I recently completed a Groupon trial of one month of unlimited classes at Elite Bodies. I must preface my review by saying that I understand that every fitness program is unique and thus I approach every new situation with an open mind and a positive attitude. Pros ~ Fitness app that allows you to register for class and make payments - innovative and convenient intimate setting variety of exercises to work and challenge all areas of the body convenient location and class times great for those who don't care for the typical gym setup one on one attention (blessing and curse, elaborate later) Jairo, Tues & Thurs a.m. instructor was far more personable, accommodating and respectful Cons ~ There were two incidents that stuck out to me. One, on an unseasonably warm day during my trial period, we took a fun run. It was dark, we ran down a heavily trafficked sidewalk, and the class contained mostly women. I was a bit disturbed at the fact that Jeff left a number of the women behind and hustled back to the gym location as opposed to making sure that everyone got back safely before proceeding upstairs to complete the HIIT portion of our workout. To me that was a liability waiting to happen as it took a number of the women some time to get back. Jeff didn't check on any of the women, to make sure that everyone was ok. Instead he stood in the doorway telling the stragglers to hustle up. (and no I wasn't a straggler) What if someone tripped and fell or God forbid got hit by a car. The instructor is back at the facility while his students are injured. NOPE, not a good look. The second incident was during a session, after Jeff demonstrated the exercises he then instructed the participants to "partner with someone you like." Now as an Early Childhood Educator and someone who has also instructed adults, telling a group of people who have not been introduced to one another to "partner with someone you like," is not only juvenile but insinuates that there may be individuals within the class that no one wants to work with. It was a disturbing statement to me because he didn't say it once, nor twice but three times. Not sure what was the purpose of repeating it, but it just didn't sit well with me. Perhaps instructing the class to simply "partner up," would have been more appropriate. With regards to the ONE on ONE coaching, I say it was a blessing and a curse because during my time there, Jeff took it upon himself to use this time to also inform me when I didn't do something correctly whether it was an exercise or something administratively. For example, I signed up for the class incorrectly via the app. Jeff decided that he would question me during the minute and 30 seconds I had to do my exercise as to whether or not I had signed up for that particular session. I was bothered by this simply because two weeks prior to signing up for the class I contacted Jeff via email inquiring as to whether I should come early for an orientation to his program and was told no. Well, had said orientation been done, I might have used the app and participated in the program the way Jeff would see it. I have to admit that this not only made me UNCOMFORTABLE but I began to develop a bit of ANXIETY because I just never knew what to expect from Jeff. Funny I didn't seem to have any problems when Jairo was the instructor. hmmm Even though I currently have a gym membership I was really looking forward to continuing with the sessions, due to the fact that the location is so convenient and I actually enjoyed the group classes. However, there were moments when I felt singled out and it appeared as if I just...couldn't...get...it...right, according to Jeff of course. I must also add that I have a bad knee that will flair up from time to time if I do too many strenuous exercises. If I happened to make an adjustment to reduce the pain Jeff sometimes didn't take too kindly to my adjustment. However, whenever Jairo would demonstrate the exercises he kept that in mind and would show an alternate prior to us getting started. All in all my purpose of jump starting my fitness regimen after being down for 8 months was accomplished. I gained some great exercises to add to my list and my body has kicked into full workout mode. I'd say that it is a good program for anyone whose intimidated by bigger gyms and still wants to workout. I wouldn't deter anyone from giving it a try, but I just know based on how I was treated it's not for me.

Since no one ever called me back after I requested an initial consultation, I can't say whether this place is any good or not.

I've been coming to OTF for about 5 months now, and this is probably the best workout experience…read moreI've EVER had in my life. I used to see the commercials and heard people always talk about Orange Theory, so one day I called the studio and signed up for my first class (first class is free btw). My coach was Coach Angie who I absolutely adore. She made sure I was okay and pacing myself and I never felt pressured at any point. The front desk staff did a really great job at breaking everything down to me in the beginning about the different zones and splat points, and what my fitness goals are, and just about any and everything else you can think of. When I first started, I bought the 8 class package but then just ended up really loving the classes and my results I got the unlimited package and come about 4 times a week. I usually take the early afternoon classes with either Coach Tiffany or Coach Anella, or sometimes take Coach Maya or Coach Maria's classes, and Coach Kristoff's classes in the evenings. All of the coaches are really great people. They are super fun and supportive and you can really tell that it's not just a job for them. I love love love OTF!

IMPORTANT UDATE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS REVIEW!!…read more Don't let the slick marketing and design fool you. These people are predatory sheisters who don't give a damn if you injure yourself and will keep billing your credit card long after your membership is cancelled. Below is a breakdown. 1) Poor injury prevention. Warm-ups are purely cursory and there is limited to no supervision during workouts, leading to frequent preventable injuries. I personally was injured twice in one year. 2) Predatory business practices. When I requested a temporary membership freeze because I was injured, I was forced to sign a draconian new contract that required me to continue paying some dues during the freeze and extended the notice window for canceling my original contract, meaning that I would have to continue paying dues even if never recovered from my injuries. 3) Ongoing credit card charges. In the eight months since I've cancelled my membership, they have continued to charge my credit card for monthly dues. My repeated emails about the problem have gone unanswered and the problem persists, even though I cancelled by membership in late 2025. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. UPDATE 6/25/26: THE STUDIO CONTINUES TO FRAUDULENTLY BILL MY CREDIT CARD AND IS NOW THREATENING TO SEND MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS. FOR BLOCKING CHARGES, ALTHOUGH I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP MONTHS AGO AND HAVE SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS DEMANDING THAT THEY STOP BILLING ME. UPDATE 7/26/26: OT HAS SENT MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS, ALTHOUGH I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP IN NOVEMBER AND PAID ALL DUES OWED THROUGH THE END OF MY MEMBERSHIP 30 DAYS LATER.

I signed up for the one week trial and had a great time! I was only able to attend four classes,…read morebut enjoyed each one. The instructors were really helpful and gave me some modification options. It would probably help to have some background knowledge of common lifts, but the instructors show the movements and they play on video screens if you need it. Everyone attending was generally in their own zone, so there isn't a lot of chatting because you really focus on getting the exercises done in the set times. I will say that the classes go by super quickly because you're always moving. Cons: The programming is set for the whole month. So each day of the week has its set program and you do that each week for the whole month. For me, this would get old (I really need variety). On the plus side, it does mean you get to see active gains throughout the month. The membership plan is a little pricey. I get why it costs so much, since they do have to cover rent and you only really attend during the class sessions. It isn't a type of gym where you just drop in when you want to use certain equipment. The unlimited monthly membership is $299, but in reality you are getting 30 or 31 classes depending on the month. Since the classes are the same all day, it is unlikely you would do two classes in a day, right? So the pricing is about $10/class if you do the unlimited monthly pass and you go every day. Some of the equipment was pretty smelly. I was at one station that honestly made me gag a little... I think the bench or maybe the dumbells had never been thoroughly cleaned with a bleach solution.

Always a great workout, well maintained facilities and the community is great. Highly recommend.read more

I started at F45 on a trial to make sure it was the right fit and within a week I knew it was the place for me. And the people who go there are all really nice. It's where I got referrals for a salon, restaurants, etc. I'm so glad I found them and on top of all that, I can see my results! My body has definitely changed since being committed to F45. I worked out before moving here it was more of a smaller chain gym and although it felt good to be active there's levels to this! And I know F45 is what's gotten me to this next level in fitness journey.
