This dealership was the closest to our BnB (new to area) and took it in. The lady at desk was the new service director (Taylor) and I explained the previous place and my utter disgust with them. Not only did this service center take it seriously, she was honest and said they would need 24 hours to inspect it. 24 hours later, they text me with news it was the recall. It took one week for them to get part, get it installed AND Rebecca went to bat for me and made sure RAM covered an additional faulty part, that had failed due to the recall part. I was ready to give up hope on dealerships here, and this place shocked me. I will gladly drive here to see both the awesome women who keep it real and honest. Even if I buy a home in another parish. Aggravating when service departments try and scam you. Rainbow actually sent me what looked like a bill for 240$ + last week...in the Itty bitty tiniest print at bottom it explained it was an offer for their extended maintenance package. Jack-holes!!! My mum or any other older person I know would have genuinely thought it was a bill and paid I am genuinely considering filing a complaint with BBB or whatever Louisiana allows for that shady/deceptive letter. Spent the next day getting financing, went to pick it up and the sales supervisor tried to up charge me $2,200 dollars. For other fees, which the internet clearly stated was included in the price. I refused. He told me to leave. I want the truck. I was not rude nor did I use any foul language. The sales manger was rude and very disrespectful. They had the mobile city police trespass me . A retired firefighter/paramedic I spent my life helping people and he trespassed me 9 year old grandson as well. The dealership was going to have us arrested. As sad as it was the positive thing out of this was 2 things. My grandson learned how not to treat people if you want to be successful in business and why folks call a dealership a stealership. I've never been treated that poorly at a business. I'm guessing if you pay top dollar for a car or truck the nicer they are.

The engine in our 2021 Escalade died and we were told it would need to be replaced under our warranty. Kassidy in service said that a vehicle had been set aside for us to use while the vehicle was being repaired. We decided to see if it would be in our interest to trade in the vehicle for a new one. Upon talking to Seth, the GM, we decided that we would just move forward with the repair and forgo a trade. We were in luck, because according to Scott, the service manager, Ross Downing was the only dealership that had this engine in stock, because they anticipated the issue with this 6.2L 8 engine. This happened on Friday, and on Monday morning on the way to pick up loaner vehicle, we received a call from Scott saying that he is being told they are refusing to work on our car and we needed to have it towed somewhere else for service. We have filed a complaint with Cadillac, and am dumbfounded by the arrogance of the General Manager. Scott and Kassidy in service were both great, and at least had the decency to return our calls. The GM is clearly not doing whats best for the brand, but what is best for his ego.

Ross happened to be one and holy crud they weren't joking. Being able to snag tons of items for .49 for holiday decor and then picking up Calphalon pans for $1.99 in another sale. It's insane what you can pick up here. They don't promote these markdowns publicly so it's a matter of luck. Even outside of these crazy sales, I always find some awesome markdowns to snag and take home.
