The owner is kind, the dog is super friendly and cute, ambience is refreshing and Nancy provides an incredible massage ! Highly recommend this place read more

This place was great! Last minute decision with me and my friend for some self care on a Friday night! They squeezed us in as last customers and were really nice. Great masseuse she was careful and asked what I wanted constantly and if I was ok. They have a shower if you want but no soap or anything that we saw. Only drawbacks of my experience: they asked us to pay cash only. and them talking in their language with every move we make which makes us know they are talking about us for sure! Parking is on the streets, usually 2 hour parking around. Overall I liked this place and when I'm in the area I would go there again! read more

I've always gone to a beautiful Day spa, but when I moved within walking distance to here, I wanted to try it out. The first time I went, it was late at night and they were able to squeeze me in and they actually had me in a private room, instead of in the lobby where you can hear everyone talking and blowing their nose and asking stupid questions. The most recent time that I came in here, the woman actually asked if I was pregnant. She then kept asking me if I was sure that I wasn't after I had already said no...The biggest no-no in the world, especially from one woman to another. Not only am I mortified, and vulnerable, and in less than appealing clothing ready to get a massage by a woman who is already judging me, now you want me to relax to get a $25 massage that really was cut 45 minutes? I lived in China, and I understand that these are not the quietest places, especially when you're getting a value massage. But having it in the lobby, with no consideration to the people who are in there trying to relax. It also makes me question why this is only a female masseuse spot?? Thank God I didn't book the couples massage with my boyfriend... Could you imagine arriving and then the woman asking you repeatedly if you're sure you are pregnant?! read more

We loved our couples massage. Amy is super helpful and communicative. We'll be back for sure.

I had an awful experience here. Called and asked was there availability for my cousin and I, and the answer was yes, please come. My cousin was from out of town and I wanted her to have a nice massage from the long flight. Got there on time for our appointment. Waited 30mins.. with no excuse. But we noticed other Asian clientel was brought water, and offered things while they wait, but my cousin and I were overlooked.Yes i should have left but I figured let me give them a chance. Then after our massage, the manager literally picks up our clothes and shoes and tell us to get dressed near the front desk because others are waiting to be massaged. Will never return. read more

The Greatest Massage In The History Of The World. Me And My Wife Really Enjoyed The Massage. The Rooms Were Very Clean. The Masseuses Were Extremely Nice. The Massages Are The Best In Pasadena! Go And See Amy! read more

Came here again for the first time in.... years. It's still a great place! It's clean, nice, the staff is very professional, they did great work and really took the time to loosen up knots in my back, neck, and legs. Amy made sure everything went well! I would highly recommend this place. read more

This place is THE BOMB! Amy, the owner is super professional and all of my massages have been incredible. My last one on Saturday was with Mia. Not sure I have EVER had a massage that good. read more

WOW. Best massage I have EVER had!! If you are comfortable with a little more exposure than your traditional massage in the US (just 1 towel for coverage, and the therapist straddling you on the table for a bit), you will experience, hands down, THE BEST massage you have ever had! The therapist didn't even need to ask me what pressure I prefer, she KNEW what my muscles needed. I had muscles massaged I didn't even know I had (and that needed it!), and was stretched in ways I didn't know my limbs could stretch, but now I feel completely aligned! The massage therapists here absolutely understand human anatomy to the point that you get EXACTLY what your muscles need, and it is AMAZING! Check it out! You'll be hooked! And you'll feel like a new person! read more

OH MY GOD! When I tell you I had the best couples massage and facial with my girlfriend... we mean THE BEST massage. Annie & Anna treated us like queens! We had an amazing deep tissue with hot stone massage and we loved it! I've been back 2 times since this review read more

Great massages! Everyone so nice. One of the best massages ever with Coco and Lulu. Place is clean and modest. Price is unbeatable. Will try to go monthly. Highly recommend! read more

I needed to take a moment and write this business a 5 star review. They are so great! And Amy is the sweetest! She is always making sure we are satisfied with the service. Needless to say they are amazing all the time. And of course their massages are even better! This is mine and my boyfriends favorite spot. Keep the hard work y'all doing great ladies! ‍‍ read more

Best spa in town. Best bang for your buck here. They're welcoming and accommodating. We've been twice already and the lady up front. Always takes care of us and is polite. Her employees are hard working, have strong hands and do an amazing job. I love that they used oil and hot stones. I will definitely be coming back. This is our go to spot. Especially after workouts and being sore. Glad we found this spot! read more

Not luxury at all but a good massage! Wished they used a sheet over me rather than just a towel. But good massage! Will be back for sure!

They are awesome! Very clean and friendly. I scheduled for couple and they did great job.

Very professional, clean, and warm environment i have been there several times, thanks to my daughter's recommendation. it has been a pleasure to meet Amy the owner, who always greats you with warmth. I now recommend the place to everyone read more

This place is wonderful! Amy is kind and very helpful, and Monica is an incredible masseuse!

Today was my first massage at HM Warm Spa and the first massage I have had in a very long time, too long! It's hard not to have high expectations for something one is looking forward to and then be disappointed, but my high expectations were not only met, they were exceeded. I want to thank Nancy for a fabulous massage and Amy for her graciousness. I highly recommend HM Warm Spa and already have my next appointment and I am hoping to book a Couples Massage with my husband soon! read more

I visited HM Warm Spa for the first time this weekend and had an amazing massage. This will be my new go to place for massages. Very friendly and a nice ambiance. Thank you! read more

Love this place! I usually come during the week and can just walk in. I bartend,so my back's a mess. Nancy is my favorite she has the hands of a angel! Seriously my salvation. Great pressure and she hits all the right spots. If you're not able to zone out the noise might bug you but concentrate on your breathing and it should be just fine. My only complaint is the receptionist can be a little loud sometimes. There gotta be a quieter ringtone for the business phone. Other wise, so good and clean. read more

Went for my birthday and the massage was great! I felt like a complete noodle after and so relaxed for the rest of the day. I also got the facial and the glow I had after was impeccable! read more

We had booked the extreme value massage which is basically a foot massage. Overall I had a great experience and really enjoyed the decor of the place. My friend and I got our own room for the massage versus usual foot massage places where you are in a room with several people you don't know. The lights were dim and the room clean. I would definitely go back. Good massage and friendly staff! I'd go back again. The only problem was finding parking for me. Street parking is 1 hour so if I wanted to get a longer massage I'd have to think about where to find viable parking. Although not an issue for the store really. read more

I have been once here, lulu was very professional, I really recommend her, she has great strength， my neck and my back got really relief. Recommend her again if you want harder massage!!! read more

From the experience I had it felt like I was matched with a new masseur. Paid for an hour full body hot stone massage, and it definitely was not what I expected. The young lady focused primarily on my neck and shoulders for 3/4 of the hour. She did a few techniques that touched more areas but overall it was a neck and shoulder massage. Key areas that were focused on: feet, arms, hands, and lower back. When leaving the establishment the lady in the front desk asked how my massage went, I gave her my honest review. Instead of acknowledging what I told her all she kept on saying is that she would promise me that the next time I came they would do better. She also kept on insisting that my shoulders and neck were very tense and that is why the young lady did not massage other areas. From my personal experience this was one of the worst massages I have ever gotten, I would not recommend this place unless if you are very explicit with them on what you want to get a massage but they do not do a good job with balance. read more

Partner booked us 1 hour couples massage. Amy welcomed us & checked us in, pretty smooth process. We were a bit late for our appointment & it was no issue. Did not get the name of our masseuses but they did a great job asking if we wanted softer/harder pressure. Loved the hot rocks on our backs & the massages! Would recommend coming here to others. read more

Tonight my girlfriends and I came to this place. There were not enough chairs for all 3 of us, so one of us was outside where the chairs are and 2 of us had a private room with tables. The young lady that massages me was amazing. Her pressure was strong and she definitely massaged our my knots. Not many places like this do that so I was pleasantly surprised. I would come back here when I am able to. My girls also had no complaints with their ladies so in all we definitely will come back when we are back in town. read more

Great massage for the price! Much better than pricier competitors. The massage is long, productive and has been really useful to me. Go for it!! read more

Great place to come for full body deep tissue massage. Tina was excellent and will now be my regular go to. Very professional, clean and great service all around. Highly recommend read more

I received a very comfortable 90 min massage here, and the lady was very good with making sure she put enough pressure on my body to get out all the knots and kinks. The hot stones were a bit too hot for me, but just make sure you communicate with your masseuse and you will be fine. Everyone there was very friendly, and we were in and out without any issues. My cousin said this was one of the best massages he's ever gotten! Parking is also pretty easy, though we came on a weekday night--plenty of street parking in the evening hours. read more

Walked out of here yesterday with the best deep tissue massage I've ever received. The day after is key; any massage can last a few hours. This one really worked the pain out of my lower back without leaving me sore. The $75 cost for a 90-minute deep tissue massage was more than justified. Bonus stars for taking clients at 8:30 p.m. on a weeknight. Tips: - Mandy and Lisa = both excellent. - Can also recommend the 90-min Swedish (wife loved it) - Cash only read more

Come over and start up a conversation with just me And trust me I'll give it a chance now Take my hand, stop, put Van the Man on the jukebox And then we start to dance, and now I'm singing at...HM Spa! - Ed Sheeran (shape of you) Always a good sign when its one of those massage places that have legit reviews and not "bots" made from the spa owner. The masseuse I got was like the ones you would get at hotels, so that's a good sign. They do good on keeping up with how much time you've set down to the tee. The rooms are clean and lighting can be adjusted as well. The host is nice and they have lots of staff on hand (15-20). They said you can come in until 9-930 and its not in a sketchy area. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage (the hot stones was a fun part of the massage lol) and will be back! read more

I went to this place more than 10 times So in love with this place! Every time I have a different masseuse and every time it's so good. All of them are so professional. Recommend this place read more

I bought a hot stone couples massage gift certificate for our anniversary probably 3 + years ago and never used it until today. Oh how amazing it was! My husband gets massages frequently so I expected a big critique, but even he was impressed and said how great it was. He had never had hot stones and almost turned them down but accepted at the last minute, so it was a first for both of us. It's really relaxing and calming on top of a deep tissue massage! Amy was so gracious in helping us and making sure we were happy with everything. We had Wendy and Jenny for our masseuses--fantastic and a great value, too. read more

Just finished our 90 min couples massage and the ladies did not disappoint! We've been coming here for a couple years now and they're always wonderful. Booked our massage this morning and they accommodated us right away. $160 for a 90 min couples' massage. This is probably the best massage I've ever had and I've been to several "fancy" resort spas before which do not compare to the quality of massage at HM. Just to be clear, you are not paying for amenities like "spa water" and beach side views...you pay for what's important, and to me that's an incredibly relaxing massage. I've been to other spas that are gorgeous overlooking the beach and have a nice lounge but the massage has been forgettable. Not at HM! The ladies are all great at what they do. This is one of the only places that spends a lot of time on my upper back and shoulders, which is a big problem area for me. Also, they actually massage the glutes which are often ignored at other spas for some reason. I typically ask for medium pressure which is perfect, but know they can go much harder which my fiancé prefers. So if you're looking for a no frills experience with a great, thorough and relaxing massage - check out HM! We will definitely be coming back often read more

I've been coming to HM warm spa for several years but, over the past year I've walked away with more bruises than I can count. I have no blood issues as I get regularly screened so that's not something to even consider at this point. It's the simple fact that the quality has dropped dramatically. I will certainly not be coming any more, more specifically because when I called the owner to discuss my issue of being bruised from her certified staff, she simply said, "I'm too busy now I'll call you later" ....ok, that was 2 weeks ago and no calls. read more
