And it was a good thing too, because I picked it up last minute before having to head to the wedding rehearsal. Despite the great job that was done on my dress, I deducted two stars. One star deducted for poor communication. And another for not having the store open during the hours stated on the sign. I stopped by the shop once to drop off my dress at 3pm and it was already closed for the day. I stopped by to pick up my dress at 6:30pm after I was told my dress would be done by 7pm (it was originally 1pm), and the shop was closed. No one called to notify me. My advice: always call before going to the shop! Prices are reasonable, work is great, Eclat just needs to work on it's business etiquette a bit.

The way that these people greet you you automatically feel as if you've committed a crime by entering their facility. They're not nice. They're not personable. They got these snarls on their faces as if your presence is just not wanted in there store. I would never return.
