Everyone, from staff to students is friendly and welcomings, which makes for a happy and welcoming atmosphere. The tea station and large round table is such a nice touch and really feeds the community atmosphere at the studio. I wish more yoga studios were like this. I took the Kundalini Yoga class with Sat Katar Singh. He's amazing. He is calm and wise with a playful sense of humor, which creates a nice energy in the class. I'll definitely return when I am back in town and I look forward to experiencing the wide range of classes and teachers that the studio offers.

I have been out of practice for a bit so this was a nice re-entry point. While the music and instruction and very quiet setting were different from my preferred yoga style, I will say that Angelina was a good teacher. The sequencing of the flow was great and I felt very challenged. I also appreciated how engaged she was with each student in different ways and the hands-on assistance she provided. I've been doing yoga for a while but there are still postures I'm confident aren't exactly right. She helped me correct a few and I was very grateful. She also recognized my flexibility and gave me additional adjustments/gentle pushes to get deeper into some postures. I also appreciated Mo at the front desk who was very nice and welcoming. Sometimes, when I come to smaller studios where everyone knows each other, I feel out of place but that wasn't the case here. Thanks, Radiance!

This is the only studio in the area that offers Cryotherapy, PEFM therapy, stretch therapy, and Infrared Sauna. Literally an athletes haven! Its super close to where I am. This past Tuesday night, I took a hot pilates class with Jay Houston and that class was packed like sardines. There was probably 60 people in the class and it was a very hard class. Im in decent shape and man this class was really testing me. And it was beyond hot. Im glad I got thru it but not sure I wanna take this class on the regular. I just no longer feel like thats what my body needs. Tonight, I took a Flext class with Scarlett Salem and wow this class was soooo good and definitely my speed. It was heated and we did a lot of really great hip and low back stretches that I love and need. Instructor was very good, very clear and I enjoyed every minute of this class! 10/10! The heat was set just right and I still sweated a lot but also got in a really deep stretch session but not to the point where I felt it was overwhelming. I had never taken a yoga class before visiting Robin Bell. My initial concerns and fears were addressed. She made me feel comfortable and a part of her "tribe" even before I stepped into her class. From the very first class till now, the experience has always been phenomenal. After a long stressful day, it's calming to practice yoga with her. During this quarantine period, she has been doing virtual classes every day of the week and what a blessing that has been. I'm no longer in the same time zone with her but her classes are at a time that's just right for me. I love that Robin takes the time to address every student's needs. She often reminds her students to "honor your bodies." The flexibility and calmness I feel after each class motivates me to continue in my practice. And her classes are not just for women - men join in too! If you have never taken any yoga class before, give Robin Bell a try. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

The owner/instructor is very nice and welcoming. She thoroughly explained the positions and also offered modifications if needed. The hour seemed to go by so quickly because of the fun! I ended the session with purchasing lotus seeds and fresh squeezed juice (beet/pineapple/apple). She also offers other classes such as yoga and linedancing. I'm a big fan of linedancing so I'd like to take one of those classes as well.

Many customers in the lobby complained that they have not had good experiences with him. As soon as I came out of the door to the class, they decided to rush me about a groupon. Though the instructor there saw it and I sent the screenshot to the owner, he stated I could file a complaint as it's Groupon's fault for allowing me to purchase another one.. the FINE print does NOT say only 1 could be purchased! In fact, it has a large " Buy It Again" on the Groupon! Also, I don't believe they clean the floors at all in between classes, as I arrived when people were coming out and we could just straight in and set up. If you're a beginner to yoga, you'll definitely want to set up in the back where you can watch the more experienced people to know what to do. The instructor does do a good job talking through the poses, though doesn't necessarily demonstrate. Still great talking through what to do!

They offer a variety of classes and there are several different instructors. I think I've taken at least 1 class from each instructor and they are all wonderful in their differences. My favorite class is 26 and 2/Bikram, and I really enjoy Yogi Robin. She has a way of keeping you from thinking too much about how hard it is to hold a pose, even if it's only for 1 minute. She's an excellent storyteller who encourages experienced students to perfect a pose and equally guides those who are just getting started in their practice.

My favorite classes are 6 am yoga with Phyllis, 6 pm bikram with Lukas, 10 am Pilates with David, and Saturday Bikram with Fatima. All the classes are truly great though. I highly recommend this studio.
