Fortunately, there was Harpers Bazaar so I could catch up on Paris Hilton's latest. I did the face framing height lights - 8 foils but I think she gave me a few extra. Saved around $60 by skipping toner and a blow dry. Asked for thick highlights, and they looked a bit skinned but the stylist showed me how they were actually thick. She was right.
