Often I hear from the stronger, fit members "you can do it" or "good job" or other words of encouragement. The fellow bootcampers are friendly and welcoming. Jacob organizes "challenges" sometimes you are working with a partner to encourage each other and other times. They last for about one month. Lots of fun and heathy prizes. The morning class is at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. We work out there all year round, sometimes on their deck overlooking the bay or on the beach or on rainy days under their building. I am not in shape but attending GroupFit I am getting there! If I miss a couple of classes Jacob checks in with me to ask "where you are and when are coming back?" There are all levels at the bootcamp and there is no embarrassment or shame if you are using 5 pound weights and the person next to you is using 25 pound weights. One negative- we have to do burpees during the workout but I am learning to do them well and I am getting into shape!

With this bootcamp every workout is different and the variety keeps me coming back. Jake is an excellent instructor and knows how to both push you but also provide positive feedback. Everyone that I have met in the class has been very supportive and welcoming. I highly recommend this class if you looking for a fun way to get stronger and slimmer.

***I would actually give it 3.5 stars***…read more Background: I work out about 6x/week and I'm a runner. I completed the 7 day free trial period with my friend and that's the basis for this review. Pros: -Great for people who enjoy working out in groups -Efficient 45 min workout -You sign up for classes via their dedicated app, then it can be added to the calendar in your phone -The raised padded floor is great for those of us with knee problems, it makes for a soft landing - they have child care -you can complete workouts from home video chat -they have women's only classes -unisex bathrooms with baby changing tables -they offer one-on-one support with nutrition (not sure how often) Cons: -Not so great for people who need more instruction because the class moves quickly -About 5-7 mins of the 45 mins is dedicated to warm-up and instructions, which makes for a short workout for some - The app doesn't tell you what the focus of the workout is going to be, so if you work out on your own you risk working on the same muscle group you already focused on by yourself -only class based workouts, no cardio machines, no time to stretch or do anything on your own -not open on Sundays -No locker room/showers Overall: This would make for a great secondary gym for someone who can't focus/doesn't have the motivation to complete HIIT workouts on their own (seeing as how there are plenty of free options online). It's a no frills, no thrills type of gym, get in, do your workout, and leave. They don't even have towels you can use. It's all about community here, so if that's what you're looking for, then this would be good for you. You must wear a face mask everywhere except while on the padded floor.

Complimentary child-watch for those with kiddos - allowing you can have 45 mins of time for you for your workout! Always tons of high fives and encouragement from everyone during the workout and overall such a great vibe!

Please stay away! Look at the text I uploaded. See what Joe Buabeng really think about his clients…read more If I could have given no stars I would have. Joe Buabeng, the said owner of Cloud 10 transformation is not a professional business man or gym. The gym is out dated and in need of renovations the equipment is old, broken mirrors. No frills 2 room establishment. He was my assigned trainer but I only trained with him once for a.half session. Thank God for Mia, Yolanda and Kevin and one more guy I forget his name but they are the only ones there to help you along the way. Not Joe even though he was my assigned trainer and he knows Im currently on dialysis. He pops jn and out of the gym leaving you with the other trainers. However, when he pops in the gym he only cater to his favs and post videos of them. He wrote a text to me after I disputed a double payment that was made. Just incase you didn't see the screen shot picture I uploaded, please see his exact text below. "I'm fully joyed. You will however always remain cripple and unhappy. He continued "You don't need a gym membership you need therapy!!!" Would you want to spend money or time at a place that thinks this way about you/his customer(s). He is supposed to be helping people isn't there some sort of Personal Trainer oath. He gives you a meal plan but he is not a certified nutriousnist. The one thing he admitted to me. He provides a generic menu/ meal plan he most likely copied. So if you don't say I'm diabetic or that you are a Kidney patient or any health issues your probably not eating properly with his menu plan. However he begs for "the goods" they call it but when things doesn't go his way he will say things like he said in the text. Especially if you are a women. He acts like he secretly hates women. He became extremely upset about $79 I couldn't believe it because he was actually paid twice and it was proven to him via email text and in person. If I would have said nothing he basically would have stolen the chump change and still charged me twice. Im glad I paid attention and inquired. I have friends that left due because of money issues in the past. I thought he would have changed since losing all his other gyms. Not Joe. He is preying and praying that you think you need his help to get fit. He knows for every person that leave one will return. I say leave, run don't look back. There are way better gyms. I promise you, he doesn't care. Obviously, Joe does not care about his clients and when he gets upset he will take your money and cancel your membership. Mute Cloud10transformation in memory of that family member who died from any illness. Joe is clearly only out for the money!! But when you catch him he is going to be big mad and use reverse psychology to make you think you were wrong. He is disrespectful and crossed the line on how he responds to women and people with disabilities. This gym should be closed it's basically a scam and you should speak up! Expose him. Im choosing to expose him today. I'm saddened by how he chooses to handle business too. Customer service sucks! He is the supposed owner, trainer, billing department, hiring department. Why does he say speak to the billing department Elisa but she only work on Saturdays when everything is closed. All the other gyms he had didn't survive the pandemic and are currently closed-this one should as well. Please don't waste your time here. Don't confide in him. He will tell all your business to all the workers and they looking at you with the "side eye.". Elisa send emails asking for all the goods, all your personal business. that may hinder you from working out. Only to throw it back in your face when he is upset. But wait I thought Elisa was the billing department. No one is probably even reading it, just a scam. He is too emotional when he wants everyone to think he is an Alpha male. Never have I seen a man act like this before. My God what a shame. Shame on you Joe Bubeang of Cloud zero scam formation. You should be ashamed of yourself!

Well I did, and after my 6 weeks challenge, I lost 24 pounds and 3 inches in my waist. It was truly a challenge. I was really discipline and committed. I worked out 5 days a week. I followed the meal plans and I learned a fantastic way to cook my food without oil or butter. Three weeks into the challenge I injured my knee and my doctor advised me to stop and do something less stressful on my knee. I decided to stay the course. All levels are welcomed, everyone was nice and supportive. Meal plan is provided. I lost 3 pounds within the first week and it stayed the same, til i gained it all back the 4th week. Lol. That last week, i literally was at 3 different holiday parties with open bars, so that was my fault :) and i missed about 3/4 days of classes. A woman who started the challenge with me ended up losing 11 pounds. I can say that i didn't strictly stick to the meal plan, i often skipped dinner because i didn't like what was on the menu and didn't drink water as needed... so don't be like me lol. i can only speak for this location-- there are no showers and only 2 bathrooms for women and men. Also no changing rooms, altho you could change in the bathroom. The music was typically the same for each class. I would have preferred less of a rap mix and more 90s/2000 music, reggae, and/ or something to keep the classes moving and enjoyable to the ear. I would def. do another challenge in the near future!! Plenty of parking in front of the location. No water fountain per se (that you can bend over to drink), but bring a water bottle to be able to fill it up there. I think they also had $1 water bottles for sale in case you forgot to bring your own. You can weigh yourself at anytime with their scale. Be on facebook lookout, as they always have some kind of special / promotion for classes.

I contacted Elite Technique via Yelp to establish my membership, in addition to asking any other pertinent questions and obtaining necessary details. You have the option of going to five days a week and an extra day of Saturday Morning Bootcamp is included. The sessions are normally thirty minutes (more so HIIT style) workouts that consists of specific plans for your specific goal. Elite Technique also provides meal plans, in which you can reach out to your trainer for motivation in remaining consistent. Each trainer is assigned one to two clients per session to ensure Social Distancing guidelines are followed. Everyone in the gym must also bring a large towel to cover equipment, in addition to wearing gloves that cover your entire hand. Elite Technique is constantly being cleaned by the trainers with disinfectant wipes/spray during and after the use of equipment. I was assigned Miguel as a trainer. Miguel pushes me and I really appreciate him for that. To be honest, all of the trainers are very friendly and motivating. Deciding to attend Elite Technique will be an amazing choice for anyone that needs assistance on their fitness journey.

There wasn't anyone at the front desk but I overheard an explanation being provided of to someone so I listened in. The space is an open room with cubbies for your belongings and then a front desk area with some retail and a few hi top tables. The class started at 12:10 and is shown on the television. The workout itself is a circuit that gets you to all of the stations including some strength work, cardio and ends with abs. I loved the strength and ab work and the music. Other than that I didn't care for the combination of the television guide, the 4 different types of boxing bags (I prefer the aqua bag) or the bright lights during the workout. The set-up reminded me of orange theory which wasn't for me the few times I tried it. I think 7-8 stations going at once was also too distracting for me. The instructor was really nice and did his best to check in on everyone but it wasn't enough for me, I couldn't keep up with all the competing voices and movements. If you're seeking a fast paced full body workout you should check out this location.
