Chris called me a few hours later and said I needed a new battery and a new transmission at $12'400.00. I said it only has 56,000 miles on it - no way. I told them to do nothing but the recall. When I picked it up Chris charged me $222.53 because they hooked it up to the computer. The recall items they fixed - fixed the transmission issue. So they knew that but still charged me for running the program. I am calling them to get my money back. My problem is if this would have been someone that was older or not know - they would have charged them $12K or sold them a new car even though the recall fixed everything. FORD corporate needs to know about this. I will never go back.

Asked my app where there was a nearby auto parts store and saw AutoZone was about 2 miles away. Always had good luck with them when I lived in Delaware, so I figured that would work fine. In Delaware, these had been out in the aisle along side cupholders and wiper blade, but here it's behind the counter. I assume they only asked about the car I drive because I seemed to know what I was looking for. Decided I needed one with a key this time. I told them previously if only seen them in 2 packs, it I was told they could be done as a single.
