Unreliable and dishonest service
I have been using this business to send vitamins, over the counter medicines and cash to my family in Vietnam for a couple years. Packages were always delivered late and never delivered to my mother's house as they advertised. The cash had the same issue. The delivery guys always called my seventy six year old mother to come to see them at a post office to receive cash or packages. My mother's house is about three km away from her home and she had to use taxi boat to reach the destination. Some packages, Mom had to make four or five trips in order to get it. I brought those problems up with the owners numerous times, and they always blamed on people in Vietnam, not them. They never took any responsibility directly or honestly.
Last July, I sent a package of medicine again (dump me) to Mom and I bought two Tylenol boxes from the shop to add them into the package. They said as always would take about more than a week to reach there. Almost three week later, Mom got the package after three trips to the post office. Of course they did not deliver to her house. One of the glass bottle herb was broken and the liquid soaked up everything in the box.
I came back to the shop to notify them and as usual, they said because of those people in Vietnam. They did not tell me if they would do anything to compensate the lost until I asked them what they were going to do about it. They said they would compensate the bottle. From that day, I had never heard from them again until I sent them a message via phone mentioned that I would report them to the BBB. They challenged me to report them to the BBB and they said they were not afraid of it.
I spoke with my Mom and had her to check all the medications on the list and I found out that the two Tylenol boxes I bought from them at the time I sent the package, were not in the package. I kept calling my Mom and she said the shop sent one Tylenol box to her and later on the herb bottle. There items were sent separately.
I bought medicine from them and paid the sending cost on those medicine but they did not include them in the package. They sent only a box instead of two to my Mom. Normally, they charge the sending cost very expensive usually more expensive than the medicine itself.
The owners of this business are not honest or truthful and irresponsible. They provide a terrible service to the community especially the Vietnamese people. I heard from friends that this business is not good but I was so stubborn to use it until I had experienced myself. read more
