The windshield was cracked for about one foot long without any sign of hitting. So I reached out to the technician and he said it wasn't under any warranty unless it was due to workmanship or water leaking. At first, it sounded like they were not behind their product. So I said the windshield was faulty and cracked inside the car. However, he still didn't understand my point but keeping telling me that it wasn't covered if it was impacted by something like a rock. So I felt like I needed to talk to the manager and address my concerns. In addition, I requested a different brand in case they needed to replace it. After the appointment was set, the windshield had a couple more cracks just like the one before. So without a doubt, the shop had no problem to replace it at no cost. They also apologized that was the first time they had this faulty windshield. At the end, I am still thankful to find them. I'd definitely have given them 5 stars if they would have listened to me before making all sorts of assessment.

And although I was reassured that they would go away in a few weeks they went ahead and replaced the tint for free - no fuss, no hassle! The shop is easy to miss off of International Blvd. Make sure you drive your car to the rear of the building. I think they keep their front door locked during business hours for safety reasons. They have a photo album of previous work and a pallet that displays tint options. Bring something to read while you're waiting or go to the cafe across the street. They also have lifetime warrenty on their labor so I figured how bad can it be? Jesus was the person that initially did the tint job and I was actually very impressed to see how clean and well done it was.... I was told to give it a few days to let the water and the film to dry and set. After a few days, the tint did dry and I noticed some dust specks in the rear window and one of the rear sliding windows. I called and spoke to Bryan and he just told me to come in the next day and he will take a look at it and fix it if needed. I came the next day and spoke to Bryan and he agreed to fix it without any hesitation . He fixed both windows on the spot while I waited. He also did an a great and clean job on the replacement tint. He was also very nice , helpful and courteous . He told me if I saw anymore imperfections after the film dried and cured, to just bring it back in and they have no problem fixing it until satisfactory. I don't write too many reviews but I felt I have to tell others that their previous bad reviews just dont seem to make any sense, and I would recommend their service to others...
