I opted for the Prince Elite package since my car really needed a good scrub down of its exterior & interior. Marco, the detailer, did a fantastic job. My car was super sandy from past fishing & camping trips, and he got everything out! He even got out old bug and sap stains from the windows. My car is super shiny now, and I'm happy all of the sand/dirt marks are gone. I'm super happy I found Elyon Mobile Detail because it was very convenient to have them come to me. I learned the hard way that not all highly rated Yelp shops deliver real quality. After going to another popular place, a friend pointed out several issues in the work that I had completely missed. Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful. The only downside is that I live in San Francisco, so the drive is a bit out of the way, but it was absolutely worth it. I bought a brand new Tesla Model Y, and before taking delivery, spent an entire week after work researching nearly 25 PPF and tint shops in the Bay Area from Burlingame to Campbell and as far east as Fremont. I ended up taking my vehicle here to get window tint on all windows and a full front PPF. What made me choose Auto Pro was 3 things: * Price - they were the most competitive of the shops I called * Communication - Sarah is very polite and prompt in her communication, which not many shops had a dedicated front desk staff * Reviews - the ratio between review quantity and quality was a huge confidence boost. Scheduling and turnaround was super quick. I got my car in on Tuesday, and picked it up on Friday. Quality is TOP NOTCH. I ended up bringing my vehicle to another shop to get ceramic coating with another brand, and the installer at that shop approached me and commented on how well the PPF was applied. Apparently there are a lot of issues and complications with installing PPF on the new Model Y "Juniper", and was told that a lot of Model Ys who had their PPF done elsewhere had seams in the film or did not tuck behind trim or components, exposing film edges. Service is fantastic. I pointed out some issues on pickup, and Byron assured me they'd be gone after it cured. I also noted a scratch on the film install when I got home and that I somehow missed during pickup - I promptly left Sarah a message and she told me to bring it in to inspect. Byron was able to replace it and made me feel respected - that they treat you as a valuable customer post-sale (some shops try to gas light you into issues). Bottom line, I'd highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for PPF and window tint install. I wish they had something else besides CeramicPro, otherwise I would've done everything in one stop.

I then brought my car back to Auto Pro to have the PPF replaced. When I picked up my car, it was even newly washed and vacuumed! It looked cleaner than the day I bought it. AutoPro also installed ceramic tint which makes such a big difference. All the Tesla windows and glass roof gets really hot in the Bay Area sun, having them all tinted is a must. I also got my lights blacked out just for fun. Auto Pro made it all happen for me! Sarah answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the progress. She's so sweet and easy to communicate with via text, which is a plus for me! I felt comfortable leaving my car with them for those couple of days and honestly, I don't think I would trust anyone else. And if you look at the other expensive luxury cars they're working on in their garage, that tells you that they really do top quality jobs.

The technicians are hard working and delightful, in particular Christian. 5 stars for Christian. I don't think he is with this company any more though. If only scheduling had been the only challenge. Scheduling is unreliable, as you've seen in multiple other reviews. Three reschedules at the last minute. This is not the company to use if you have a deadline or event. Paolo offered a written scope of work, including the unambiguous "Our steam and hot extraction and removal service of stains, liquid spills, has no additional cost, it is courtesy of our company." Screenshots provided. This was not communicated to the technicians, who did not have the appropriate steam extraction equipment when they arrived. I reasonably expected the owner to send them back at a less busy time to complete the agreed upon written scope of work and at which time I would pay on completion. Nope. You can see here in the follow up messaging Paolo said the cost of the work as he had promised would be $190 more, providing justification for the cost with information he already had prior to creating the quote offer in the first place. He had the size of the vehicle, the location, and my explicit priority for deep shampoo of an older used high mileage vehicle. I also re-communicated this multiple times each time of the last minute reschedule. I am at a loss as to what I as a client could have done for better communication. This is frustrating most of all because at the time of updating this review, he is punishing his hardworking team for his mistake and I am of the impression they were fired.

I was so upset because the white paint has started to set and the car had about 8,000 miles only (bought new). Steven performed an exterior detail but before he charged anything he got to work on the paint and used a couple of tricks to get the hard to clean paint out from under the trim. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. It always comes back looking unbelievably clean. My favorite thing he does is remove all the numerous white patches of mineral sun screen on the door panels and seat upholstery. I didn't realize that it's almost impossible to get off. I tried various DIY solutions nothing worked. Israel gets it all off, on both sides of the car, and even gave me a bottle of the secret sauce he uses. Now I too can get it off, as long as my supply lasts, but it's a LOT of scrubbing. I recently brought my 2nd car to Israel. It's a BMW i4, black, that I bought used. It's a great car but it hasn't received much TLC during its young life. I could tell it had been driven through an automated car wash a few times, and had been left to air dry with water on it, leaving hard water stains. Israel got everything polished up looking brand new again. An outside panel on the driver side, between front and rear windows, is plastic and had scratches on it. Israel buffed them off and then placed a special film on it to protect it, so I won't have that issue again. As always, he is meticulous with the interior cleaning. I'm OCD but he surpasses me lol. All this white glove treatment and the price is quite reasonable. For little more than the cost of 3 automated car washes, you too can get your vehicle looking like new and cleaned within an inch of its life. The feeling of driving such a spotless car is so worth it. If you love your cars and take pride in keeping them well maintained, G1 is the place to bring them.
