If I could give a 0/10 I would. Unfortunately my exit from this company was very traumatizing. I…read morewill say the coaches and (some) of the front desk people were cool, but the management team is a complete nightmare. I initally cancled my membership back in march due to a sentive vulnerable medical reason which i explained to the staff. The staff somehow cohersed me into freezing my membership rather than canceling it. When they gave me this option, I was very hesitant because I just didn't know if freezing would make the most sense being that I don't know what the future of my health would be, but they convinced me to freeze my account, leaving out the fact that that means I would be committing to a new month once I came back and finished the month that I had frozen. I will admit that I did not fully understand the freeze process and I missed a lot of information regarding so, there was a lot of miscommunication on both parts and when I tried to get it resolved with the management team it was a horrible conversation. As soon as I got on the phone, the "manager" had a very condescending tone and when I tried to explain why I was upset and confused she kept cutting me off and talking over me. And when I met her with the same energy, she tried to spin it like I was the problematic one. she was not listening to understand, but rather continued on with the conversation to state "facts" and read from her false notes. She gaslighted me the entire time, kept saying "you keep talking over me" as if she wasn't doing the same exact thing, invalidated my experience and feelings just to prove a "point" Breanna or Brenna whatever your name is, if you are reading this, I want you to know that you lack conflict resolution skills, you lie a lot and manipulate your words to prove your point, which tells me that you lack integrity and communication skills. I left the conversation in tears, and later had a horrible panic attack because of how traumatizing that conversation was. She almost even conned me into keeping my membership with them and "waving the fee" something that was never offered to me before . I almost fell for it, but after my panic attack, I reflected on the conversation and realized that I do not want to patronize a business that has that type of management team. It lets me know that if there is an issue, it will be poorly handled because of the type of person the manager is. if you have any sort of auto immune disease that is induced by stress like myself, then I definitely do not recommend this studio because they will send you straight into a flare just like they did with me. I lost out on $200 but I would rather let that money go to waste than to be affiliated with a management team that treats and talk to their members like trash. The management team is more concerned with making their quota than actually doing what's best for their members.

There's plenty of cardio and all the typical machines, though this isn't one of the larger PF locations I've been to. The Black Card area was fantastic -- a really nice red light booth with vibration settings, a relaxation pod I haven't seen at other locations, plus massage chairs and tanning. Overall, a great experience. I'll definitely be back to this location.

So, being the good friend that I am, I came along for the ride since she had the "PF Black Card" membership. I told her I was not looking to do a full-fledged workshop once we got there since I did one early morning outside. So, we decided to try the 30-minute strength training section, where you go from one machine to the next for 30 seconds. Okay, I knew I needed to incorporate strength training for muscle mass into my weekly training, but I didn't realize how badly I needed to do it. I moved slowly as I got off each piece of equipment and had the weights on the lowest setting (don't judge me). When we finished, we had the pleasure of meeting one of the staff members named Antonio, who saw how we were moving and took us back into the PF Black Card Spa section. He did a great job explaining how all the equipment worked and the benefits once you finish working out. The one piece of equipment we both were drawn to was the "HydroMassage bed. Along with the cleanliness of the gym and bathrooms, great lighting, friendly staff, good music, variety of TVs while on the machines, and the multiplicity of different equipment, this one piece of equipment sold me. As the saying goes, "Stick a pin in me, and I was done." OMG, I felt all the bumps and kinks leave my body from that workout. If you're in the area, don't believe me; check it out for yourself.

Pretty decent for the price…read more Since gym membership ranges from $10-$22 per month, one should not expect too many fancy things. For the price point, I think this location is pretty good. This two-story location has a wide variety of cardio equipment, a moderately sized weights area, and a few stretching areas. There two tiers of membership $10 per month vs $24 per month. The latter tier gives you access to other gyms in the location, tanning beds, massage chairs, and discounts for selected products. From my understanding, the yearly membership dues are around 40 bucks, and you can quit at any time. For the most part, the gym is clean; however, you may find some dust bunnies in some of the stretching areas. That said, I didn't see anything that would gross me out. I will say that about 95% of the members do a great job with wiping down the machines after using them. Also, the location does provide plenty of paper towels and sanitizing solution through the gym. Unfortunately, I wish the weight area was a bit larger, but I guess there is not much I (or the gym) can do about the size at this point. I was a bit disappointed that the gym has only Smith machines for bench presses. However, the representative pointed this out to me when she gave me a tour of the facility before I purchased my membership. I will say that this location does have PLENTY of cardio machines. Pretty much the entire lower level is full of cardio machines. Although I've only visited a couple of times, I did not see any machines or equipment that was out of order. Overall, I think this location is good for getting back into a (mostly independent) fitness routine. Before signing up, I highly recommend doing a tour just to make sure the gym has all of the things you want. Customer service-wise, I thought the representative who gave me a tour was very informative.

I've gone here for two years and one of the urinals has been broken for seemingly the whole time. I've waited to post a review in the hopes things would improve, but they've actually gotten worse. I don't know if corporate has influence over individual locations. If they do, they need to send someone to get this location up to their great standards that I've experienced at every other location.
