Had the same experience as Kristina and Karen in other comments: booked an appointment 2 days ago. 1 hour before (!) the scheduled time I got a text asking for my address. I answered and I get another one saying I live too far. Same as the other reviewers I emptied my car and prepared everything... The bare minimum here would be to ask for address during the booking process and call people asap to cancel if they are too far. We're all busy professionals here and I'm not happy when my time is not respected. read more

We're THRILLED! We just had our car detailed today, and had to write. Definite five-star rating from us. Our car was vandalized recently, and we needed a VERY thorough vacuum job to get up the feathers and slivers of glass. We decided to have the upholstery and floor carpets cleaned at the same time, and DAMN!! It looks fantastic!! We now feel very safe to drive around without having to worry about glass fibers that didn't get sucked up; Robert did a very, very thorough job. I can't give 0 stars... but if I could, I would. After a great referral from a friend, I messaged Robert toward the end of April to schedule a session for him to detail my car as a gift from my husband for Mother's Day. I mentioned to him that we live on a treacherous canyon road, which is why my car badly needed detailing from the muddy winter we had. He was booked through mid May, so we settled on today for him to come toward the end of May. At the time that we booked back in April, he asked for my address. This morning, I gutted out my entire car, along with a stroller, 2 car seats, floor mats, etc. in anticipation of his arrival thinking it would be easier for him to get started. My appointment was at 3:30pm and at 3:44pm I get a text noting that I live too far away. I am beyond upset, what a waste of my day waiting for him to show up and taking the time to prep my vehicle. I was referred to Hines through my manager who gets her car washed about 2 times a month he did an amazing job so I decided to get my car done he did such a good job because my car was just terrible that I referred him to my mom who drives all the way to concord to get her car washed at the BMW dealer ship . She contacted Robert and they made an appointment for Sunday October 25, 2015, my mother had to take my sister to an appointment that day in Berkeley and they agreed to meet at her house in Oakland. Once he arrived he stated that hes from Richmond and doesn't know about Oakland area . Now I lived with my mom for 20 years and only since getting my own place have not and not once in my entire life has there been any crime on that street ever. She then offered to have the cars washed on my grandmothers property he agreed as she got the 3 cars ready he told her he was going to make a U-turn to be more accommodating for the cars and drove off and never came back . My mom called several times to see where he was and what was going on and he had turned his cell phone off completely . I then called from my cell and went straight to voicemail as well as my Manager who originally referred me was ignored. This is the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen in my life. I called him today 10/29/2015 to see what happened and if we could maybe work with him again and when I asked him about the issue he stated " MAN I AINT TRIPPIN I DONT NEED THE BUSINESS" and hung up in my face. Robert spent 2 hours detailing my Subaru, removing some very stubborn stains from the light cloth interior; a difficult feat for detail hacks like me. From the first phone call to driving off in my Subie, Robert was professional, friendly, and will give you and your wheels the attention you won't get at the commercial car washes. I left with a car that looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. The basic interior/exterior detail is $60. This included the product(s) and extraction used to remove the stains. Robert and his sons did an amazing job on my 20018 black Toyota Camry! I was able to schedule the appointment for the very next day, Robert even offered to do it same day if needed. He called to say he was running a little early and wanted to know if it would be okay to come over. I appreciated his call and was happy to have him come at his convenience as I was home for the day. They arrived and were professional, polite, and just good people. I immediately trusted them and knew they would take good care of me. They spent over 2 hours working on my car. When they were done I was amazed at the results. They had been able to remove stains that I never thought wicked come out, old, set in stains. They pricing for full detail, including wash and wax, upholstry cleaning, and everything was only $75! We gave him $100 and he tried to give us back change, we insisted that he keep it.
