Delicious!!! I traveled here with my family for the Pioche Labor Day parade and we decided to stop here for some lunch before heading back home to Vegas. We ordered the BBQ bacon burger, Philly steak sandwich, bacon cheese fries, and chicken tenders. When I tell y'all these tenders were the juiciest and freshest tenders we've ever had!!! You can tell they use premium chicken breast from somebody's ranch and the frying oil is CLEAN! They are lightly breaded and fried to perfection so you still get the crispy texture without the excess coating and the actual chicken is the star of the show! The chicken tastes like it's brined which makes it oh so flavorful and moist! The burger was delicious and the fries were so well seasoned! I asked for a side of ranch for the fries and my husband asked for extra hot sauce for his tenses and both condiments were super tasty. The ranch tastes homemade and the hot sauce tasted like Frank's Red Hot with a little razzle dazzle added to it, perhaps some melted butter and/or additional seasoning. We will definitely come here again the next time we are in the area! The service was great and the ambiance was a nice homey diner vibe. We loved it! 10/10 would recommend or in Yelp speak, 5/5!

4 1/2 out of 5. Wow, pancakes are scratch made and really, really tasty. Sausage patties was also way above average. This historic cafe has old time character we find comfortably nostalgic with welcoming service and good down home grub. A really good breakfast at a location we would frequent if we found ourselves in this area again.

the only place open on Sundays so we enjoyed not having to prepare our own lunch with things from the grocery store. The bacon was perfectly prepared and the hash browns were good too.

Such a lovely evening, I walked to stage coach under a beautiful desert sunset and had a delicious…read moremeal. The salmon was flakey, with a little crunch on the exterior and incredible flavor. I chatted with the staff about our concerns for the world but more so the hope we still share for our future. The world is heavy right now, good company and good food make it better though. Not to mention a Moscow Mule: their ginger beer was so smooth with just the right amount of snap to it, and I swear it almost had some kind of sage ending to it. Divine. Thank you all for the meal, so happy I wasn't too tired to make the trek. Legend has it that Zion is the Holy City... Perhaps these are the mountains Jesus will return to us in with the sound of horns to save us from this uncertain future. I'm willing to believe it. Keep the hope alive.

It's obvious that this is the community hangout-lots of folks here on a Friday night enjoying a…read morenice dinner. Even though there were lots of people there, we were seated right away. The menu has plenty of options, including burgers, steaks and even some seafood dishes. I opted for the clam chowder and a dinner salad while my dinner partner enjoyed the pork chop. The clam chowder was just ok-nothing to write home about. But the bite I had of pork chop from across the table was pretty good. Seems right-this is more of a meat and potatoes place. The service was a little off-putting. When we arrived, there were three girls gathered around the host table chatting. They weren't too eager to pause their conversation to greet us. throughout the night, we observed them behaving silly-much like I'd expect to see at the high school cafeteria. And our server did his job, but couldn't be bothered with friendly chit chat or a smile. I get the sense that tourists might be more of a burden than a support and if we were locals we might have been treated differently. If you can fit in with the local crowd (i.e. denim jeans and boots) you might be just fine. And order the steak-it looks good.

Calabrese & Sausage Pizza ($19): Hand crushed tomato sauce, aged mozzarella, house made fennel sausage & creminelli calabrese. Pollo Bianco Pizza ($18): aged fontina and parmesan cheese, red onion, toasted pistachio nuts, wood roasted chicken and fresh rosemary. Portion sizes were generous, service was incredible, and food was delicious! Couldn't recommend more!

This was one of the best places I dined during my visit to Cedar City, Utah. I came with a group of…read morefriends and we ordered two wood fired pizzas and two large salads with several adult beverages. I ordered the Fennel Sausage Pizza, which came with "Hand crushed tomato sauce, house made fennel sausage, aged and smoked mozzarella, parmigiano-reggiano." (Centro Woodfired Pizzeria, 2026). It was a delicious pizza. The crust was very well made with a light crispiness and a good chew. The sauce offered a great balance between acidity and sweetness. The fennel sausage was good, but it was noticeably missing that great fennel flavor. It was very subtle and missing the actual fennel seeds in the sausage, that I am accustomed too. Overall, it was a great pizza and I would order it again. The arugula salad that I ordered was on point. It came with a generous amount of fresh arugula, shaved Parmesan cheese, sliced prosciutto, and a delicious house made lemon basil vinaigrette. All the flavors played well together. I liked that they did not over dress the salad, which allowed the other flavors to independently shine. I would certainly order this salad again. My friends ordered the Gorgonzola Salad, which was also great. They certainly did not hold back on the cheese and bacon. They also ordered a custom pie. They loved it. The service was quite welcoming and amiable. I liked the conversation and positive attitudes of the employees. They offer comfortable inside seating. This place is definitely worth the visit when one is in town.
