Lets say those parts are a fuel pump and fuel line. Those two parts are not necessarily compatible with each other, but they won't tell you that. It has been an agenda of mine for YEARS to restore it after watching motivational light restoration videos on Youtube. However, it wasn't until I couldn't stand it anymore and started sanding with a 140 grit sand paper did I realize what trouble I had gotten myself into. I had purchased a Meguiar's PlastX at a heavily discounted price at an Amazon liquidation store, and after using it - I found out that it did not do as advertised. I should've gotten the hint that it was not a good option seeing that sanding was not in the directions of the bottle. Alas, a choice to make, which was 1.) to either leave it be, or 2.) try and fix it with whatever motivation I have left and whatever is the cheapest available at O'Reilly's. After consulting the internet (youtube) showed me that there are a couple of options at O'reilly's that I could get, I boiled it down to Turtle Wax Headlight Lens Restoration Kit - T240KT. Priced at 12.99 - it was the perfect thing that could help me with the mess I had already made. This was a last resort, and I am happy to report that my headlight lens restoration project was a success! Although, please follow the directions - I had made some errors (1. using microfibre instead of cotton first and using the clear liquid instead of the white liquid first) and even though it came out nice, I think using the white bottle instead of the clear bottle first would've made it much better. I would say, however, this is more of a one time use product, unless you can get the wipes separately, since the wipes made a big difference in the quality of work.
