time. I had to go back to the store THREE times I was frustrated called their corporate office nobody would help nobody would do anything nobody would even give any customer satisfaction for the inconvenience it was horrible. Finally on my third attempt the gal back there Rae was extremely apologetic and helpful for the first time after being there 3 times somebody finally apologized unfortunately Hobby Lobby your customer service needs MUCH improvement. I will not be back anytime soon and will spread the poor experience among my community! read more
