I took a pair of 2005 Dior Homme denim jeans here to get the waist taken in by a couple inches and the job was completely unsatisfactory on both occasions I brought them in. The first time I had inquiries about how she was going to take them in while maintaining the integrity of the original design and shape of the jeans and she was very curt, not giving me much insight on what EXACTLY she was going to be doing because I NEED to know what you plan to do before I entrust you with a $400 pair of jeans. Also it be in her best interest to be as precise as possible so I know if I have to re evaluate what am asking of you or continue with the service in general. When I got them back the stitching was botched and sloppy, there was missing hardware on the jeans in which she told me, she informed me that it was necessary to take the outside pocket rivets off to do the job and she doesn't have the hardware to put pocket rivets back on. I don't recall her telling me that. If that were the case I wouldn't have agreed to the service. When I asked what she did with the rivets she told me she probably threw them away. She carelessly left the leather Dior tag that came with the jeans and hadn't I not noticed upon further inspection in the car she would've thrown that away too. I came back a 2nd time because they were too tight so I requested to get about 2 inches back. She did what I asked but the stitch job was so botched and the back seam that seperates the right side from left on the seat/rise was totally asymmetrical. If you want straight to the point tailoring this is your place. But if you care about detail and quality this is NOT the place to go, would not recommend. read more

Have come here twice and both terrible. First time I asked them to hem my work pants and it was botched. The next time I went in to get a bunch of my clothes tailored. When I went to pick them up only half of what I asked of her was complete. These ladies are nice though. Just poor tailoring abilities. read more

Absolutely terrible. Horrible. Despicable. Awful. If I could give this business a zero, I most definitely would. I needed two zippers on two different North Face jackets fixed, a shirt altered, and a dress zipper fixed. Val, the lady who works there, told me that the zippers on my North Face jackets may need to be replaced. I specifically asked her to call me if she would have to replace the zippers instead of fix them. She quoted me $80 to replace two zippers! Therefore, I wasn't going to replace them if she could just fix them. Today, I went to pick up my items and she said my bill was $110. I was totally flabbergasted! I reminded her that she was supposed to call me, like she said she would, if she had to replace the zippers. She told me that she forgot. Completely unacceptable! I honestly believe she did it knowing that I would have no choice but to pay for it if I wanted my jackets back. I knew my other three items of clothing we're $30 and I was prepared to pay that. I was not prepared to pay $80 for two zippers! This place is deplorable. I would not recommend them to anyone. I know of several businesses who used to use them for their employee's clothing alterations. Not one of those businesses still uses this tailor shop and now I know why. After the fact, I spoke to many state employees who have had similar experiences and refuse to do business with them again. I will NEVER do business with this tailor shop again. If you choose to do business with them, just remember, I warned you. read more
