If they were $2.00 I would have thrown them in the cart. The kicker for me was a small accent pillow marked for $19.99. While their facility is now HUGE their always changing inventory is no where near as exciting as it once was. As some of the other reviews mentioned it is often the case to get something with using parts or not in working order. The occasional sales are a nice way to feel like you are getting a deal, but if I'm being honest I would rather go to the original venue to ensure I get it right the first time. She assured me they do. She checked the model number I inquired about and told me it had been sold. Then she went further to suggest another model no. like the one I had chosen. It also was not available. She asked me to hold on while she looked at Scratch and Dent items. Then she gave me the model number of that one. It was $898, which was way above the $625 we had. I told her we would have to pass on that one. This is where she went above and beyond what you would expect. She asked me if I would wait a minute. When she came back, she told me the manager was offering it to us for $599, although she couldn't find a scratch or dent on it anywhere. My husband and I both exclaimed, SOLD! Then she did something I would never have expected from a representative of an appliance store. She asked our particulars, such as name, address, etc. Then she put SOLD on the stove without us paying a penny on it. That next day, we went to see our new stove. It is way beyond what we had intended to purchase. Not only is it beautiful but it has all the bells and whistles that, normally, cost way above at other appliance stores. She did the transaction with us and we got our stove the next day. It only cost us $25 tax along with the $625 that was gifted to us by a friend, who is with the ministry we are with. As if this wasn't enough. My husband talked to Tony about our washing machine agitator. The top had been broken. He fixed it with a new top and only charged us $30. We found out you can also buy appliance needs, such as flexible gas lines, from them. When we need, or anyone else does, we are recommending Tony's Appliance for our next purchase because they treated us as customers should be treated.

They had staff there asking for ID and getting the orders. It was pretty easy. The other thing that we looked at were some kitchen appliances. They had a decent selection, but unfortunately not the OTR microwave ovens that we had in mind. One interesting note. Many of the appliances were plugged in and powered up, and not in demo mode. This meant that the refrigerators and some of the chest freezers were cold. And even more alarming was that some of the ranges could be turned on and get very hot. Now in hindsight, I feel a little awkward and guilty that we left without telling anyone. Maybe someone will read this review.

I told him I wanted comfy, traditional, durable furniture. He steered me away from a few and got my sense of style very quickly. He explained the pros and cons of different sets and really seemed to want to help me. We found a set I loved, priced it out, and shook hands so I could ponder and make sure I wanted to purchase. No pressure to buy on the spot. Ended up coming back later that night to buy. My toddlers were with me and treated like royalty by the sales staff. Dinged them one star for the lack of follow up after purchase. The furniture had to be ordered, then delivered to my house. No one ever called to tell me it had come in. When I called to inquire, the woman on the phone acted like it was obvious that I would need to call to confirm my stuff had come in and call to schedule delivery. A miss in the sales process to not have someone calling when items come in. The delivery guys were fantastic and kind. Love my new couch and chair!

Bought an "L" shaped sectional with (with 3 year INSURANCE) multiple motorized pieces. The Insurance scam team they use is INSURANCE CARE PROTECTION and once you've given them your money you'll never see it or see the fruit of having insurance because of a predictor fraud policy that they have to protect keeping your money with no results. The first week, well probably first few days, the back of the section that bends in the "L" shape broke just from minor sitting back in it. I know exactly how much pressure was placed on it cause I did it. Tried to see what I could do for it then called but got run around cause it was weekend. Had to call them back and then played musical phones for a while. My phone says their number is connected to fraud or scam calls so no surprise. They had me send ALOT of pictures and then told me (after I called them again of course for followup) the policy is only good if claimed within 5 days. Yeah it's in the policy. So the policy is good for 3 years BUT once and after a single claim has been made it's VOID for everything on that piece! Guess I'll have to fix that myself. Now I have a motorized leg piece not working on another piece let's see what will happen. Called same day, "someone will call you back," but we had to call back then they said no claim had been made with that call. More phone tag, "we'll call you back within 24 hrs" but don't and musical chairs so far. I'd give them a zero in stars but Yelp won't let me cause that what they deserve. Actually Negative 5 stars. They are 10 out of 10 easy to install and are very nice. Six pack was under $100. I also recently bought some electrical outlets and some MDF trim. The outlets were about $.20-$.40 cheaper than Home Depot and the MDF was a few dollars cheaper. The best part is everything that I needed to return including a 12 foot piece of trim was returned instantly and that was awesome ! I do feel like Menards has great prices and the 11% off is kind of cool, but then you basically have to spend it out of future purchases, which is not hard to do! But Home Depot has more quality brands and Milwaukee tools so I definitely go to Home Depot for different things than I do Menards! Pro tip is a Sprecher root beer on the way out!
