He was incredibly accommodating and helpful, even adding visuals at the stations as reminders for each exercise, which made the workout flow so much easier. He also gave great instruction on technique and really helped me improve during the session. Luis is personable and friendly, making me feel welcome right away which can be rare when you're just dropping in from out of town. Honestly, I wish I lived here because I would come to this 9Round regularly. If you're in the area, you definitely need to check this place out.

A forgettable Y, old and run down and needs a major facelift. Definitely one of the less enjoyable YMCAs I've used and despite how old and run-down it is, it's also busy so you will have to wait for certain things on certain days at certain times more than you would in the average YMCA location. And some of the other members are not so friendly. A good parking lot though, and nobody bothers you in it if you're hanging out in it for awhile.

I used to see the commercials and heard people always talk about Orange Theory, so one day I called the studio and signed up for my first class (first class is free btw). My coach was Coach Angie who I absolutely adore. She made sure I was okay and pacing myself and I never felt pressured at any point. The front desk staff did a really great job at breaking everything down to me in the beginning about the different zones and splat points, and what my fitness goals are, and just about any and everything else you can think of. When I first started, I bought the 8 class package but then just ended up really loving the classes and my results I got the unlimited package and come about 4 times a week. I usually take the early afternoon classes with either Coach Tiffany or Coach Anella, or sometimes take Coach Maya or Coach Maria's classes, and Coach Kristoff's classes in the evenings. All of the coaches are really great people. They are super fun and supportive and you can really tell that it's not just a job for them. I love love love OTF!

These people are predatory sheisters who don't give a damn if you injure yourself and will keep billing your credit card long after your membership is cancelled. Below is a breakdown. 1) Poor injury prevention. Warm-ups are purely cursory and there is limited to no supervision during workouts, leading to frequent preventable injuries. I personally was injured twice in one year. 2) Predatory business practices. When I requested a temporary membership freeze because I was injured, I was forced to sign a draconian new contract that required me to continue paying some dues during the freeze and extended the notice window for canceling my original contract, meaning that I would have to continue paying dues even if never recovered from my injuries. 3) Ongoing credit card charges. In the eight months since I've cancelled my membership, they have continued to charge my credit card for monthly dues. My repeated emails about the problem have gone unanswered and the problem persists, even though I cancelled by membership in late 2025. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. UPDATE 6/25/26: THE STUDIO CONTINUES TO FRAUDULENTLY BILL MY CREDIT CARD AND IS NOW THREATENING TO SEND MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS. FOR BLOCKING CHARGES, ALTHOUGH I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP MONTHS AGO AND HAVE SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS DEMANDING THAT THEY STOP BILLING ME. UPDATE 7/26/26: OT HAS SENT MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS, ALTHOUGH I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP IN NOVEMBER AND PAID ALL DUES OWED THROUGH THE END OF MY MEMBERSHIP 30 DAYS LATER.

He doesn't help you with advice unless he considers you developed (or if you pay for one on one coaching), and if he doesn't, he ignores you or chastises you when you ask for help. Coach David and Coach Sula are great, I loved their classes, but unfortunately, it doesn't even bump up the rating to two stars. That coach should not be allowed in a gym.

Pretty decent for the price…read more Since gym membership ranges from $10-$22 per month, one should not expect too many fancy things. For the price point, I think this location is pretty good. This two-story location has a wide variety of cardio equipment, a moderately sized weights area, and a few stretching areas. There two tiers of membership $10 per month vs $24 per month. The latter tier gives you access to other gyms in the location, tanning beds, massage chairs, and discounts for selected products. From my understanding, the yearly membership dues are around 40 bucks, and you can quit at any time. For the most part, the gym is clean; however, you may find some dust bunnies in some of the stretching areas. That said, I didn't see anything that would gross me out. I will say that about 95% of the members do a great job with wiping down the machines after using them. Also, the location does provide plenty of paper towels and sanitizing solution through the gym. Unfortunately, I wish the weight area was a bit larger, but I guess there is not much I (or the gym) can do about the size at this point. I was a bit disappointed that the gym has only Smith machines for bench presses. However, the representative pointed this out to me when she gave me a tour of the facility before I purchased my membership. I will say that this location does have PLENTY of cardio machines. Pretty much the entire lower level is full of cardio machines. Although I've only visited a couple of times, I did not see any machines or equipment that was out of order. Overall, I think this location is good for getting back into a (mostly independent) fitness routine. Before signing up, I highly recommend doing a tour just to make sure the gym has all of the things you want. Customer service-wise, I thought the representative who gave me a tour was very informative.

I've gone here for two years and one of the urinals has been broken for seemingly the whole time. I've waited to post a review in the hopes things would improve, but they've actually gotten worse. I don't know if corporate has influence over individual locations. If they do, they need to send someone to get this location up to their great standards that I've experienced at every other location.
