I happened to go in today for supplies for a craft I plan on doing and spent half the price that I originally did at Michael's. From now on I'll definitely make them my first stop. I usually love going to hobby lobby but this location has truly turned me away. We were checking out in line for 15 minutes and only had 7 items. They had to look up the price of every single item on their phones and when they couldn't find the price they just guessed. Customer service was absolutely horrible everyone there seemed miserable working there. No smiles, no enthusiasm just unhappy to be there. Everyone spoke so monotone almost like a dying cat. Will NOT being going back to this location that's for sure. Being there put us in a terrible mood. read more

Hobby Lobby really is the best craft store in my opinion. I shop at all the popular craft stores, but I can usually find exactly what I need at Hobby Lobby. I feel that Hobby Lobby has a larger and better variety of craft items. As far as this location, it's basically like the other Hobby Lobby stores I have visited. When I went, I was looking for specific items for a project I was working on. Instead of wondering all over the store, I decided to ask an employee for help to more quickly locate the items. Now, the employee didn't really seem like she wanted to assist me, but she did end up walking me to the general area of where I could find what I was looking for that day. I expect lethargic employees at other stores, not Hobby Lobby. Anyhow, Hobby Lobby had an array of items that fit my needs so I picked up a few things headed to check out. First I'd like to say I love Hobby Lobby's selection and value. They have so many choices and I've never even considered returning anything. I love crafting and Hobby Lobby is and always will be my go to store. I love how the business isn't open on Sundays. Everyone needs time with their family. Now the negative. I would really appreciate the cashiers being given better training. If I say something is on clearance, I'm not lying! Get someone to look. Stop with the dirty looks, huffing or general irritation. I didn't try to use a fake coupon or pass counterfeit money. Do your job, verify that I'm not lying, but please be nice! It's not just this location. Fully stocked and decent Hobby Lobby. They sell way more than just paint and craft supplies. We came here to pick up stuff for my nephews' smash cake photo shoot. We had a travel theme and were able to pick up, a globe, an antique you plane, a map wall hanging, fake cute small luggage and a wooden "travel" sign. You'll find endless decor for your home. Table toppers, throws, pillows, plates, trays etc. Tons of party supplies and baking supplies as well. Great sales, accessible. Good for families and strollers. Cashiers and sales associates are readily available. Decent bathrooms. Large mostly clean facility. Lots of parking in a strip mall location. Sad that Big Lots is no longer next door. read more

Ok, I have to admit, I guess I really didn't know what you would get if you went into a Hobby Lobby, I guess I thought that all that it was would be arts and crafts related, which it is, but so much more. They have all sorts of seasonal items as well. Prices are really good and the staff I really friendly. They have good close out prices on things at the end of whichever holiday season you happen to be in the middle of. Really an overall good experience and I kind of wish I had checked one of these stores out sooner. I will go here from time to time and see what new items they've brought in. I would recommend checking them out...especially if you are looking for a place to get lost for awhile. read more

I never thought I would be one of those women that would come here on my off days, but man is this place amazing. I only ever came here as a child to get arts and crafts supplies, but they are so much more than finger paint and pipe cleaners. They sell furniture, throw pillows, fabric, and have a very wide selection of.....my favorite...farmhouse decor. I'm planning to make a decorative wreath as my next project, and Hobby Lobby will be the first place I look. Definitely one those stores I could spend hours in, and not be bored. One detailed 5 star review, one seemingly unreal, nondescript, one star review... I'm gonna have to side with the 5 star. How can you not enjoy Hobby Lobby? This is a great Hobby Lobby location, for all the reasons that Hobby Lobby is a great store. When you come here seeking decorations or crafts etc, it always feels like home. From the staff greeting you and being pleasant, to the smells of some good potpourri somewhere :) Anyway, I love how EVERYTHING in the store is either on sale this week, or next week. The sales literally alternate every other week for everything in the store! ALSO, you're able to simply Google a coupon each and every week and there's another 40% right there!! How's this company still in business?? Because everything about it is great! Even like that it's a Faith organization and similar to Chick Fil A, isn't open on sundays. The notices on the door even says "Closed Sundays to Allow Employees Time for Family and Worship" Awesome!! My last visit, I was having a massive photo framed. The person helping me appeared to be quite young (imo) but definitely very professional and amazing at what she does. Then I found fabrics, jewelry to wear, to make, scrapbooks, floral and the low prices and sales! Teachers...beware, you won't want to leave. In fact they have a classroom you can use FREE!! Horrible Customer Service! Every time I have visited this location the service is trash. I hate it because they have great items for home decor but I cannot spend another penny at a location where the manager visibly sees poor service and does nothing. She told Karl to come and open a register for my return and he walked slower than a snail to do so. No greeting whatsoever and extremely slowly proceeded with the return. It was as if I was interrupting him to do his job. I told the manager they need to work on better customer service delivery. She literally watched the whole scenario and said nothing. My son had an odd size painting he wanted framed. We went to a competitor and using the 50% off coupon, the painting was around $300 to mat and frame. We went to Hobby Lobby to get a precut frame and the stockman, Bob, found us a great frame. We went to get it matted, glass installed and backing. It came to just under $50. Price aside, the painting looks amazing and my son could not be happier. read more

Hobby Lobby is a piece of heaven for any one who crafts. I can go in and spend hours meandering. Yesterday was a sadder time to go with my mom. My dad died a little over a month ago and we dont have a headstone yet. We went and picked out the most beautiful white roses ($6 a piece), greenery and a vase you place in the ground. Poor customer service. I purchased some craft supplies that had some pieces missing. The store worker said I could return them if they did not work and they didn't work. It was only a few dollars. So, I did more shopping and just requested an exchange (with the receipt and original packaging) thinking it would be easier. No, they were rude and gave me a hassle over an exchange of very inexpensive item that was missing parts. I don't shop there anymore. Had they been more professional, I would go back. read more

I suppose the prices are ok, but I have a huge problem with Hobby Lobby. They instituted a lawsuit to get out of covering birth control on the health insurance they provide their employees. This is wrong 6 ways from Sunday. Birth control is a good thing. It's medicine that allows 51% of us plan our families. Which means it allows all of us to do that. It prevents both unwanted pregnancies & abortion. Besides, fair's fair. They aren't sueing to get out of paying for viagra! read more
