The customer service was just as impressive; I was supposed to pick up my car at 4 PM. Although it took a bit longer than expected (I was supposed to pick up my car at 4 PM, but it was 5 PM). Friendly, professional, and truly focused on quality. They told me to leave my windows up for 3-5 days and not to park it in the garage so the bubbles will flatten out. I didn't see any bubbles....I'm very happy with the results and would recommend them. Leaving 4 stars for now. I'll check back in one month to let you know if it was worth it. Update as of 5/15/26: Bumping this up to 5 stars. We're just about at the 30‑day mark (5/17), and I said I'd report back on whether Jet Black was worth it--so here I am. Today was a bit warm, so I decided to really test the heat‑resistant tint. I left the windows up while the car was parked, and I have to say, it works. Is it because my car's windows are too small? Or is it because my car is too expensive, and they don't think it's suitable for such a low-cost window tint? I honestly don't understand. I brought my car in for PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint. What stood out right away was how thorough Armando was during the initial consultation. Before he even gave me a quote, he carefully inspected the car for any paint flaws and actually pointed out some imperfections I didn't even realize were there. Instead of just wrapping over them, he took the time to correct as much as he could before starting the PPF install. The quality of the work is top-tier. The PPF looks clean and precise, the ceramic coating has made cleaning the car ridiculously easy (water just slides right off), and the ceramic tint was done perfectly. Armando is real, transparent, and super easy to talk to. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, just honest advice and quality work. I contacted the installer, and he told me to schedule an appointment because he could fix it. I took time out of my day to bring my car in, only to find out he wasn't even there. Mind you i drove two hours to get there because i used to live in the area and since then have moved. Also i have brought three of my cars here to give them business. Instead of honoring what I was told, another employee immediately started making excuses. She claimed the tint on my door was peeling because of my seat belt or my keys, and the tint on the back window was peeling because of the heat. Last time I checked, tint is supposed to withstand normal use and hot weather. If it can't handle a seat belt or summer temperatures, that's a workmanship issue--not a customer issue. She called the installer while I was standing there, and after being told he would fix it, they suddenly changed their story and decided they weren't going to honor their work because they somehow claimed it was my fault. The worst part wasn't even the peeling tint--it was the complete lack of accountability. They were quick to make excuses, refused to stand behind their work, and wasted my time by having me come in for an appointment they had no intention of honoring. If a business can't stand behind its own workmanship and treats customers this way, I can't recommend them to anyone.
