We the boat was dirty and full of leaves . He told me they don't clean them up until they're sold. So ,I figured that if I bought it, they would have cleaned it. Didn't happen! When I picked it up it was still filthy so I guess that should have been my first red flag. Anyway, I was also assured that it had went through a complete function test and service which I unfortunately found out to late was also not done. The first clue that I had been had was the gigging platform lights. I hooked up my generator to them and 1 out of 8 was out . Within 5 minutes, I heard a sizzle and arc sound and all the lights went out. One of the lights shorted out and caused them all to go out. Got that fixed at an out of pocket cost of $300. I also found out that the nav light don't work either. I used the boat 3x and the fourth time, it wouldn't start. Just a clicking sound coming from under the cowling. Come to find out, the starter is toast . Im in the process of replacing that myself because I don't want to spend $800 for a mechanic to do it. Waiting on the part right non. Another complaint is about is the fact I was lied to about a complete service being done to the engine. The oil filter was marked with a permanent marker. The date read 8/2024. I bought the boat in late 2025 so, I was lied to about that as well. Im, in the process of changing the oil myself as well. Im at least handy enough to do minimal maintenance or Id be over $1000 in the hole for deceptive sales practices. My suggestion is to stay clear of this business. There are plenty of boat dealers out there that are hopefully more honest than Millers.

I use it to transport my ATV so it's only on the road about 300 miles per year and is stored outside at our hunting lease. It's very disappointing to see this amount of wear and rust on a trailer after only 3 years when it's not an inexpensive trailer. The local dealership told me that's just the quality of Triple Crown. That would have been nice to know before I spent the money on what I thought was a high quality trailer. I would shop around for a better trailer for the money. I will never again buy another Triple Crown trailer.

They double checked the brakes and bled them, no issues. Then they checked the computer system, which Toyota had done, and found the problem for ONLY $160. Thank you Walts for saving me thousands of dollars. I would give 10 if I could. P S I'm an elderly female. Other car care places have also tried to get me to pay for unnecessary repairs.

Just had a brand new Chevy Spark 2018 set up for flat towing by them and all I can say is that this place is first rate. The owner (Jay) knows his stuff and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Job was completed in about 6 hours and it looks and works great. You always have a little fear when having someone do work on a brand new car, but I could not be happier. The vehicle looks great with the blue ox base plate and the car tows like its not even there. Thank you Jay for throwing in the tow bar cover for free. I would highly recommend them to anyone I meet. read more

It was POURING rain. Not a lot of choices. It was brought there and onloaded after great difficulty going onto the truck. The driver had never dealt with a Mercedes before. When it had arrived after dragging it on the truck, I left my 2018 C300 4 Matic Night Edition 71,000 miles (1 of 300 built in the world in 2018) with Shannon. They would evaluate and call me. I heard a couple days later. Engine was flooded with water and needed a new or rebuilt engine. Progressive opted to install a new engine. Fast forward to September 5 after picking up the car. It was not right. I brought it to my mechanic (Shannons is 1 1/2 hours away from my home). My mechanic found a broken engine mount and transmission mount. I called Shannon and spoke to the Owner. I asked why didn't you tell me. His answer, "Your car was on my lift. My lift time is costly. I couldn't wait for Progressive". This cost me out of pocket $1300. It could have been $600 if it was done while the engine was out of the car. While replacing the motor mounts it was found to have a broken axle (it was thought from the dragging onto the truck). Progressive did pay for that. Do not use Shannon. Maybe their lift time is more important than your vehicle also!!!

Drove 45 minutes to them. They said our front brake was locked up. ??No hot smell, no pulling. Said we needed brakes done and it would cost around $4000 . ??? What the heck! $4000 FOR BRAKES??? Charged us $150 for their 'diagnosis'. Drove back 45 miles, used a thermal gun to check temps on wheels...NORMAL. Took RV to a different garage. Brakes NOT locked up. 65% good brakes on front, 70% on rear. Got new tires all around, drives great. Less than a thousand dollars for all new 10ply tires, ZERO BRAKE WORK. SO....PATRICK'S IS A LYING SHYSTER GARAGE. Our opinion. You can form your own.
