I would've liked more information on the personalized items, but overall left feeling like my scalp was exfoliated. I enjoyed the 1 minute shoulder massage as well. At the end Janae detangled my hair with leave in conditioner and offered a microfiber drying cap. *Note about the cap that it does leave fibers in your hair.* It was a nice experience so don't let the outside of the building fool you. Certainly worth checking it out and enjoying some wellness for your scalp. Hopefully as they expand and grow they will have more offerings.

I asked him a question about a certain stretch and he really didn't have any answers for me which I find to be very interesting since it's his job. Didn't he get any kind of education in order to be stretching people? I unfortunately signed up for a membership last year so I have to wait until September when my subscription is up. I have 6 free massages that I can use so far so I'm going to use those and hopefully those will be better than the stretching that they offer. Another con is that they OFTEN cancel appointments last minute so be prepared if you book an appointment at this particular location.
