I've been here a handful of times throughout the past year. It has the grungy gym rat vibe to it. Lots of free weights and muscle-y dudes doing muscle-y dude things. The staff are always friendly but come and go from the front desk so unless you're a regular you won't know who the staff are, because they don't seem to have a uniform or name tags. The facilities are decently clean for a gym, they have a few stations with spray bottles and paper towels but it's hit or miss whether or not there will actually be cleaner in them. Their equipment is a mixture of really old machines and updated modern equipment. It seems they are slowly upgrading their older equipment. They have a free weights section, a training area, kick boxing area and plenty of machines. Just don't come with super high expectations and you won't be disappointed.

Cancelling your membership is an ongoing problem with these people from many reviews I've read. I…read morewish I had known they are the absolute worst. I have been sent back and forth by the manager and the company contracted to collect their payments and no one seems to be able to cancel my membership. Always conduct all communication with these people via email so you have your proof. I called the manager several times and he is never at work. The owner/instructor is very nice and welcoming. She thoroughly explained the positions and also offered modifications if needed. The hour seemed to go by so quickly because of the fun! I ended the session with purchasing lotus seeds and fresh squeezed juice (beet/pineapple/apple). She also offers other classes such as yoga and linedancing. Lastly there is no service with AT&T at this location. I begged the Uber driver to stay so that we could get back into town. He saw that it was sketchy so he stayed. I would not recommend. The tik toks look ok on the inside but it's not with other businesses it's in the middle of no where. Book at your own risk..
