Was told 3 days work. 2 coats of paint on the ceiling and the walls. The person doing the skim coat proceeded to skim over bubbled wall board paper and then pointed it out like it was my issue. I went and purchased the Zinser BIn sealer for him to use the next day. He was skeptical, but used it and it solved the issue, although he did have to sand and redo the skim coat. (HIS ERROR)The bubbles were evident BEFORE he started. In the end the charged me an extra 1000.00 and finished on time, but left 1 and 1/2 gallons of paint unused, and only started painting at noon on Friday. They were gone and packed up by 3:30 on the 3rd day. HOW is it possible they could have put on 2 coats of paint on the walls in 3 hours. Paint can states 4 hours between coats. Do not recommend this company

Brought it in on a Friday and the gal working got to it right away, but over the weekend we realized the match was not where it needed to be so brought it back on Monday morning. When I dropped it off I explained to the store manager, Bill, we needed a favor because our Painter was standing idle at the job. His response was "What's your number?". No care or customer service to say when I might have the match. So I gave it a couple of hours and went back to see about the stain. Asked how it was going and his response was "Did we call you?" I shared my frustration with their 1-3 day policy for stain matched and shared the fact that if I waited one to three days to respond to my customers, I probably wouldn't have any. The manager's response was "Well you should plan better." The last thing you want to say to a general contractor who that's all they do is plan, schedule, manage and organize subcontractors and suppliers like him to get jobs done. Being condescending to your customer is not a good look especially in front of your employees. He could've responded so many other ways like "I'm sorry we do that because it takes time but we will work on it right away and try to get it to you as soon as we can." He maybe could've even said a timeframe especially when he knew our painter was waiting at the job. I would've given five stars for the gal who worked on the stain. The one star rating goes to the store manager. Thankfully, there are many other Sherwin-Williams stores in the Twin Cities.

There was not much Grinch or other Christmas stuff and it looks like they are clearing space already in December for Spring/Summer which is 4 months away. I've shopped here only about 3 times since I've lived in Burnsville. I don't even think I bought anything. I really don't know how this store is still open. It isn't busy at all. There was a cute Yelper rug. For great selection of Grinch and Holiday, Hobby Lobby has this store beat by a mile.
