I had been coming to this spot for years with my roommate to get some specialty food for our cats. The customer service was great, we often got their boba, and came by often. During one of these visits we spotted a cat that looked super cute and we were interested in him immedietly. However, he appeared sick, something that can happen with kittens in shelter/cat cafe spaces, but we went back a few times and he always seemed sick and still remained within the population of the other cats. Eventually we asked if they had his medical records-something...most cat adoption spaces would have-and they did not have them on hand, but recomended coming to an adoption event they were hosting to talk with the woman who ran the rescue they were from. We ended up doing this, this woman-who was actively giving shots to cats while doing this event-had no medical records on her but assured that he was perfectly healthy if just having a small cold. We were still hesitant as we have a cat that with high medical needs that are both a deal to deal with as well as expensive. However the day after the event they called us and asked if we still wanted him because he was there. We ended up getting him. However, when we were handed all of his medical information there was basically Nothing in it. Besides saying he was fixed and he had some shots. Some, not all that a 6 month old cat should have at that point, especially when around varying ages of other cats coming and going as often as they were. Despite appearing plainly sick, there was no sign in these medical records for intervention. Thus began 6 months of near constant vet visits. Congestion. Collapsed lungs from how hard he sneezed and coughed. He was the sweetest cuddliest kindest cat i've ever known, but he was sick near constantly. It took months, but eventually a vet discovered he had calicivirus, a virus that causes upper respiratory infections that typically can be treated or prevented with proper care as a kitten. This however was only part of the problem. 6 months into having him he suddenly grew very very ill almost overnight, and upon taking him to the ER it was discovered he had feline leukemia as well, something that they said he must have also always had, also, again, as a kitten. Something that can be helped with correct care, but is also incredibly viral, especially amidst so many other cats. We had had all his missing vaccines adminstered right after adopting him that ultimately would've had most likely prevented a lot of the issues he ended up having, or certainly extending his life past the 1 simple year that he was granted. But by the time we'd adopted him and he'd gotten all these shots it was far too late. We had to unfortunately put him to sleep within a few days of getting this diagnosis. He was a great cat, but ultimately a sick cat, and the lack of care and transparency that seems to occur here I believe ultimately led to his death. Two weeks before his death, and we decided to stop coming here for good, I had even seen a cat with a hurt paw limping around, within my two week visit that cat remained injured and again with the general public to be allowed to tussle and play while assumedly with some kind of injury. I don't want to say they aren't taking care of these animals correctly because I don't know. This might've been a mistake. Simple negligence, assuming it was nothing major when it was. But they are allowing these animals around each other, and then letting people adopt sick animals that can not only be costly, but ultimately traumatizing to have to watch one basically die in front of you because of things they should've done if they were a proper adoption agency. Perhaps it was dumb to adopt a cat that was quite obviously sick, but at the same time I trusted to establishment I had been going to for a long while to be telling me the truth that he not as bad as he ended up being, and ultimately that trust was not worth much of anything in the end. If you want their boba, their pet food, that is fine if you must have it, however, I ask if you do spot a cat you want please pressure them for information and if you see something wrong don't let them tell you that cat is just fine.

I booked a grooming appointment for my dog, Deku because my trainer recommended this place. Deku is known to have reactivity issues especially with being touched, which is why I was so iffy to come here. Deku has been kicked out atother groomers due to his reactivity, so I have been personally grooming him myself. One groomer at this shop specifically gave Deku a bath and even if Deku was reactive towards him, he was very patient with Deku and he was able to get his bath on! Just had a problem with my muzzle, so they provided their muzzle for Deku. I also chatted with Danny (Owner) and I love how informative he was about Deku being groomed. He told me about multiple stories about other dogs who were worst in reactivity compared to Deku, but it took time and now they're fine with being groomed, though it was a process. It gave me a peace of mind since they did not give up on Deku even though he was very reactive towards them. I respected it so much because it easily could have been Deku being kicked out/not welcomed to their services, yet he was telling me to make sure to book the next appointment for Deku! I appreciated it SO much and I will forever be so thankful for it. Their groomers + service is just absolutely FANTASTIC! I booked the appointment online and I love how easy it was. It was also very easy to confirm it as well! Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to every dog owner! They are amazing here, especially DANNY!

Deku has been through a previous board and train, but I feel like that board and train mainly tackled his obedience, not his behavior issues. I let Ian know about all of this prior to boarding Deku and he made sure to explain his process with me. He also made me write down goals for Deku so that he can focus on them and make sure he tackled through them. I boarded Deku with Ian for 3 weeks and Ian made sure to send over progress pictures/videos every single day! I appreciated the content of Deku because that is basically my baby lol. There was a mid session where Ian taught me how to properly use the ecollar and showcasing what Deku has been up to the time he was with Ian. Deku was pretty much a different dog by the mid session, so it excited me to have him back after the 3rd week. The day I got Deku back, Ian showed me all of the progress and work Deku did and he was completely different. Deku stopped reacting towards people/other dogs and he was very obedient with following all commands! It's been almost a week now and Ian has checked in on Deku while he's been at home for the week and I also have follow-up sessions included in my service! I have been so happy with Deku is at! Before, I would be too scared to bring Deku out in public due to his reactivity/behavior, but I truly believe he is a completely different dog now, for the better! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Ian to EVERYONE. He is the real deal. My vet told me to go directly to pet smart and buy her food ASAP because she needed it tonight . I walked in and asked the cashier to clarify the procedure to purchase prescription food. She told me to walk back to ban-field and they have to write me a prescription card and then I could purchase the food. I walked back there and of course there were no employees at the counter. I waited patiently approximately 20 minutes with not one employee coming to help or tell me they would be with when available. I walked back to the cashier and asked if they were open because I could hear several females laughing but nobody came out to help me. I asked if she could tell them they had a customer waiting. She said she could not communicate with them but said she would send someone to knock on their door and let them know I was there. She also informed me that they could see me standing there with their cameras . I waited another 10 minutes and nothing and no employee came to knock on the door as promised . I then decided to call ban-field directly because I could still hear them all laughing and carrying on about their personal problems .
